Older motel but well maintained and very clean

The property is clean and the location is not bad. I would have rated it better unless we faced a terrible situation with the property management att the last moment. The checck out time is at 11 am. At 11:03 my daughter received a call from a lady in the office who warned har the was should have left the property maximum at 11 am. My daughter apologized and told her that we have do packing and will load the car in a few minutes. The lady threttened my daughter that she will charges us extra money if we don't leave the property immediately. I was so upset of that harsh way of dealing with the guests and called her on the phone. She was so rude with me and staarted to yell on me. She also came out while we were loading the car and was yelling as if we are slaves and she is the queen. She thettened me saying she will call the police. What a horrible experiience we had in thatt place.

Not worth it. This is a MOTEL with no customer service. Too expensive for a motel. Underage kids were managing the desk when we checked out. Will not choose again

Value, close to Ottawa.

Room was clean and comfortable. I loved my stay and would stop by here again next time thru Arnprior.

Disappointed in this motel. We stayed there on a couple of trips across Canada snd always found staff friendly and helpful and the motel, although old, clean, comfortable and well maintained. This time not so. Thete was an odd odor, and the uneven floor made me feel like I was at sea. The upgrades??? were poor, poor workmanship. We will not stay thete again.

It was a nice room, bed was comfortable. Only ptoblem was not enough light. The lamp at the desk was not that bright so i had to work from the bed where the light was better. Other then that the room was very good.

The office was open for check in and also for check out, with a staff member present. The motel was in good condition, updated inside and out, with a nice curb appeal. The bed was comfy, room had everything we needed as well lots of parking. Chris

Nice place with good service. Good beds and clean bathrooms.

The location was easy to find. Convenient to nearby stores and restaurants in the area. Room was clean and comfortable. Only thing that didn't work was the coffee maker. But overall enjoyed the stay and will definitely recommend to anyone.

I paid much more for much worse! Nothing to complain about, the room was great and the staff was helpful.

everything was great. the only issue id say was when we ran the tap water in the washroom stink there was this weird smell coming from the drain part, almost like someone had emptied food in the sink and it is stuck in the pipe and getting moldy. also the man who checked us in was having a hard time finding our reservation.

It was a nice clean and quiet place. The linen was fresh, and the facilities were very clean. It was very quiet at night, and the air conditioning worked great, so we got a good night's rest.

The owner was very kind and allowed me to check in at 12 PM rather than two. It’s a very quiet place with a Tim Hortons, no-frills, Canadian tire, Rexall drug store, among other shopping conveniences. Overall, it’s a lovely place.

Bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work. Can’t get any tv channels at all. Gentleman at the desk was very nice. Saw him playing with his kids later. Good dad! Happy Father’s Day Dad!

Clean and affordable. Close to the highway.

Quaint bit a bit dated.

We stopped in for a family function. Literally just to sleep for the night. We had a late check in and, they promptly answered the bell. There are parts of the room that are dated, but refreshed to look quite nice. Overall very clean. The bed was new, as were the all new linens and pillows. Water was hot and water pressure was excellent. Exactly what we needed for a place to sleep!

This motel is nothing fancy but the rooms are functional, very well kept, and clean. The bed was very comfortable and bedding very nice. I will stay here again.

The Owner is very nice and always says if you need me for anything feel free to call office. Its like a home away from home, I would go back. Only disadvantage is its close to highway and you can hear the trucks go by when outside but thats like that at most hotels off the highway but the good thing is easy drive down the Queensway to Ottawa and Renfrew Ontario. Lots of scenic trails in the area
