I certainly wouldn’t stay again the room was dirty there was condom wrapper’s behind bedside tables and what looked like human feces on bed base and strong smell of weed … I would have left straight away if I didn’t have my 6 year old grandson that just wanted to be at the seaside, even he kept saying the rooms dirty and smells! thankfully it was only for 2 nights.

The hotel was quite outdated .... The room was an ok size . But the Tele was absolutely tiny .... And the WiFi was so bad . Also bad signal on even using phone wifi ...... Definitely needs modernising and more cleaning... Came across a few cobwebs and dust, also a dirty bedroom mirror . Was ok a base . View was shocking ... Just a load of flats and roofs . So felt quite trapped..

Stayed 1 night and had a clean functional room. comfortable, quite night sleep and a clean bathroom with good shower. Not personally botherd about decor as long as can sleep and wash. Had a towel and soap provided. but a little dated, however thats the same with pretty much most of yarmouths hotels and b&bs. Friendly member of staff who explained how to eneter, exit and showed me to my room. Would happily return.

A last minute booking, but was made very welcome by the staff. Decor a little tired, but nevertheless a comfortable and quiet nights stay. Breakfast was more than ample and well cooked. We would stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights the WiFi was terrifible our child could not watch you tube to occupy his mind the TV was the n need of updating it was like being back in the 80s . The bed was comfy . The shower was no good we might as well used a bucket with holes in it would if been quicker . The breakfast was ok but would have been better if it was not over cooked the coffee was bitter but apart from these comments it was ok to stay we paid £259 which in my opinion it alot of money for what we had in the hotel

I have only one issue the cleaning must be better.

The mattress needs replacing single glazed window that only stays open half way, the toilet stopped working after 2 days.

Dated room that wasn’t very clean, cob webs on lights. Stained carpet and sofa, burn to work station chair, work station varnish peeling off and stained. Tv signal kept failing. Double bed was two singles put together so could feel the gap. Would avoid at all costs. Would definitely not stop here again.

Needed somewhere to stay whilst working in Lowestoft. Hotel good value for money. Although there was a bar on site it was not showing sky football and only servicing piaza as evening meal so were elsewhere. Good real ale pub close by + fish & chip shops & takeaways. Only problem was no mug in beedroom to make drinks.

Stayed for a weekend with our 7yr old granddaughter in a family room which was very spacious and comfy beds. Breakfast was lovely and the staff looked after our needs and very efficient. Check in was quick and was taken to our room. Overall would come back.

Quite dull looking which is a shame as it only needs a pick me up lick of paint.
Noisy floorboards, but other than this it’s fine.
