Front desk woman was very sweet. Check in was quick. Hotel looks to have attempted a remodel but the work was patch work at best. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Did see a german roach at the front desk and it was alive, so they need a pest service.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The vending machines kept your change! Hot tub wasn’t hot! Furniture in lobby was not clean! Overall I was grateful for a place and a bed but definitely not my greatest experience probably won’t book again! Breakfast was a plus!

Decent enough hotel. If I could have cancelled, I would have. The parking lot is extremely small/tight. Didn't care for the bathroom/tub. Looked old and dingy. Laid down and something fell into the bed. Pulled the covers up and it felt like something was crawling on me; it was hair in the bedding (not mine). I left and stayed somewhere else.

I did not stay. There was a chemical fire in the area. The hotel was not using A/C because of the chemical fumes. Then we received a shelter in place text on our phone from 7pm to 7am. We left. I was not going to stay in a shabby hotel with no A/C and chemical fumes every where.

The staff was amazing the lady’s at the front desk was wonderful I really them.. and the staff that night was also wonderful my family and I came for our Family reunion and really had the time of our lives… Thank you Guys so much for your wonderful service….

The location was convenient for what I had to do for the weekend and the first day, whoever made the grits was fabulous! Parking was great and minus the microwave not working and the shower head, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and it was a clean hotel.

Overall stay was pleasant with the exception of the ac unit in the room. The unit shake, rattled, hummed and roared the entire stay. I reported it to the manager and property owner who said they'd have someone check it out. No improvement and they didn't offer another room. I was told that all the ac units were the same and for that reason alone i could never stay there again. Quality rest is important when you're traveling long distances.

Aside from a dog barking in another room, the hotel was fairly quiet. The room was clean. We never saw any staff, other than at check-in.

Ants got in my rental car. They had insecticide that I used every day, so it was an issue they knew about. Asked my room to be cleaned after the second day but never was.

Mirror so excited when we made it to the hotel and went in our room it was beautiful we thought we thought we were going to head the best vacation ever. What we didn't realize was that while we were in there getting comfortable tens to thousands of ants that were flooding The lot filled our car completely up and after spending hundreds of dollars having my car cleaned then buying like 6 pack of ant bait and then eventually spray We still can't even use our vehicle because ants are literally in every Part of the car inside and out and when I went to speak to the supervisor on duty they didn't even react or sound surprised which meant it was normal I'm guessing from all of the trees around but they made no attempt to even apologize or help me clean it and just kept booking people in without warning the other people of what was going to happen not only did it destroy my trip But it did traumatized my wife and my children we had no choice but to return in the car as we did in find out until the next day when it was time to go and We all had huge ants everywhere on us and by the time we made it home we were covered with so many bug bites we couldn't even sleep after the long drive we had to treat ourselves with ourselves with alcohol and bactine liquid band-aid I would have spent $20000 to not go on the vacation I thought was going to be the best thing that happened to my family and now I owe that much on a car I can't even use. I wouldn't have posted this if they didnt care!!!

The hotel was okay. Nothing major. Our room was supposed to be two queen beds but the beds where more like full size. The mattress was uncomfortable, too firm. The bathroom was missing the soap holder in shower. The room didn't smell fresh, but everything appeared to be clean.

Our ice bucket had mold in it. Our tv had to be fixed by a nice lady from the front desk. Floor boards very dirty.

Our bathroom was dirty with hair all over the floor and tub. The hotel just feels worn. The gym equipment was broken or old. The breakfast was decent. The employees were the best part. All were friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. The toilette seat looks like it's been here since the Grand Opening. Rooms need updating. There was no place to lay my luggage on. I shouldn't have to put my suite case on the bed or the floor. The floors have hair all around also like the room floor were not swept. The vending machines need updating. There also need to be a better variety for breakfast, meaning the eggs were nasty. There should be chicken/turkey sausage or bacon along with pork sausage. The lobby wreaks of bleach as soon as you walk in, not a pleasant smell.

Great all around, minor damage seen on some furniture and ac controls. Staff was excellent, breakfast was amazing aswell. Would definitely recommend and will plan on revisiting some time.

Was a nice hotel room for the price paid. The room was clean and pretty standard. The front desk guy that checked us in was a really nice guy. Only complaint is the bed wasn't the most comfortable for my liking as i don't like firm beds. The pool times were a little weird. That day we were there the pool didn't open until 7pm and kids couldn't swim past 930 but the pool remained open until i think 11. By the time we got back from dinner there was no time to swim. The breakfast was really good and the eating area was clean.

They had me in room 411 originally I believe. I found 6 roaches within 10 mins of being in the room. I asked for a different room, I didn’t find any roaches in the second room which was 503. The night staff was very helpful. The morning woman was not helpful at all. The woman at the front desk in the morning dealt as if I shouldn’t be compensated in anyway for the roach room. The only reason I booked a room here was because of the hottub. I didn’t get to use it because it was broken they said. I would not stay here again.
