Air conditioner is not good enough, it is working 25 degree only, very hot. Otherwise open window with ambulance alarm or car noise. Cannot sleep well.

Check in process is unnecessarily complicated (had to use kiosk but then go to counter with staff to check passport and then back to kiosk). The hallways to the rooms are carpeted, making rolling your suitcase very difficult.

The shuttle bus driver, thinking that I was out of sight and already on the bus, THREW my bag into the baggage compartment. I spent close to fifteen years in Japan but never saw anything like this.

We stayed there one night before our early flight. The hotel offers a free airport transport which is great. Rooms are huge compared to other hotels in Japan. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Airport Hotel. It looks old inside and outside. Need renovations and keep modern. No restaurant in the building. Need dine out. Great to have Shuttle bus services for early flight customers.

Overall, the hotel is very nice. The lobby is especially clean, as they were maintenancing it when we arrived, and the service was impeccable. Our flight was delayed by an hour, so it was a relief to know that the check in goes all the way to 5 am. The desk clerk was prompt, helpful, and very patient with us.

I enjoyed our stay at Washington! Everything was great and especially the buffet. Stores were close by and the train station was right there! However, I wish I was notified at check-in to reserve the shuttle back to the airport. The shuttle back would have saved me money on a taxi back but overall great experience. If you plan on taking the airport shuttle, make a reservation as soon as you check in.

Modern, comfortable hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. The 24hr convenience store on site was very useful. Great location for visiting the nearby beach and Rinku outlet centre. Very useful also to be able to store our cases at the hotel securely after we had checked out, but before we wanted to move on as well.

Stayed at this hotel right after we landed from the airport. They have a designated shuttle from the airport that runs every hour. Very close by to the subway station, shopping and outlet mall. Lots of food options available nearby. Breakfast buffet excellent. Check in and out is completed through kiosks sometimes finicky but front staff is super helpful. Would recommend staying here with kids. Beds are individual and separate. Very comfortable. Would be nice if they cleaned the shower curtains.

The hotel is pretty old, but it does its job. There is a 24-hour convenience store on the second floor, so if you check in very late at night, you can buy food and drinks from the store. I must say the bed is a bit too hard, so my kid and my wife also complained about it. My purpose is to stay one night, and we can go to the Premium Outlet near the hotel. It was a 10 to 15-minute walk from the hotel. You can store your luggage in the storage room in the hotel lobby after checking out. In general, I think the price is fair and the quality of the hotel is alright. I will choose this hotel next time.

Booked this hotel as i knew I'd land late and take a while to get into Kansai international, and the location is perfect. Staff were super friendly and helpful, really handy when you don't speak Japanese as well! Would book this again. AC in the room was a lifesaver as well.

There was heavy rain when we tried to walk to the hotel from the train station. The staff gave us towels to dry our clothes and stuff. The hotel is not fancy. It’s very practical and close to the airport.
