Family and I traveled from New York to visit family members. Nice quit convention hotel only issue was this property was going under renovations painting the days we stayed . We were unable to enjoy the pool or lounge area due to this matter . Would have been nice if they made there customers aware .. Breakfast was average check in fee before 3 p.m was 24 dollars per person which I was not made aware off .. overall would stay again just cause of the convenience to the area ..

Stayed 3 nights. The hotel staff did not clean the room once the entire stay. When we got back to the room for the 2nd night the room wasn’t cleaned. No fresh towels. No refill on the coffee. When we called we were told they clean every other day. Strange a Hilton hotel having that policy, but Okay after Covid a lot of things changed. When we returned for the 3rd night stay again the room was not cleaned. Again no fresh towels nothing. I went back to the hotels listing and was not able to see any policy on house keeping, nor did the front desk staff At check in attempt anything. I don’t remember getting any a special rate or agreeing to stay in a hotel that does not clean the room each day.

I scratched my leg with the metal hook that was sticking out from under mattress frame. When I made a complaint to receptionist she was “very nice” and offered bandaid for the 3 inch scar on a leg, and offered to change a room at 3 am.

Family friendly location with restaurants at walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to the activities we planned. Nice and quiet environment.

Greeting wasnt the most pleasant, I arribed around 8.30 pm. This morning at check out i found they charged me $5 for the 2 water bottles, this is ridiculous for a Hilton

Rooms were nice

Checked me into a room that had no curtain on the rod the staff told me there’s a way to fix it but that there was nobody there to actually fix it so I had to figure it out myself. Asked to switch rooms says the curtain was completely missing. Then once we got into the new room the curtains stopped working (they were motorized) I had to manually pull them down. Then it wouldn’t open in the morning and the lighting sucked in the room. Overall not a very good experience for it being a Hilton hotel.

There is no hot tub at this property even though it's in the pictures. The pool however is wonderful calming and salt water honestly the best part of the hotel.It's nice and quiet. I was given an accessible room when that's not the room I booked. The room was a little outdated and window shade fell down and broke. Housekeeping said she didn't speak English or know what garbage was? Aside from all of that, I was there for business and had a decent stay.

Overall it was a good place to stay. The walls are thin so if you have loud or inconsiderate neighbors you’re out of luck for a quiet nights sleep. We requested housekeeping from a supervisor but never had anyone come during our stay.

This property on the morning of my departure failed to accommodate me due to the power being off. I asked since the power was off to extend my checkout time for the 1 and a half that it was out and I was told no. Poor service on accommodations

The property was surprising rundown considering that it belongs to Hilton hotel chain. Neither was the place immaculately clean. What was most disturbing is that I was deceived by hotel staff. After having enquired about complimentary services I was told that the water in the room and coffee in the morning was free of charge. When I checked out, it was confirmed that I had not consumed anything to pay for so the deposit was returned, Then a few hours later 5 dollars were taken from my account for the 'not complementary' water I had consumed. Surprisingly bad customer service. Hilton, never again!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Northwest/Oldsmar from Thursday to Sunday, and I have to say it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. Firstly, we had no housekeeping for our entire stay. We received no clean towels, which was inconvenient. After an exhausting 8-hour drive, we arrived at 4 AM, looking forward to a hot shower, only to find the water was cold. We alerted the front desk, but the problem persisted. Throughout our stay, there was a constant and overpowering smell of curry. We couldn’t figure out the source until we changed our own bed with fresh sheets from the reception and discovered the entire bed, especially the mattress, reeked of curry. It was unbearable. When we notified the reception, the staff was extremely unhelpful and miserable. On our last night, the air conditioning stopped working early in the morning, leaving the room temperature at an uncomfortable 78°F. There was also intermittent hot water. To add to the discomfort, a giant extraction fan would come on, sounding like a jet engine. Despite the hotel stating free parking, we were charged for it. Overall, it was a horrible stay. As a Diamond member, I expected much better service and amenities. Was very busy at check in time but the front desk person kept her cool, was very friendly, and kept the flow moving. Very clean, nice rooms. Even the person overseeing the buffet breakfast was extremely diligent as well as very pleasant.

Super clean, spacious room, walkable restaurant, mini fridge in the room.

Comfortable room, big bathroom, lots of counter space, which is appreciated in the bathroom as it can be almost non existent. While I know most hotels have not hired back housekeeping post COVID, this was no different. Had to ask for more bath towels, wash clothes, and they really need to at least come in and empty trash cans daily or provide larger bins. Relatively new location so relatively clean, well located with access to some decent places to eat.
