We got sick and called them to see if we could cancel. They weren’t very helpful, they said we have to call you guys to cancel and they couldn’t do it. We were traveling home and the 2 kids got really sick and needed to get home and we didn’t want to expose anyone to this flu ( puke everywhere. We were too busy to find your number and took the loss sadly.the kids are slowly getting better.

It was okay, the girl at the front counter looked like she was in a bad mood upon check in. We were told there were going to be cookies at 6 pm, but when we went at 6:10 pm, there were only a few left, so we wait d to see if more were going to be brought out, and it never happened. I was not expecting, the valet, and being that I had to go get my own car cause it was manual, makes me question,”why am I paying for this?” If you offer me valet, it should be valet, car at the front. Honestly, the right thing to do is to not charge me that fee, let’s see how the hotel interprets my review. Their response will dictate whether I stay there again.

We stayed a couple of nights with family. The shuttle to/from hotel and airport was so convenient. The free breakfast saved us a lot of money and time. Staff provided excellent service. Rooms were comfortable.

Do not believe the notes saying room is soundproofed. If your room is on the freeway side of the building, that is all you'll hear. Also, ice machine on our floor was not working.

Very unsafe room... i originally chose a2 bed hotel and i had no other choice or hotel to go to, by the night all hotels had doubled in price so i couldn't just leave... So what happened was, i was unable to close ELECTRICAL blinds at night... large window was facing very busy roads and i felt unsafe for myself and my daughters,.. very unsafe... had to navigate at night with cell phone light to prevent any lighting on at night and depriving any privacy, which would've made it very visible inside knowing i was with 3 uunderage daughters of mine. I complained asking for another room where i could've had privacy and safety, i was shown with a1 bed room where the sofa bed was VERY unconfirmed, hard,
and all wires were felt... i needed 2 needs, so i had no choice but to stay where i was... i was told there wasn't anything else in the entire premises and to just let management know... i will be complaining about this.

Property is well maintained but the driveway infront of the entrance not enough space. Can’t give much review since I did walk around just checked in and went directly to my room.

Stayed here for a week while visiting family. Staff is super friendly and wanted to make our stay comfortable. Homemade cookies every afternoon was a wonderful treat! Every area extremely clean! Our room was spotless every day. Highly recommend this hotel. Valet parking basically a necessity and an extra cost, but I found this to be true across all hotels in Los Angeles.

Elevators are out and hotel says they called me about it but I had no missed calls. Not huge deal only four story hotel. They moved us down a floor at check in.

Upon arrival we were informed it was MANDATORY valet parking @ $26 a day. I really wish that would have been specified in the description. With two cars that was quite expensive. Then at check in we were informed the elevators were broken and would have to climb 4 flights of stairs with our luggage. When I asked if there was going to be any discount given due to the inconvenience I was told the only thing available was a note on the account "suggesting" I be given Hilton rewards. Then the icing on the cake was the room being 80 degrees when we got there and not cooling down until after midnight. This was absolutely the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced.

Pricey property. The room was clean. Towels looked so old and worn. The cable would just stop working. They placed us in a room facing the street. It can get extremely loud. The breakfast was okay. They always had potatoes, omelet with cheese, and some sort of protein for the main. There are dining and shopping options 10-15 minutes away from the hotel. On the property details, it says that Universal Studios was 11 minutes away. This was not true. It took us 22-25 mins to get there on non-rush hour times. Valet Parking costed $28 per day. This is the average pricing for parking in this area.

We had the most pleasant stay all four nights and five days

The entire hotel was clean and staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of good options each morning. The only negative things about the facility were the small pool and gym, but these were minor. The neighborhood was safe, but there aren't many things to do or places to eat within walking distance. Overall it was a really great place to stay to visit Universal. I would certainly stay here again with my family.

Christinia Taylor (Sales Manager) at this property was empathetic and very customer-oriented. We arrived only the second day of our booking due to a delayed flight. Although we had a non-refundable booking, Christinia was very understanding of our plight and waived our first night's payment. Excellent customer-service from Christinia.
Although I thought the valet parking would be inconvenient and require waiting for them to get our car, it was quite the contrary. I texted them each time I was leaving my room and the car was already at the front by the time I arrived there.
Breakfast is good. Hotel could do with a bit of renovation and Studio room looked bigger in the pics than it was in reality. But, overall a good stay and value for money compared to alternatives. I would recommend it.

There were so many ants in the room and the elevator was vicious!!!!!! It kept closing quickly and forcefully. It was like playing Russian roulette!!!!

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I liked the free breakfast too. I forgot my cell in the car which was parked by valet, hotel phoned me right away if I left it in the car. I really appreciate the staff’s helpfulness!
