Room’s too small and the window is not big enough for having a more open view. Only fixed shower which is not convenient. However breakfast and the view of the restaurant is exceptional!

This new refurbished hotel is in a great location and was quiet when we visited in early October. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and Antalya town center is 15 mins by Uber.

The staff was great. The “beach” or swim platform was amazing. Breakfast buffet is huge, lots of options to pick from, everything I tasted was delicious.

Staff was friendly and excellent. Hotel had some unclear policies that dragged down the experience. Water could be purchased but was also handed out freely, the "no-food-from-outside" restriction was completely unnecessary imo. Food at restaurant was sub-par at best but the breakfast was good. At least 90 % of the gym was non-functional. Had a strange hiccup regarding duvets for the bed that was missing the first night, and the reply was "it will be sorted tomorrow" - try explaining that to your girlfriend. Bathroom was clean but not thoroughly as we could see traces of hair on the walls. Netflix was preinstalled on all tv:s but no TV had internet access. Clothes rail was busted and so was the towel rail in the bathroom. The hotel has a lot of potential, and once again staff was amazing and friendly. It's a shame but given the prices perhaps all-in-all an ok stay.

Breakfast was magnificent. Property is impecable, including the rooms. Did not go to the water at the beach, but the views and looks were amazing too. I definitely recommend it.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it was just as good as the first time! The food is tasty and the staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

It’s was a pleasant stay. In a nice area in Antalya. The hotel room is really nice up to my expectations. Staff are great all of them from the vale parking to the security personal. Reception staff and the night manager. Such a nice man. Creating us when ever he see us. Good satisfying open buffet breakfast. Recommended.

The rooms and comfort of the rooms are definitely not a 5 star more a 3 star quality - the gym facilities a few machines broken and spa facilities were great . The breakfast options were amazing and the staff was super friendly . On arrival we did find lots of hairs in the shower and floor. The plug sockets broken . The pool is tiny considering the amount of space they have it can actually be more bigger on the outside. The interior design in the lobby downstairs is 10/10 just a shame the bedrooms aren’t the same. Very silly you can’t bring food from outside in to the hotel room.

Having read the poor reviews of the hotel was pleasantly surprised on the contrary my room was spacious with sea view, the breakfast and dinner were both excellent with a huge choice served buffet style and the staff were all amazing. Very good value and would return.

It is a very nice hotel, the cleaners were very friendly. However, the indoor pool and jacuzzi were not working for over a week so we couldn’t use it. The steaming room was not working either. This hotel doesn’t meet the requirements of a 5 stars hotel to be honest. The seafront was nice though and the breakfast was okay too.

The hotel is beatiful but there was not much facilities in the room in compare to other 5 star hotels. The reception staff were not helpful and impolite. They also were annoying by constantly asking for wrist band.

To the mgmt of the hotel, please use bleach or Chlorex to clean toilet and a shower, which had strong urine odor. Bleach towels to make them white. Cleaning stuff should check bedsheets before they make bed for any traces of blood from prior use/prior guest.

It was my first experience in taking the hotel, I thought they were professional people, but unfortunately I had to cancel the rest of the reservation, they treated them unpolitely and the indoor swimming pools are closed for no reason. Second, the treatment was the top of taste and respect. I do not recommend this place, a waste of time and money. Cooling in the room last night did not work. I called them 10, they answered twice, more than half an hour in the heat, and they did not care. I followed a day in the heat

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone coming for a vacation to Antalya. The cleaning services is extremely bad. The hospitality is poor some male reception staffs are extremely rude especially the one who are in the shift before 7:00 am. The hotel furnitures are old and uncomfortable, the TV is very poor and old quality. The hotel is not well ventilated . The breakfast has different varieties but the flying insects are all over the food and nothing was done to stop these insects moving around the food and the table covers are dirty as they are never changed and never washed , the staff only use a small hover to clean the covers instead they can remove these old disgusting covers. The staff are not collaborative except for very few. Overall this is a very poor hotel compared to the prices.

I wouldn’t ever stay here again. Every guest hotel I met shared the same feeling. I had to change my room because of the disgusting smell. Food was never cooked properly. Facilities didn’t either work or were not staffed. No life guards on duty. Staff were not interested in helping. I could carry on but to simply state this hotel is must stay away regardless of your urgency.

This room had the most uncomfortable bed we have ever had the misfortune to attempt to sleep in, in any hotel we have been to in the world. Secondly the mattress was rock solid and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Very, very disappointing in a Five Star hotel.it was very expensive ☹️

Hotel is amazing... Looks the part ... Nice pool, food, reception, room. The staff at reception and security guards outside are just rude and not friendly or welcoming. Room clear was really nice ... Greeting everytime and sweet lady. Everyone else just didn't seem to care. Other hotels had much happier staff and more welcoming when we walked in ...

Had a terrible stay. Looks like you’ll be getting bang for your buck but definitely not once you arrive. The two staff at reception are horrendous! Man and girl, kept giggling and refusing items which are basic needs. Got refused an extra key card, got refused an iron, had to ask several times for my bags to be taken up to my room. Fridge was dirty, sticky and smelly which didn’t even stay cold. When asking for upgrade girl at reception refused there is no rooms but once I said I am happy to pay she had multiple rooms free. They had giggled after I complained to management and they had refused me multiple things. Would not recommend, save your money and go to the hotel next door.
