The hotel is located close to the city and is in a quiet neighborhood. The room didn't had toiletries and towels. Had to call the reception multiple times. There was also a power cut at the hotel for a night which ruined our stay at the hotel.

The furniture in the room was mediocre. I had damaged chairs and table in the room. Food is below average for 4* hotel. Biggest joke - they don't have scanner or cannot print from hardcopy. Front desk people are joke. Their bar is mediocre Never going back

I couldn't believe how quiet and serene it was, the place is in one of the most busiest of location. Has a nice resort like atmosphere in the middle of the city. The quality of the beds, furniture and the bathroom amenities need a lot of improvements.

Cleanliness was an issue, the sofas were full of stains. It had just one towel, just one towel. The places interior is very outdated. Power outlets don’t work, I had to try all of them to figure out where to charge my phone. The place is begging to be maintained a lot better. Disappointing stay.

The place is not at all clean. There is no one to take care at the reception while ur checking. They are not treating the customers well. This the worst service I ever had in Hyderabad. The rest rooms are really dirty. AC is not working and when we raise a complaint no one to take care of the complaint.PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY in booking this hotel. It’s my sincere advise. Don’t get deceived by the pics.

I cannot believe the high ratings for this stinking joke of a hotel. I've unfortunately had to spend about 2 months in this hotel and I wouldn't know where to start listing everything that's wrong about it. Here's the summary:• Swarm of dead red ants everyday on the floor in my room. They kept destroying the wires behind the switchboards too, so the switches wouldn’t work and I had to keep calling people to fix it.• Roaches in the bathroom and closets• Disgusting sewage drainpipe smell every time you turn on the shower. Bathroom stinks.• Mold inside the mini refrigerator• Most of the electric outlets do not work and are of different shapes and sizes where even Indian plugs/adapters don’t fit.• Furniture is dusty, dirty, and dated.• Dusty vents in the elevators, makes allergies worse for sensitive people• Mosquitoes in all the restaurants inside the hotel, and also inside the hotel room.• Power goes out often.• A lot of staff members do not seem to shower. They reek.• Inconvenient location. There are no stores or within walkable distance. They do not allow food delivery, so need to catch Uber to get food from outside every time. Hotel food options are limited, of poor quality, and ridiculously expensive.• They do not refund cancelled stays at all if you pay in advance. One of my friends had to leave 3 weeks earlier due to a medical emergency and they did not refund any of it. I understand charging a day's worth as cancellation fee but this is pure robbery

Wonderful staff. Great service. Will definitely stay again. Room was large and clean. Refrigerator was missing and no mini bar items in room but breakfast was very good. Very happy with this hotel and will stay there again.

In our room refrigerator , lights were not working. called around 20 times just to get basic things like extra bed, blanket, Tea coffee/ cup etc. housekeeping is not good! even lights in bed room n hall was not checked till checkout. same for refridgerator. overall just okay! During Checkout reception personal trying to charge for extra bed which he don't provide us despite of multiple calls. overall just okay experience..

We arrived at the Ellaa early on a Monday morning after an overnight international flight and were very happy that we could check into our rooms immediately. We booked 2 executive suites and found them to be clean and spacious with a small kitchenette and separate bedroom along with a nice sized living room.Our only problem was with the cleaning staff. Our rooms were cleaned and beds made each day but for some unknown reason, our towels were taken each day (even when we hung them up intending to reuse them) and not replaced. So we had to call the front desk and request towels each day. Since we were there for 5 nights, on day 3 we started to hide our used towels in the closet in so that they would not be taken. Also had a problem with toilet paper, it was never replenished and sometimes was taken out of the room altogether. Just kind of odd. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location was convenient for our needs. We would recommend this place to others, just be aware you many need to start hiding your towels!

The staff at the Ella is wonderful! The greeted me with smiles and helped my stay to be most comfortable. I have stayed here several times and have never had a single hassle. Cleanliness and upkeep could be improved but the quality of the staff is top notch.

Booked this hotel through expedia for a sports meet at the Gachibowli stadium. Very easy access to the stadium using Uber (55Rs.) On check-in we discovered that we were allotted a room with 2 single beds connected to form a king bed, when we had asked for a king bed. On informing the reception they told us that they were full but will try and find a solution. Within a hour we were upgraded to the executive suite as that was the only one available.We were mighty pleased with this prompt and positive action on the first day.The all inclusive breakfast was overwhelming with the variety though we did not have the time to sit back and enjoy the spread. For lunch and dinner they insisted on taking the buffet by conveniently informing that any ala carte will take 30mins. The food was excellent though. The executive suite free upgrade was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
