Room outdated, carpet coming up in bedroom, room did not feel clean, check-in lady nice but did not inform there would not be any cleaning / or restocking of towels in room over the two days we stayed. Check out lady was a bit rude. Breakfast was fair, typical hotel breakfast. Beautiful view outside the window.

Convenient to I-95. Disappointed in breakfast choices and freshness of items.

My stay here was mixed. great location, right near a stadium, felt safe and I was there with my senior dog off season so both hotels were very quiet. This is a Marriott Courtyard attached to a Marriott Residence. they give you a special door key that lets you in on both sides, the parking lot is on the COURTYARD side and it was raining - so I appreciated that key very much. Firstly, I met the housekeeping staff and they were lovely but unfortunately I do feel the standards have to be raised. I always bring Lysol wipes with me because I travel a lot and I’ve had some very unpleasant surprises upon check in, so now with covid it’s just a must. I was doing my wipe down of the surfaces and discovered what looked like instant potato flakes coming off the front edge of the dining table in the kitchen of my suite. The top was more or less clean but there was dried something (hopefully food) on the chairs as well. There was also poop in the toilet when I opened the lid, which shocked me. That’s actually not a first for me, but I think it’s only happened one other time. not a great first impression. However other than that the suite appeared to be clean, kitchen was well stocked. something was wrong with the HVAC unit and it was very noisy and this is where the story shifts. A lovely kind woman named Christy came in from engineering and fixed it immediately! Then in the morning Miss Evelyn was a ray of sunshine that made me feel great abt the hotel by the time I left. So overall ok!

We had a great experience at the Ripken Residence Inn. We were close to work which was convenient for a work meeting and there were many nice places to eat close by! Would definitely stay here again. And is very easy access to Route 95.

Wouldn't normally stay at a Res Inn for only 1 night but we were looking for a 'safer' dog-friendly option with everything going on in the world right now... The setup is a little strange, it's a Res Inn and a Courtyard in one building - one end of the hotel for each brand, with separate entrances and desks but a central lobby. Modern, very clean - but they're very paranoid about coronavirus here, right now: lots of restrictions and signs, only using one desk to check in for both hotels, staff pretty serious... and they jump on you right away about wearing a mask - even just quickly passing through early in the morning to take the dog out with literally nobody else in the lobby and them behind a desk and plexiglass. Won't hold it against them but lil' much... I understand there's a mask policy and I had it on me, prepared to wear it - just giving a 'heads up' to potential bookers during the coronavirus to be aware that its STRICTLY enforced here. The room was lovely - spacious, comfortable and very clean - but missing half the stuff in the kitchen - and the room - because they've taken so much out because of their virus fears... I got my own bottle opener out of the car. Was more than good enough for the night and yes we wanted 'safe' but this is probably a more relaxed and enjoyable place when no virus lurking - and when the stadium across the street is being used for baseball, not virus testing. Again, won't hold the vibe against them... things are what they are right now.

We say during the Coronavirus outbreak it was very clean and everyone was friendly. They had a grab and go breakfast in the morning and I love how quiet it was. I am most definitely will be Staying again soon.

I really enjoyed the surroundings of the hotel at Ripken Stadium, but I was very disappointed in the transpency of the hotel and their dog policy. We travel all of the time with our dog and have never had an issue taking him with us. This hotel charges a $100 pet fee, which was in small fine print upon reservation. When we were made aware of this policy at check in we had no option to stay and pay it or we would have lost the cost of the hotel room we had already paid. I would have much rather had the option to decide before hand if I would want to pay the fee or find another hotel that has a different pet policy.

Residence Inn provides the kind of stay I look for. The room was upscale and in working order. The free parking and free breakfast were fine.

There was a water leak from the room above mine over the toilet. Plaster started coming down. Since they were completely sold out they weren't able to move me to a new room. The options were to comp me for the room or find me a new hotel. It was very late and I was tired after a very long day, so I opted to stay where I was and was comp'd for the room since the floor was dry and the leak wasn't horrible. They were very apologetic and received letters from the GM and other managers. So it was resolved to my satisfaction.

I'm so happy we stayed here overnight on our way back home. We hit a ton of traffic and were able to stop and rest & refresh to finish our drive the next day.

This hotel is clean, friendly an nicely decorated. Breakfast is included and is quite good. Rooms are nice sized and well-appointed with kitchen area, seating area and bedroom area. Sinks are separate from toilet and shower. Area so 2 people can get ready at same time. Room was also quiet. Conveniently located with charming view of the ballfields.

We had a great stay. We were greeted by Julio every morning at breakfast. He was a bright shining star at this hotel. He was helpful and always smiling. My only small complaint was finding dirty towels on the back of the bathroom door. The staff over all was excellent and the breakfast had great options.

I was a little torn with my stay! It was a rough start!!...making reservations through Hotels.com 7 months in advance I thought I would be fine! Received my confirmation the week prior to my stay...check in time 3pm...went to check in at 330, told room wouldn't be ready for 1/2 hr to 45 min...long story short we didn't check in until 815!!!!...was told that it was back to back baseball tournaments and they were turning over...160 guest out..169 guest in! Which I can understand but the lack of communication was terrible...no window, no time table...we just waited in the lobby for 5 hrs worried our room would be given away to someone that we waiting! The GM Jeff was very accommodating... apologizing and reducing our rate for the first night and we were upgraded from a studio to a 1 bedroom! I would stay again just know what you getting into with the baseball tournaments!

We arrived at the hotel at 2:50. Please note our Expedia paperwork stated check in was at 3:00. Marriott informed us that 3:00 was incorrect and check in was 4:00. I asked if they could hold our bags, reply no room. They took my number and said our room would be ready in 30 minutes. 2 and half hours later we went back and was informed the room was just finished being cleaned. We received a blanket apology. Our room had a malfunctioning door. It didn't shut unless you jiggled the handle. We came back mid day and it was left open by housekeeping. Luckily nothing was taken. I told the desk and rec'd thanks for letting us know. The location is incredible and for that alone they will always be busy. If my son plays in another tournament there we would stay there again but I would be wiser with my expectations. The cost is too high for poor check in and lack of concern for inconveniences.

We has a 3 night stay for a baseball tournament at the Residence Inn. We travel most every weekend and this has been our best hotel stay to date. The hotel was clean, the space worked great for our family, the location was beyond convenient, and they had everything that we needed.
