The hotel staff, their hospitality, and the location are all amazing! The hotel itself is a bit awkward and has paper thin walls. You can hear sounds of people in the hallways and closing and opening doors throughout the day and night. You are mostly paying for location but recommend if it's just a few days and you are ok with being woken up multiple times a night.

Amazing experience! We loved our private terrace with the view to the acropolis. Spent our last night there with a bottle of wine. staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and bed were very clean and comfortable.

Very nice and simple in an amazing location. Adjustable-height shower head wouldn’t stay at a set height. Shampoo/body wash dispenser was broken. But we were able to make do.

The air conditioning was not working. We had the AC at 16 degrees celsius and it was not cool at all in the room. We at first thought it was maybe the first room we had but the second room we went to had the same issues as well as that room had a smell of mold/mildew. The staff though was very friendly and helpful, there was nothing the staff can do about this issue, that is something the owners though need to look into. Other than that issue the hotel was very nice and modern rooms as well as clean.

If you're traveling with a large family please make sure you have enough room, because the rooms were small. Otherwise we loved it! I'm the heart of Plaka, if you like walking you can easily get to many points of interest, restaurants and shopping. Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. Don't over pack!!!!

Cons: AC took longer than expected to get cold but eventually got cold (1hour). Elevator fits 3ppl. 2 with luggage. Pros: location, clean, price, modern, staff was great, Room was small but we didnt mind. We werent in the room much.

This property was in a great location, it was clean and the 3 women at the desk were friendly and very helpful with anything we needed. The thing that let this place down was the man which attended the desk. He was rude and along with another man who looked like he was collecting the rubbish from the hotel made snide and rude remarks about us in Greek. Little did they know we spoke and understood Greek. A really poor experience at the end of our visit with them. Wouldn’t stay there again due to this behaviour.

Staff were nice but I don't recommend this hotel if you can get one closer in the main area. Few things they offer a very thin quilt as a 'blanket', the shower is confusing, and the area could be better. The rooms are also very close to each other this was a noisy hotel.

The hotel staff was absolutely amazing - very friendly and helpful. Everything was very comfortable and the location in the heart of Plaka could not be beat. Only two tiny issues. 1.) The Nespresso machine in the room had funk at the bottom of the water tank - it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Just check it before making a cup to be sure it's clean. 2.) There are bright green lights coming from a security fixture that could be disruptive to someone's sleep. Lucky for us, we were too tired to care. My tip is to bring a sleep mask if you're sensitive to light. Would stay here again as the benefits were terrific.

Nice small hotel in a perfect location for a city trip. You can explore the inner city by feet. I never had to use a public transport or taxi, except for travelling to the airport and the sea. The only thing I can complain is that the breakfast wasn‘t that plenty I wanted and there is only filtered coffee. Everything else was great
