The room was cosy but very clean and very friendly and helpful staff even after normal hours. I appreciate why they need to take a $200 bond but it is quite a lot compared to other hotels.

I was disappointed that the restaurant and bar were closed. The walls are not well insulated so I could hear the man in the next room talking. There was no mattress protector and only a well worn polar fleece throw to use for a blanket. Cheap IKEA fake plants and pictures should have given me a clue. Won't stay there again. I have stayed in rooms costing less with better quality.

Room was nice and had everything we needed (looked newly renovated), expensive compared to the hotels in Perth CBD but so is everything around Joondalup, no parking at front of hotel so have to go in/out the back way, shame the restaurant not open but all in all would recommend.

Arrived to find no fridge in room, no doors on wardrobe and filthy shower. Rooms are not cleaned on weekends, which apparently includes Thurs and Fri. Restaurant closed down. Homeless guy living under the table and chairs in the carpark at night. Wow

Room smelled of sewerage. Cobwebs and unidentified runs in bathroom. No proper lighting in bedroom, bedside lamps only. Floors are misnumbered, not enough onsite parking for all guests. No pool, food, gym, gardens. No fly screens on windows. Very overpriced for what you get. Clearly a foreign owned and operated business. Would not recommend to anyone. Receptionist was very nice and helpful.
