The women at the reception was nice the man not so much. Looked like we inconvenienced him in the middle of the day
Then stopped me to tell me about a pet charge that was nowhere mentioned
Hotel is old - not updated. Clean room. Good breakfast. Area around nothing to do - def need car

Owners were awesome, very helpful, both spoke English. Breakfast was pretty nice. Hotel was clean, neat and the grounds were quite pleasant. The roses out by the entrance to the pool gorgeous and amazing. My only complaint was having to ask for the air conditioner remote. Even though the nights were cool, getting the air to transfer outside with out movement was impossible. Oh! And not a bad location if you have a car.

I travelled in and out through Perugia Airport. Used the hotel to visit Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio etc.
The hotel was spotless, the running of the hotel was spot on.
The lady who runs the kitchen took it onto herself to prepare me a gluten free breakfast daily including baking sweets. Thank you, I appreciate.

Old hotel, far from the city center, but with free parking. Nice breakfast but needs some work, especially in the bathrooms (I noticed the super old flush, that are activated pressing a short metal stick attached to the water deposit on top of the latrine.

Very remote from Perugia. Room had mold in the wall. Staff was not very friendly. Good pool and breakfast!

Set on the outskurts of town and no restaurant nearby so you will need a car if you wish to dine after you arrive. We didnt have one but the staff ordered us pizza for delivery. Very helpful staff. Quiet hotel, good breakfast .and value for money.

The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. They gave very specific recommendations for Perugia and we went to locations and had a very nice visit of the city. Breakfast was good as well, a nice balance. Keep up the thoughtful service.

We stayed as a family of four. At first we were a little concerned because it looked like we were the only ones staying there. However, more people rolled in as the evening progressed. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the free breakfast was good. They obviously take great pride in the landscaping for it was beautiful and the pool wasn't open when we stayed in May, but the surroundings out back were stellar and the patio would have been fabulous in the summer, the front view of the hotel faces concrete median fabrication place but the side and back view is great. We would stay again.
