I loved the little kitchen. This allowed us to be able to cook and eat in our room if we wanted. The hotel is a 5 min walk from Metro Line 4 Mairie Montrouge. This line gets you to all the places you want to visit in Paris. Staff were friendly and helpful and there is a bakery right next door for your daily croissant.

It was our first time in Paris and the Hotel exceeded my expectations. Great location, safe and easy access to Metro, grocery store and restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, full kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is always someone available anytime of the day. The water and coffee machines in lobby are an added plus. Definitely recommend!

Dirty bathroom with terrible smell. Stained sheets. Unconfortabie matres. Dirty kitchen specially the refrigerator. They just dont clean!!! To far from the metro station 12-15 minutes walking. The customer service was really bad. Specially from Clara at the reception desk who clearly doenst want to help at all. If you want the room “cleaned” with new towels and sheets yoy have to pay $22 eu extra and ok, thats their sistem to collext more money from their clients, but not even when we asked they dis clean the room, but we have listwn to clara blaming other staff on the situation. JUST DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL. DONT BE CHEAP LIKE I WAS AND GO TO A BETTER HOTEL.

The hotel personnel were very professional and guide us through out our trip. Great customer service. They recommended many venues to eat and to visit in out short stay. The room was very spacious and super clean. My kids were able to rest each in a bed. Which is a plus for us. The beds were comfortable and the sheet were clean. The kitchenette was well supplied with all I needed for breakfast. The hotel provided free coffee, chocolate and water. I will recommend this place for a family. The area was nice and therewere stores and bakeries all around us.

Our stay, all around was excellent, wish the metro was even closer (8 to 10 min wasn't bad...except in the heat wave we had) I would recommend this hotel anytime , the kitchenette was just perfect for breakfast and any quick lunch and all sort of coffee available free anytime in the lobby. Great

Stayed at this property with family for a week, loved the stay, it is located at a very nice, safe and quiet place, kitchen with all the utensils was an added advantage. The front desk were very welcoming and helpful.

Rooms are nice.location is good 8 minutes walk from Mairie de Montrouge. Staff are friendly. MONOPRIX is at 2 mn walk. Free coffee and thea available all the time in the lobby.

This is one of the very few reasonably priced boutique hotel in Paris area. If you don’t mind 10 to 15 minutes ride of subway from the center of Paris, this would be a good choice.

Pros: Nice neighborhood, nice hotel, pleasant staff, spacious room, great lobby, free filtered water and coffee, great soundproofing Cons: Bedroom became very hot at night due to lack of air circulation; beds kept sliding apart even with the wheels locked; bathroom smelled; no complimentary housekeeping (even once) despite a 5 night stay

Great place to stay for a family. Friendly staff, safe area. The only issue was that there were soap scum and residue on the bathroom wall near the sink and on the ceiling. Otherwise, a nice place to stay. only a 10 min walk to the metro station.

Overall, an ok property to stay at. It’s 6 mins walk to the closest metro station. The room is no where near what they advertised on the picture. So be careful of that. Saying that, the room isn’t awful , just very very dated and not modern at all. Weird layout. Nothing around the hotel, literally NOTHING.

Property was quite nice, rooms a decent size, seemingly normal for France, yet toilet was in a different room from the rest of the bathroom. Nice touch with a towel warmer on the wall.

Apartment fine. Had to wait 45 minutes in a queue to check in. More staff should be put on duty at peak check in time. The gentleman working at reception was very polite and helpful but needed more support to deal with the queue.

The stay was lovely. They were friendly and courteous. The room was amazing. It was easy to get to things, including the grocery store and the patisserie which we thoroughly enjoyed. They fed us every morning with a great breakfast bar. It was all that I could have hoped for and more.

Room was nice and had air conditioning which you could turn up or down. Lots of storage compartments. Is a good place to stay if you don’t want to be around noise or busy streets, I am a light sleeper and getting to sleep was easy. The only thing I would say that could of been better was having more towels. We stayed for a week and only had 2 body towels and 2 face towels, there was no house keeping that changed the towels . Also having more or bigger bins would of been great

This is a good property if you don't want to spend more money staying in central Paris. It's a 10 minute walk from the #4 metro line, and the area around the hotel is safe with grocery stores and some dining options. The hotel room had a kitchen, with pots, pans, plates, cups and cutlery, which was convenient, although our kettle did not work. The hotel offered free tea and coffee 24 hrs a day via a machine in the lobby.

I liked that it offered a kitchen with all the appliances included as well as a self serving washing machine on the main floor. The area was also safe and quiet and the metro station is walking distance. If I were to visit Paris again, I would definitely come back and stay here again!

Loved the proximity to the metro Very clean hotel and very friendly staff. The rooms were nice and spacious and had a kitchenette and even a dishwasher! Loved that we could have that option to make snacks and a few of our own meals. The only drawback is there aren’t a lot of restaurants in the area

The bed was a sofa bed and very uncomfortable and hazardous too. They didn’t mention before our stay that we would have to pay for new towels and sheets. They dont come and clean it.Everything was lacklustre and not very pleasant. Wouldn’t stay here again

This place was really great! It was modern, chic, and importantly very clean. We had plenty of towels, pillows, and the kitchen was very convenient. A perfect place to relax after a day of adventuring. I definitely would use and recommend this place if I go back to Paris.

Excellent value for a clean well run hotel. The room was spacious and nicely done with a kitchenette, if that's your thing. There is no maid service for short stays unless requested but this was not a big deal for me. Since it's a budget hotel/ they run very leans there is very little staff which was a bit of problem when I could not get my room safe opened (it was resolved). I would gladly stay at this property again, or use the brand elsewhere. Good bang fo the buck.
