The room is small and bath is same one on airplane. No air condition which means is boiling hot inside and very cool outside the room. In case u ok with this avoid top floor due to room is like oven

The rooms are clean but very small and the shower/toilet cubicle was almost impossible to negotiate. Definitely not designed for anyone above a size 10 to get into! No kettle or hairdryer in the room and no way of getting a cup of tea after breakfast. Breakfast was basic but very good value for money. The bedrooms are accessed from outside which didn't feel very safe to me. Maybe ok for 1 overnight stay but wouldn't recommend any longer. The noise from motorway traffic and other people outside does not bode well for a good night's sleep. On a positive note, its just a 10 minute drive from the airport and there are plenty of restaurants and a retail park within walking distance.

No pillows on the bed, only 2 cushions. The shower left a lot to be desired, the edges of the shower was mouldy

Rooms are tiny. We were travelling with a baby and requested a cot which was provided on second time of asking but no mattress with it. The bathroom door didnt close and with it being so tiny you may as well not have bithered with it being a different room. Shower ran hot and cold the whole time and was so small i barely fit in it (im 5ft 2 and not a large girl). I understand you get what you pay for but this place is barely fit for purpose.

Small room with very small bathroom, next to the freeway but not too noisy. Basic but a very fair price. Excellent staff however.

Very pleasant stay

Far out from anything. 100€ into town. We turned around and booked something else.

Easy check in arrived late so used the machine which was very easy and quick. Rooms was clean and beds was very comfortable bathroom was on the small side but worked well. Has a burger king and a steak house on the same site very easy to find right off the junction on the motorway

Wow. What a horrible place to stay. Filthy smelly extremely rude staff that are actually mean. And the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in in my entire life. No windows filthy floor. And to top it all Bed BUGS. Stayed last week been to the Dr with bites. bed bugs. This hotel needs to be closed down for good. The room stank. U asked for another room they said that was the cleanest room. I asked for my money back they swore at me

It's like what I imagine a motel in the US to look like. For how cheep the price is, it's totally fine, especially if you're just driving through Bordeaux. There's supermarkets and fast food restaurants very close to the hotel.

I booked 5 rooms at this hotel for 5 of us on a motorcycle trip.
After returning to the room at 11pm, following a meal, I found a water leak from the ceiling that soaked the bed.
I found the night manager, who told me there was nothing he could do, as the hotel was full. He went to make a phone call, saying he would return in 10 minutes.
After 30 minutes I found him again. He a.gain claimed he could do nothing and had to make more calls.
I contacted Hotels.com who tried to help.
The manager returned after about 20 minutes complaining that Hotels.com were ringing him.
He disappeared again. After more than another hour I found him again. He again complained about receiving phone calls. He went on to tell me a room was free. I moved rooms at 1 am.
The leak was no ones fault. The poor service was.
A measure of the hotels service is not the problem that happened, but how they react to it. The response was very poor and so far the response from Premiere Classe has been poor as well.

The ladies on reception were both friendly. The bed linen was clean, as were the towels.
The NOISE from the motorway was deafening (it’s right on it) and there’s no sound insulation-the road noise added to the guests clonking about, moving furniture etc made for extreme lack of sleep! I wouldn’t stay here again.

Première Classe doesn't mean first class; it's basic but cheap and practical

Clean cheap hotel. After 9 o clock fees for the key. No buses after 21h30. Taxi is 25 euro.

Friendly service and good breakfast for the price. But the rooms and the rest of the stay was not great.

Great value, just the basic, but if u don’t need any more why pay more. Good location next to restaurants and near tonHopital Leveque. Breakfast good, juice, toast and vale

Not a pleasant place to stay at. The room was very small and the bath too small to even turn around in. There were no amenities, the breakfast was poor and the whole nonexistent staff was a disappointment. I would never return to one of the hotels in this chain.

Nice room, comfortable stay, bed was comfortable, we arrived after 9pm so had to wait a while to be seen and staff member was a bit aggressive, but we sorted the room quickly.

The door had been kicked in at sometime in the past and not fully repaired. You could see light through a gap where the frame was bent. Thin walls and an adjacent freeway added to the experience. "Adequate" would be the best description I could manage.

We used as overnight stop driving through France. The location is great for this as easy access to motorway. We stayed in room 40 not recommended as noisy and smelled of smoke. Pick rooms that are furthest from motorway

Very comfortable and quiet hotel, good access to bordeaux. Toilet flush didnt work but quickly moved to another room

DO NOT STAY HERE. Staff does not like non-French or non-French speaking people, period. Room had three single beds with bunk beds, one which had clearly been slept in. All they said was sorry, we are sold out. For 100Euros, they have to be joking. I stay in 50+ hotels a year, this one takes the cake. AC not working, no hot water, 45minutes to get a cab.... WOW. I should be writing for a refund, no?
3.1
Room was claustrophobically small. I would only stay there again if I were desperate!Hotel was difficult to find as it was dwarfed by Ibis. Also there seemed to be another building with Premier Classe symbols etc a few km away which was misleading

Room was not clean
Door did not shut properly with out slamming it

small room like RV but good stopover all you need no frills

Satisfied my requirements, but one night was sufficient as I found the room rather cramped, and the washroom very small. I would recommend it only for an overnight stay
