The front desk service were very rude and non attentive. I came to check in at 530 and they still did not have a room for me. They were going back and forth on which rooms were clean over the radio. No sorry, no acknowledgment of how long check in was. No explanation on hotel- pool hours / breakfast / parking. It was ridiculous.

Decent place to stay up the street from the hospital. Loud truck noises early in the morning. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and there was a desk i could work at while waiting for visiting hours.

The front desk clerk at check was extremely rude as was the manager on staff. The room was very dated, not crisp, dirty, water damage. Bedding felt old and dirty.

We stayed here for 2 separate nights while at a hockey tournament. It was convenient. The breakfast in the morning offered a nice selection. Staff were all nice. The rooms themselves gave us a little ick. Just needs updating. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The pool was nice to have but my kid said the hot tub was cold. Also- don’t eat at UNO ( restaurant attached ) it was horrible. Overall, we would stay here again if there was another tournament, but didn’t overly love it.

I traveled on a Sunday whereas everything is closed. The accommodations were suitable for the intent of the trip which was to visit a patient in the nearby hospital. The parking across the street was a great deal and accessible.

The room seemed like it had not been cleaned and the sheets had been pulled over the bed and not changed, there was dirty socks in the the sheets, stains all over the mattress hand prints all over the ceiling and looked like mud all over the lamp shade.

Furniture in room was dated and worn. Staff is really helpful and friendly. The on site restaurant was excellent.

The heater quit working on the hot tub, no loungers in pool area. the TV in room had no apps or tv guide feature as well as poor quality. lack of outlets next to bed. surprised still have carpeting in rooms, ugh. staff friendly. The parking garage across the street was convenient esp with the pass.

Room was great for a quick overnight stay. Check-in was relatively, but manager forgot to give us our pre-paid breakfast coupons (I had to go back and ask). We also didn’t receive a receipt upon checkout, even though a hold was put on my credit card.

First and most importantly I was able to bring my precious kitty, Luna with no problem at all with plans to pay any price required, but I didn't even have to do that. I was very lucky. With the help of Kujo, the man who checked me in, I was able to stay with my cat for free AND I got a discount on my room of almost $1,000. I was so happy for the treatment at the start and through most of my stay so far, I was hoping to be able to give a 5 rating. The only reason for the 3* is the ice machine AND the elevator outside my room both broke at the same time day 2 or 3 when I really needed them. 1 time I went out and got the very last of the ice before it broke completely, then when i went to get on the elevator, I saw that the entire floor of it was splattered with marinara sauce so I had to wait for that to be cleaned cuz i was in my socks. While I was waiting all the ice melted. For the first 4 days I couldn't get a maid to clean my room or bring towels even more than the first time I asked upon check-in. Finally I told front desk that i would pay for a full day if they went ANY 24 hour period without at least asking even asking if i needed anything or needed cleaning done. They brought the towels but no cleaning supplies, trash bags linens, or anything else i requested so i could clean the room myself if they couldn't come do it. I reassured them that i wasn't trying to be threatening but was just trying to get my needs met and was paying way to much IN CASH to be doing it myse

Frustrating to pay $75 to have a pet especially when there is very little green space around the hotel for said pet. Also being placed on the 5th floor with a pet was inconvenient and so was having to park across the street in a parking garage and still being charged $12. The bathroom sink was missing a drain stopper entirely and there was still hair left in the shower from previous guests. The microwave was missing a foot as well.
