Don't usually stay at bed and breakfasts, but SO glad we did this for our 25th wedding anniversary! Charming place with incredible food and service! There are trails to walk around on the grounds, and the whole experience was perfect! Would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway that's close to the white mountains area!

The Adair Country Inn is a charming, converted summer "home" built in the 1920s.
The staff is very friendly.
The dinner was delicious!

Picture perfect, from the Inn Keeper to the service staff! The food was delicious, both dinner and breakfast. The staff were beyond friendly and so very kind. The grounds and views were breathtaking and very quiet, nothing but nature. My favorite stop in years, and I travel 20 days a month and I will return!

Unbelievable! One of those travel experiences we will remember for the rest of our lives. This was such a peaceful place with the frogs in the lily pond providing the night "music" and the birds proving the morning "music" Very beautiful and well-maintained. View of Mount Washington in the distance from our window. We plan to return to spend a few days for our anniversary next year. Looking for peace and quiet and beauty? This is it! Good food also!

Really enjoyed our stay. Very quaint and neat place. Room was spacious and comfortable. Only negative was we were unable to get reservations for dinner. Think guests should have priority for reservations.

Bug on bed, dead bugs around perimeter of bedroom; should have been caught with basic vacuuming

This property was not as advertised on hotels.com.
Photos and description both show a restaurant and bar. But there was no visible bar, and the rest was closed on Monday’s
We arrived after a long drive in the rain expecting to settle in for the night at the Inn enjoying a few drinks at the bar followed by dinner and a night in after all the driving and rain.
We were disappointed to hear we had to go back out - most places in the nearby town are also closed on Monday’s
Also please note rooms do not come with TV’s, it was chilly and damp from the rain and not handicap accessible

I specially appreciate the historic aspect of the welcome.

Love the Adair! Warm, comfortable and welcoming.

Beautiful old building, fantastic vistas, comfortable room, friendly staff. Only two suggestions: First, breakfast isn't served until 9 am which is way too late, on most of the days I was there, I was long gone by then. Second, my room was pretty dark, even with all the lights on it was too dark to read (even "hugging" the bedside light fixture was barely enough).

Adair Inn is very nice with lovely rooms and a beautiful view of Mount Washington. We stayed in the Kinsman Suite. This place is special and the staff are very nice!! Do not hesitate to stay here!

It was lovely inside and out. We loved the walkable gardens and the fact that you could sit outside, watch the birds and see the wonderful views.
One minor issue was our bathroom toilet seat would not stay seated and we asked them to repair it, but it did not happen.

This is a beautiful country inn on a substantial property. The rooms (including the bathroom and closet!) were tastefully decorated, a really nice size and had all the amenities you could want. I enjoyed having a fireplace both in the room and in some public spaces. The game room downstairs is fantastic, with pool table, board games and couches just to hang out.The breakfast was tasty and a decent size, though I wish some options were offered versus just bringing it to your table in a sort of you get what you get style. More fruit would have been nice. We also enjoyed the dinner we booked for one night during our stay and found the wines on offer were delicious. We visited in February and found the parking lot very difficult to navigate as it was covered in ice. Ice on the property as well made it difficult to walk around unfortunately.

Beautiful historic inn with very helpful staff. It is located near the Town of Bethlehem which has a number of lovely shops and dining options. It is also close to Franconia where we did some cross-country skiing. The town of Littleton has many interesting shops and eateries. Overall a beautiful natural setting where one can recharge your Covid weary batteries.

Adair is a beautiful property. The room was clean and the bedding was soft. We had a large room with plenty of seating. There is not an elevator so be aware if you have heavy bags. There is coffee in the room as well as water available in the hall. Private bath was large and clean. The grounds were beautifully decorated for Fall.

The place is charming but nothing to do there. We book 2 nights stay via Hotels.com but did not realize we were reserved 2 different rooms on 2 different floors with no elevator. We had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with our luggage & the room has no TV. We asked at check in if we could be put in one room for both nights & not to move cuz my husband is 75 with a bad hips but we’re told they were fully booked. We only stayed one night & contacted Hotels.com for an early departure & requested one night refund. Hotels.com attempted to contact Adair for several days & left messages but no response. I guess I will have to call Adair myself. Anyway the property is nice, staff is nice, breakfast was ok but If you’re not mobile enough to walk up & down the stairs then this place is not for you.

Nicest friendliest people in a beautiful setting. Room and bath completely modernized.
