Hotel is very nice. A bit strange that they have an anex building, thats where we were. But over all good. We did forget something in the room and they were great getting it ahipped back to us.

Too complicated at the desk, i booked online and the guy at the desk was complaining about Expedia....its apparently built around Harley riders and a shop...hard to find...room 1/4 mile from office...no carpet on floors, thats ok but over priced. It was clean we slept well

Actual room is totally different from photos of website. There were no desk and even no soap at the bathroom. The room is tiny such as a cage. Its terrible.

Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint about the hotel is, Parts of the hotel had a moldy smell. I noticed it walking to my room (upon check-in). The next morning, I noticed the smell in my bathroom. Other than that, my stay was fine. The hotel is also dog-friendly.

Besides having very quick and easy check-ins & check-outs, the room was very clean, pleasing to the eyes and colorful as far as the bedding & the walls. I plan to stay here again next year for Welcome To Rockville.

The front desk staff were nice and very accommodating. We ended up having to check out early and they refunded us the last two nights, even though the stay was supposed to be non refundable. The bedding could use some updating but overall the place was clean.

Pictures online is one and the reality is another . The front desk person first day; he was rude and dry. The room is dirty. Not smell clean. The second person and the third(both ladies) very nice and polite. The entrance for the hotel is unclear. Thanks a person that was in a Bar and saw lost and he gave me the directions. I have to go inside to the bar to finally find the front desk. The breakfast was a surprise. Was good and the person really nice .Around 350 for two nights and our family in another room they heard everything for next room and smell marihuana the whole night.

WE HADA WONDERFUL TIME SITTING ON BALCONY AND LISTENING TO THE MUSIC WHEN WE ARRIVED. THE ROOM WAS LARGE AND VERY COMFORTABLE . WE STAYED ON NIGHT ON OUR WAY TO CRUISE. WE WILL DEFINATELY STAY THERE AGAIN. THE CREW AT THE FRONT DESK WERE AMAZING.

Great place at reasonable cost. Kind and helpful staff. Inspiring landscaping and grounds care/cleanliness. Well-maintained inside and out. Clean and comfortable room. Love the little pool. Relatively large and well-maintained exercise room. SUPER breakfast. Wifi seemed a little thin. I like the energy of the events hosted by the next door Harley dealer and I hope to return soon, but this is not a sleepy out of the way hotel.

We stayed there for a show in December, we expected the noise. What we didn’t expect is the AC to smell like death when turned on OR the room next to us to get raided by the cops at 4am.

The staff were very nice. The TV in our room would only stay on one channel, I called the desk and he came and replugged the wire and said it just needed to boot up but it still didn’t work. Didn’t realize the hotel was attached to a bar and it smelled a bit like stale smoke in the room. The signs leading to the front entrance need to be bigger, after driving 8 hours, I couldn’t tell where to go and ended up having to go into the bar to ask where the entrance was.
