well maintained grounds and facilities. Plenty of helpful staff. On site recreation facilities good - water slides, crazy golf, table tennis. Food quality and variety good. Room air con good, nice showers, comfortable bed. Nice variety of swimming pools. Found reception a bit chaotic, always referred to another member of staff and often told to come back later. Surprised no secure luggage storage room following check out. Just leaving cases in reception does not seem a great idea from a security perspective.

Very friendly staff specially Mustafa and Hosam I call them smiley faces always greet us with polite smile they are great people . We recommend to visit Egypt and enjoy the greatness of this beautiful country.

Its a little bit old , but perfect condition, rooms are renovated. The food is the best you can have , different options, I really don't know why other reviews are bad about food , it was a 5 stars catering service , and so many varieties , the head chef is Khaled EL Fattah award winning chef , he is always on the floor checking everything with his junior chefs. The Junior suites are luxurious and the service from each and every staff member is 5 stars , pampering all the time starting from the Check in Desk to the ice-cream booth at the beach. If you want to have the best experience stay in this 5 stars resort, I will be back every year.

The booking was done through Expedia and got canceled by the hotel after deducting the full value of the two booked rooms , Expedia didn’t inform us with the cancellation and did not support us with the hotel management who refused to refund the deducted amount although we did not check in!!!

Very nice hotel. Many activities are there. Many pools, especially for kids. Beach is wonderful. Staff are very helpful, always smiling, they do every possible effort to make your stay is as wonderful as possible. The only negative issue is the quality of the food which in the all-inclusive may be improved if possible. Price is very good for the service you got. Rooms are clean. Really enjoyed it with my wife and kids. All of us are willing to come again.

The place is good but not more than good. Needs more care of its admin. Aqua park is not good for kids, old, not working properly. Just some very old swings arounds. The foods as a quantity is lots but quality is not that good. Just for feeding lots of people

The hotel was nice but the food was really bad. There was varaities but the taste is really awful. Rooms are kinda old. Our toilet seat had yellowish parts that will give you the impression that it is dirty. Sea has a lot of dead gelly fish "not less than 50" we asked for a wheeled chair for my mother in low. They provided us with one but it was broken. The lady on the front office was lovely and she gave us a free upgrade

I got a quite serious food poisioning during the second day of my stay. I suspect the mexican resturant as some of our friends ate in the same restaurant experienced similar but milder issues. I got a treatment and diagnosis (Acute food poisoning) from the hotel doctor, at a cost of USD 200. Following that I made a complaint to the hotel management based on the fact that the only resturant where I had eaten was the hotel resturant, and asked them to take the medical bill from the hotel doctor. Hotel management firmly refused and claimed that food poisoning is non existant in the hotel, in spite of that we were several people affected.

Our 3rd time in Egypt, so knew what to expect generally, but first time in Hurghada. Much less sophisticated than Sharm, if that is possible, but it is true! Some thoughts: ask for hotel info in English when you arrive - they do have it available plus a map of the site. Most guests will be German and Russian with a smattering of Scandanavian countries,Italy and France. The staff do an amazing job switching between the many languages they need to deal with. If you want to be away from the Brits, this is the place for you! Food is good, mainly Egyptian with options for those who prefer standard fast food fare. 1st floor and beach-side restaurants are included in the all inclusive rate so there is a good choice. The Italian is not inclusive, but very cheap. It's a big hotel, well run, lots going on if you want to join in and a good hotel bus service into Hurghada for 2Euros. We went for a relaxing week, wanting sunshine and no hassle - Beach Albatross did it all very well and at a bargain price.
