Friendly Staff, very nice comfortable & clean room.

The marijuana smoking on all floors ruined everything else about the stay and place.

This property is excellent! The customer service and the cleanliness of the place is awesome. The continental breakfast has a lot of choices and with inclusion of nutritious fruits. I referred this place to my relatives and friends.

I travel to area on a regular basis and this Residence Inn has now become my go to for overnights. The staff is always cordial and accommodating. The early morning breakfast is always a pleasant to start to my day.

The service, room, and amenities were great. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Loved the staff and room was great . The pool heater being down was a bummer. The kids were looking forward to the pool.

Pool was the reason why we chose this property but it was closed during our stay. There was no notice for people who are looking them up online. No small items like lotion and toothpaste. They said that it is no longer a standard practice to give them out or even keep them in stock for guests who need them.

There was no hand soap in bathroom in wither room. We only stsyed one night and used our hand sanitizers but note for future, bathroom should be equipped

The hotel was nice. The room was clean. My biggest problem was that the pool was not operational. Dispite the fact I called on 2 different occasions asking about pool hours and then calling to request a room on the first floor to be close to the pool, no one mentioned the pool was closed because they were waiting on a heating pump. The primary reason for the stay was because I was hosting a party for my grandchildren and their friends to be able to swim . That was going to be the highlight of our stay. So I was very upset to hear first about the pump, then the GM said to close the pool then they added chemicals in the pool which really eliminated any hope of salvaging our stay. No offer of compensation just, I'm sorry. We look forward to this for 2 weeks! For the amount of money we put out for 2, 2 bedroom suites, I feel cheated.

The property is located right across from WalMart and also 2 restaurants. There was also a diner located around the corner from the hotel. The property was clean as well as our hotel room. We had an option to cook in our room, but we chose to eat out. They also had a breakfast buffet available in the mornings from 7am to 10am. There was always something complementary to drink available down stairs. The staff was always available to help with any needs that arose. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.

Great room for the price but the smallest trashcan ever. If you’ve got a family with kids…..good luck

Staff was great, room is dated and run down, no hot water in shower, toilet running all night. This is a 79 dollar room not 260

Yikes. The pros.. location, super comfy beds, big rooms with kitchens, Housekeeping. The cons... AC broken, smoke-filled rooms, burn holes, clueless front desk staff. Dangerous - they give out room keys like tic taks. Our room had someones belongings including a laptop. The front desk person actually asked US to touch it and bring it down to them ourselves. We ran into that guest in the lobby the next day and he said that he tried to get into our room later that night but we had it bolted. He also said that it happened to him 3 times! The front desk kept "forgetting" where they put him and giving his room to others. One of these days this type of cluelessness in management is going to lead to a safety issue.

everytime, and the next day entering the elevators , same old trash and dirt. All the sheets, towels reeked of black mold and smelt of mold. cleanliness was not godliness Would not recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel.

Nice hotel

I arrived around 3ish got to the room 330pm to walk down the hall I encountered a big dog barking at me I was told could I go in my room because she was not sure if the dog would bite I rushed my 72 year old mother into the room closed the door. Around 430 or 5pm I heard the dog barking in the room thru the walls. I didn't know hotels allowed dogs that big to even be in the hotel. Next problem the tables had burn marks on all of them the refrigerator never got cold it was on level 9 but still my juice and water was warm come 11am also had insulin in there as well which was warm the refrigerator smelled like it had a power outage and everything went spoiled but it was totally empty till I came and put items in there. It was humid on 5/13 so I checked the air it was blowing out heat turned on the air it was still humid went to the bedroom it was cool but that stopped and went back to humid I left came back around 1145pm open the door it was 83 degrees in the room the whole night whewwww. I called downstairs some one came up I think his name was Tracy I was told he couldn't give another room to give it 45 mins and to tell someone in the morning my issue again he said I don't have any rooms to give you. So it was hot then cool I woke up to heat again went downstairs talk a gentleman at the front desk with the beard and curled up mustache told him And he looked shocked then too many dogs barking on the floor I was on not satisfied at all it's a lot more but I've reached my limit

I was relegated to the fourth floor which was the only floor without any carpeting. Apparently had some water damage. She said the place was sold out but the parking wasn't full at all. The bathroom garbage was hard to find and it was stuck behind an overlapping shelf below the sink. The room was quiet and the suite was quiet and clean and well apportioned. Quite nice and large. It had a nice kitchen area. Overall, the room was quite good. It was the lack of carpeting and feeling like with my discounted through hotels.com that I was relegated to the worst floor. Could be wrong. They need a better selecton of snacks. No peanuts or other items that were "healthier." The continental breakfast was decent.

Front desk was understaffed and desk agent spent most of his time in office and not assisting guests. TV did not have signal. Front desk said they would call, no service, no follow up, no milk at breakfast despite a Wawa across the street. No linens for pull out couch, dented and abused appliances. Building was undergoing renovations…should not have been open or at least close by floors. Dusty, dirty. Housekeeping staff was very kind. Never again…I expect more from Marriott

We like our stay here, it’s neat and quiet even though there is an on going renovation of the 2nd floor that we are in. I chose this place because it has a basketball court. My boys played basketball there the whole time we were there. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

We had a very nice time

Cons: The internet was terrible and the water wasn’t hot. It was a short stay so we didn’t make a fuss. Positive note: Everything else was great. We stayed here before and it was great. Maybe this weekend was just a fluke that we had problems.
