A nice hotel. Close for the Hiroshima peace park. Make sure to ask for a room away from the lifts. Otherwise you will hear the lift running up and down through the bedroom walls. I had to move room but that was done quickly and helpfully.

This hotel is NOT worth booking; by far the worst I stayed in in Japan. The room was spacious but the AC was dismal. Every time you leave the room, it will turn off. We tried to keep it running when we went out one day, leaving the card, but housekeeping turned it off anyway and opened the curtains. Even when running it for hours plus the dehumidifier, it was barely tolerable in the summer heat while sleeping.
The beds were average for Japan (very firm). The bathroom was not accessible and had some real drainage problems with water running from the shower onto the floor. Lastly, the bedroom had a window into the bathroom which also had a window. Both were only covered by a thin white blind so the room got very bright as soon as the sun came up. I would not book this hotel again and do not recommend. I’m sure this will be followed by a reply that says “thanks for staying, hope you come again!”

We checked out after one night of our stay, the non-smoking room smelt like an ashtray and the air-conditioning wasn't working, we were still charged for the one night stay even though the room standard was terrible, moved to The Knot hotel up the road, it was less expensive and lovely.

Good place quiet but close to nightlife and shopping in Shinjuku

This hotel has spent all their effort on their lobby, so guests would think it's a nice hotel. Not so. The rooms are terrible. They're small, the furniture is old and in bad condition. The carpet and sofa are stained and dingy. The beds are lumpy and the mattresses are past being usable. The bed was so bad and the mattress so uneven that my husband kept rolling off. He resorted to sleeping on the sofa for the two nights we were there - I kid you not. I don't usually leave a review but had to here. I didn't bother to complain at the hotel and had no issues with the staff they're all just doing their job. But, this is not a hotel with nice or comfortable rooms.

The spaciousness of the rooms was far greater than any other hotel I found in the same price range in Japan. It should be noted however that the bathroom in my room did not feel very private and should be considered when traveling in a group.

For the price of the property is a bit high and doesn't have the square meters and the hotel is more aged of the same hotel in Fukaoko, in room amenities were old and worn.

Nice, central hotel close to the Peace Park. Unfourtunatly our room 1409 was next to the elevator and the engine so it was quite noisy. So stay away from all rooms on each föoor 09 and youll have a great stay.

Absolutely phenomenal stay. Hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Beyond grateful for everything.

We stayed here for one night and loved the location. As we approach the Christmas season, there were lights and displays all over the Peace Boulevard. The hotel was very nice and clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are small compared to North American/Western standards, but that is normal and to be expected in Japan.

I recommend this hotel because accessibility to Hiroshima downtown area is almost perfect and you can enjoy the nice view of Setonaikai.

Rooms are clean enough for a single male traveling for just a few days, but the carpet needs updated. Lots of stains. Also, a lot of hair in the bathroom even after the room was cleaned. Doesn’t appear to be thoroughly inspected during cleaning. Welcome snacks are a. Nice touch. Staff are friendly.

Thé room is spacious. The furniture is a bit old but overall is ok. The room is kind of clean but the only problem is we found hair on our unused pillows which is a bit gross...The location is good, just 5-10mins to the shopping centre. Staff is nice and lobby looks very good.
