Cute little hotel with comfortable beds. I'm an early riser and it was a challenge finding coffee.

Y really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We went for a fishing charter and here we stayed. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Only thing, is that their lamps are the ones that if you plug in your charger and turn off the light, your charger stops charging. So waking up to an empty phone battery wasn’t in the plans. Other than that really enjoyed staying there, wish I would have brought a swimsuit to relax after a long day.

Good spot for visiting Everglades Park.

The Ivey House was adorable and the staff so friendly and helpful. If I could change anything g it would be to make the ice machine available after the front desk closes. Thanks for the hospitality!! Lisa Burnett

We liked that it was more rustic and quiet. The staff was great. The beds we had were not the best. We would go there again.

Pretty much everything was good little stuff here and there to be fixed but nothing thatll cause me not to stay again. Well definitely will be back. Staff was nice

We stayed one night. No issues

Very clean and comfortable. It was made even better by having a wonderful pizza restaurant right down the street. Wildman's Pizza, Pasta and Python. Yum !!!

Old Florida styling. Very clean and comfortable. Close to Park adventures !

The place is unique in that the umits are inside
suurrounding the pool area which made it very homey. The one thing I disliked was in the bathrooom. There was no mat or something in the tub to prevent slipping.

Housekeeping woke us up early. Twice they knocked with me yelling NoTHANK YOU. Bed was awful. Pool over-chlorinated. When I was checking in a customer was complaining his sink didn’t work and he wanted a new room. The two women at the desk just rolled their eyes after he left and did not accommodate his request.

Another property with the "Did I make a mistake" moment when you drive up .
But the rooms , grounds, etc are a actually very nice.
The biggest negative is the surrounding area. Very few choices for dining and we found the recommended area dining to be sub-par at the very best.

I had an excellent stay. I will return again

We loved the “Old Florida” feel of Everglades City and the hotel…it was a bit like stepping back in time. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly (in both the hotel and the community) and we had a positive experience overall. The hotel is charming, but a bit dated in a good way…the TV selections were limited, and we ended up watching Andy Griffith and The Beverly Hillbillies 😆 The hotel was clean and had tile floors (a big positive for me, I hate carpet) but the dehumidifier and AC were a bit noisy. Given the limited options for hotels in Everglades City, this is definitely the best option, and I recommend it, especially if you are launching a kayak for a tour through the islands…so convenient!

Common areas are meant to be the attraction with the waterfall swimming pool, hammocks and meditation area. Rental space was clean and quiet

The motel is older but the service was wonderful and very clean. There are not many choices of places to stay in Everglade City but we felt as though it was clean and extremely friendly. The pool looked inviting although we didn't swim and there were tables to sit at outside each room's door, around the pool.

Very old Florida which I liked.
Rooms could use some updating especially the bathroom.

You can see they have had some storm damage.
they are renovating. My room was clean.
Staff was friendly and was just a quick overnight stay.
However, they showed a restaurant and that has been closed for four years they said. That would have been nice.
Overall we will be back!

We stayed two nights, in two different rooms. First night I would have rated our stay 5 stars. Room was very affordable, location was close to Everglades. Room was large and had everything we needed. Best of all, ac worked great! Second night we stayed in the courtyard area. Apparently they are remodeling that area as there was furniture everywhere in the courtyard. AC in this room was not great, had to get maintenance to fix the tv. The area in the courtyard was just not pleasant. The room was about half the size of the first room and I think cost more. The gift shop wasn’t open either day. We were told the cash register didn’t work or something like that. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, providing maps and lists of restaurants in the area. Hopefully they’ll get the remodel done before our next trip. We’d stay there again but not the courtyard area
