My concern was that they offer online check in but it wasn’t working. The dispenser was out of shampoo the entire stay.

Great hotel and clean. Need more technology that works so lines at check in and staff isn’t so stressed but nice hotel.

We went to check in and were told we were early which was my fault for misreading check in time but I was told we’d get a call as soon as our room was ready. We were 30 mins early and told 10 people ahead of us that were even earlier than us.check in was at 4 we got there at 3:30 and I have to call at 5 because I haven’t heard anything. This messed up getting to our concert on time. To top it off, they were supposed to have a shuttle but the shuttle was broke down. We get to the room after smelling so much weed throughout the place and the dishwasher is running and leaking water everywhere. Went to take a quick shower and the shower mat was wet. Then went to get ice the next day and the ice machine wasn’t working. While getting ice we noticed a sign on the guest laundry saying they were sorry for the inconvenience about the laundry not working but they were working on it and someone wrote that they had been broke awhile. The place seems really run down. Wouldn’t recommend it.

We had 2 rooms to see a concert at the amphitheater. Nice rooms. Front desk staff was fabulous. We walked to the amphitheater and back. Perfect location! We met a lot of nice people doing the same thing. Nothing but good things to say about the whole experience. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was lovely. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and equipped with everything we needed to stay while away from home. Mariah was friendly and checked in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction without being too intrusive. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel location is convenient and the size of the room and cleanliness of the room was fine. It was an easy walk to the amphitheatre. However, the room was not ready at check in time. Not just our room. No one was allowed to check in until after 5, (an hour after normal check in time) so by 5 pm there was a lobby full of people waiting to check in. Once check in started, just one person was checking people in, even though there was also a manager there. And it seemed like systems weren't working because each check in took a long time. There was no bedding in the room for the pull out sofa. The in-room phone wasn't working, so unable to call housekeeping or the front desk, so had to walk back to the lobby at 11 pm to find bedding, which meant standing at the front desk for 10 minutes before before being acknowledged. There were at least two other guests there looking for bedding as well. The one staff person working breakfast the next morning was working hard but it was impossible for her to keep up with keeping food and coffee replenished. This hotel is either understaffed or mismanaged.

We like staying at properties such as this because we like the availability of a 2 bed, 2 bath suite. Sadly, they are getting older and are starting to fall into disrepair. A unit with three spaces has 3 air conditioners. One worked, one sort of worked until it got hot outside, one did not work at all. No pod holder for the coffee maker.
Things don't feel as clean as you would hope. Not that they don't clean, but think an older home that has not been updated. Plus side, breakfast was excellent. Breakfast staff was a joy. All associates we courteous. A good experience overall. Just know it's by Hilton, not THE Hilton.

The property is in need of maintained. A lot of rust around the grab baron the tub. The tub drain was clogged. There was Gray electrical tape on the carpet. My unit was in need of repaint

Upon arrival room lacked appropriate number of towels, extra blanket, coffee/cream/sugar, AND could not contact Front Desk or Housekeeping from room; phone line was “busy” for 3 hours. Exterior door's locking system and elevator were not operating optimally presenting inconveniences. Staff friendly, food good, cleanliness decent

Looked run down. Side door lock was broken. Computers were offline when we checked in at 11:30 pm, check-in took 30 minutes. Front desk person was uncommunicative. Holes in walls. Bed linens were dirty.
Not Hilton Quality. Not even Paris.

It was cool and spacious. You can tell comforters aren’t washed but we brought our own cover. Other than that all else was clean.

We had a good stay here, the place is a little dated in places, but the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good, my only complaint is that the pool was closed. It had been for some time, and is not scheduled to open until June 1st. This WAS NOT disclosed in the listing, and I would not have stayed here if I would’ve known that. Management blamed it on hotels.com and of course hotels.com blamed it on the hotel. If you don’t care about the pool, don’t hesitate to stay here!

Asked 2 times to fix toilet water tank, it was reported as fixed but it was not.

But not all that bad, staff is very friendly and tried their best, very good breakfast with plenty of choices and very good coffee.

The hotel is banged up a little and could use some TLC. The planks in the kitchen areas are damaged in 100% of the rooms we were in as a family group. There was also scuff marks on many walls and other damage in rooms. But with that being written, there are way worse places to stay.

We wanted to swim with our 8 and 9 year old. After booking a non refundable around 9am the morning of arrival, my wife encouraged me to call and make sure the pool was open (as that was why we were paying $200plus) The front desk said the pool is and has been closed for maintenance. They would not offer us a refund, as we had to do that thru hotels.com. (This was at 10:30 in the morning. I worked in the hotel business for years and non letting someone cancel at that time in the morning would have been unthinkable in our business) After two phone each to hotels.com and the property I realized I was just getting the runaround. I have been a loyal Hotels.com customer for years and this is the last time I will use them.
Thankfully, our credit card company stood by us thru this fraud.
Hotels.com must have been bought out, because it is a sad time for Captain Obvious.

One front desk worker very overwhelmed. Walls in hallways are scratched up, outlets exposed, broken closets, dirty bathrooms, leaking faucets, hairy bed linens, broken air units, exposed wires, pull out bed no linens, pool shutdown, very little water, tv with no remote. We came here for the indoor pool and it was not even open. Very disappointing!! I will not stay here ever again. I will request a full refund for the inconvenience. We travel from another state to surprise my son in college and this ruined everything. Hotel needs a lot of updating, more staff, help with the cleanliness. I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone. I have pictures to prove everything I’ve written above.
Oh I forgot to mention the back entrance door is broken so anyone can access the hotel whether you have a key or not. That is violating every paying customers SAFETY. I will make sure everyone involved with the whole process is notified until something is done. That is truly a lawsuit. This hotel has so many code violations and they should not be open for business.

Check in was quick and easy. Our rooms were excellent! We got king suite with full kitchen for an amazing price. 133.00 the rooms were clean and smelled good. Really fluffy pillows.

It’s a nice hotel for the price.. breakfast had mold growing on the bagel and the milk was clunky. Had some burn damage on the carpet in the room but overall. It was a nice play with a friendly staff.

They gave us a room with a broken toilet and we had to switch rooms. We dealt with a room that reeked for over 10 hours. Staff was nice and said they would give us half off for that day.... and never did that. Absolutely avoid that hotel.
