Overall, a nice stay.
I've experienced some minor issues (shower, door locker) but all of them have been fixed very quickly, big up for the maintenance and front desk teams.
2 minor concerns:
- the breakfast is a bit light in terms of choice. Having a possibility to order some eggs (like omelet) would make this hotel perfect !
- arriving to the hotel is a bit tricky due to the road organization. Nothing that the hotel can handle but this needs to be noted for other frequent travelers like me
Parking is big enough, the highway just aside does not bring noise issues (my window was on the highway side!), bed was really good.
I will come back for sure!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was super nice and the breakfast options in the morning were amazing. Love that my room also had a fridge, stove, microwave and more! Would stay here again.

Nice, quiet hotel. Located in a slightly residential setting near the cute old town section of Campbell. Bike path/river trail right out the back patio.

I traveled with my daughter and the room is very spacious and comfortable. The closets, the kitchenette, etc makes if very convenient for long stays.
My only issue would be to add some excersise mats in the gym.

We've been staying this hotel many times. The experiences are always very smooth. The most impressive thing about this hotel is all staff take their jobs very seriously and super on top of everything. For example, I let them know the door handle was falling one day, they fixed it within minutes they were informed. I was seeing their staff cleaning, painting and fixing stuff day and night. One day the water dispenser was dispensing water for no reason, the next it wasn't anymore. The outside pet areas are super clean with fresh mulch absolutely odor free. I can't say enough good things about the hotel. A few things I have and would like to bring to the staff's attention: 1. The toiletries holder is a absolute hazard in the shower. The edge of the holder is very sharp and placed very close to the unadjustable shower head. Every stay every family member gets injured elbow from it when taking a shower. I have already let the front desk know hopefully it gets fixed next stay. 2. The exit door close to room 103 and the room 103 door don't latch. It's a security concern. 3. The room we stayed in with the couch placed very close to the bathroom room door (against each other). It almost broke my finger the day we checked in. We moved the couch (super heavy) away from the door to prevent it from hurting other guests.

The front desk staff was very professional and friendly and nice I really appreciated their accommodation of my late checkout and they were very gracious breakfast was tasty and I especially enjoyed the Korean hot sauce and the crustless quiche. The kitchenette microwave range refrigerator and sink were incredibly handy.

My favorite place in Campbell CA to stay.

First time at a TownPlace, the rooms are nice and a step up from the Residence Inn properties. Staff was hit or miss though, the person who checked me in was very nice and quick. Although the person who checked me out was verging on rude, dressed in sweatpants and a hoody, very short and and kurt with me... very unprofessional. Yes I would stay here again because of the rooms, rates and location, but if staff fall short in future visits I will reconsider.

My husband and I stayed there the second weekend of September 2023. They were remodeling the front desk that weekend, but check-in was very smooth. The front desk attendant was very nice and welcoming. We stayed on the first floor and were amazed at how beautiful the room was. It still had a very light fresh paint scent but that didn't bother us. There is so much storage space, and the rooms have lots of room, unlike other hotels where you have to put your belongings in one corner to free up some space. Although we do not have kids, this hotel is perfect for a family. The kitchen has everything you need, and if it is not there, simply call the front desk and they will bring whichever kitchen appliance you need. The fridge is also a very decent size, That was a plus for us because we meal prep and were able to put everything we had in our two travel XL lunch bags.
One concern we did have was the shower. It leaks and leaves the floor very wet, we just stayed there again this past week, on a different floor and the shower leaked as well. But overall, our stay here has been great! It is nice to finally have a hotel we like, and look forward to staying there on long work weeks.

We were not told there were construction at this hotel when we booked .

Ongoing construction during my stay which I did not know about when I booked. The elevator was out of service when I arrived, but staff did carry my bags up. The elevator was fixed later the next day. Access to the shower in the bathroom was poor, shower doors should have opened the opposite from what they did. Clothes closet was in the bathroom and very small.

Horrible! We have stayed here SEVERAL times before and this time was CLEARLY different management. At check in was greeted with less than greeting attitude. I asked for an extra blanket to be in the room and I was eye rolled. We were late for a concert so I let it slide and continued the evening. When we returned we learned that not only had the blanket not come to the room but EVERY DOOR TO THE HOTEL was unsecured. They are renovating, DUST/Ladders/sketchy elevator and UNLOCKED DOORS TO PROPERTY! we were up all night hearing workers up and down stairs and opening and closing doors. Loudest at 4/5 am! When we got fed up, (didn’t even stay for free breakfast), we were blocked in by trucks and trailers. When we asked the front desk lady to help, she argued!!!! She fought us and even tried to convince us that we could SHIMY our way out in our minivan. All while the workers were insisting they’d happily back out of the way but SHE insisted they not. They did anyways. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! You won’t sleep at all! Noise is LOUD and customer service is the worst. OVER PRICED SEVERELY

It was a nice stay. There is construction going on but after it's all finished I think it will be a GREAT place to stay.

I’ve stayed at this property several times and what keeps me coming back is the friendly service, close proximity to Downtown Campbell, and it’s just a lovely place to stay.

The kitchenette was a nice amenity. As was the refrigerator/freezer.

Manager left trainee alone at front desk who didn’t know how to check people in and didn’t call manager or IT person to help delaying check in for over an hour. Once in room, sofa bed was horrible & manager confirmed they’re all uncomfortable. Manager finally upgraded room to 2 bedroom suite which I appreciated since I was having abdominal surgery nearby and needed to be as comfortable as possible.
Both ladies were nice but trainee should’ve called Manager sooner.

The room layout was great. 2 bedroom with kitchenette and refrigerator was nice. There were ants in the bathroom and the cleaning crew left dirty towels hanging behind the bedroom door. The surrounding neighborhood was very cute but we were extremely disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the room.

Very clean hotel. Getting into the hotel is a trifle awkward, due to its location between Los Gatos Creek and Hwy 17 (and not being able to drive into the hotel from Campbell Ave going northward), but that's it. The experience at the hotel itself was great in every way that mattered.

I was checked in to a room with broken air conditioning. They told me it would take some time to work. I gave it three hours, and when it didn’t cool down at all, I asked for a new room before it had to go to dinner. The new room (the only other room they said they had) smelled like mold. A STRONG scent, not a faint hint if something. I had no choice, couldn’t sleep in the heat, so I got in the shower, went to dinner, came home and slept in the stink.
The next day, I got up and went out for the day, then when I came back in the evening and was hit with the stench, I asked for a new room again. It was Sunday night, so they had two more rooms. One was one floor directly above the first room, and again, the AC didn’t work (I think they knew this). The final one was right next to the smelly one (one floor down) and also smelled like mold, so I just checked out and moved to a new hotel at 10pm.

During the night. Got up this morning with a very painful back.
This morning T 8:55am someone was trying to get in my room, good thing I had the latch on. It scared me

The hotel was convenient and close to where I was going and it seemed very homie. When we got there late, the room was really warm so we turned on the AC. When we got out of the shower, the room was hot. When we checked the thermostat the panel had a flashing code. We instead opened a window and tried to sleep. Because it is next to a highway, it was hard to sleep. In the morning we told the clerk how we couldn't really sleep due to the AC being broken and didn't say anything because of how late it was and how tired we were. Also, the hallways and staircase had a weird aroma like someone dropped food. I might go again if the place takes care of those issues.
