Very convenient for our travel through Houston. Great shuttle service! Person at the front desk was very nice. Great experience overall!

Positives: Nicely renovated and clean hotel, about 15 min from IAH airport. Very large room ( kind bed room), lots of TV channels. Free airport shuttle( you have to call the hotel to send it). I liked that there were no carpets in the room and the new window shutters. Negatives: Bed was comfortable, but the pillows are awful. They need to change them. Also, the noisiest Ac/ heater I have ever experienced . I could not even hear the TV with it turned on. Lucky me the room got warm really fast, to be able to switch it off and sleep. Not sure if other rooms have this issue. Also, they should switch the powder coffee creamer you provide in the room with real cream . Very polite receptionists and very efficient. I would stay here again.

Stayed there during the transit. I was apprehensive about the shuttle back to the airport next morning since it was very early, 2:30am pickup. But the driver was on time and pleasant. The hallway had strong smell of cleaning products, maybe they just cleaned? The room was clean and had what I needed except for the pillows being smaller than the standard size. I felt safe and the lobby staff were nice.

Very nice hotel. Loved being able to take a long bath. Great place to stay before starting my journey to Kenya, Africa the next day.

The room was hot, felt humid in the room. I asked the front to fix the problem the guy came in and moved the bed and said he was cooling. I put temperature to 65 and it would stay on 70 or 74. Beds were not comfortable either. I told front person that was my worst experience ever.

Perfect for airport related travel. The hotel is basically at the end of the airport parking in a quiet area with other hotels around. There are a few little restaurants in walking distance and the airport shuttle was quick and efficient. The actual hotel seems newly renovated everything is clean and new looking. Comfy bed. Working AC, TV, microwave and fridge. Perfect

I thought this was a great property to go to convenient shuttle from the airport. Staff was very professional and friendly to work with was a good choice at the last minute when when the airlines failed me. I would use this property again without a problem

Uber drive when he dropped me off said it was an unsafe area and not to walk around at night. Not really any decent food options beyond fast food nearby (uber eats worked fine though). Hotel seemed more dated than I expected. But was easy and close to the airport for a night.

The property is conveniently located. The breakfast is average at best consisting of cold eggs and sausage patties. They have awaffle maker. They brought clean towels daily, but did not make the bed or replace coffee cups and coffee packets. When I asked the front staff if that was usual, the reply was "sometimes yes and sometimes no".

Around 2am-3:30am, blast music. Free shuttle drivers, they drove very rough. Hotel room itself is okay, but not fantastic. It is acceptable, but I don't recommend.

The property is older and it shows. They’ve made some upgrades which help. But the room had a little bit of an odor. The room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was not real comfortable.

My wife and I checked in after midnight due to a flight delay. Jacke at reception was very kind and helpful and we were able to check out at 1130a instead of 11. The only drawback is the limited amount of late-night dining options in the area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was a little noisy, and there was no trash can in the room which I found odd.

Overall I would say our stay was good. Unfortunately, it was during a storm that knocked out the power for the majority of the city so we were without power all night. This was out of the property's control so I don't hold it against them. The hour or so that we had electricity was great. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were polite and helpful. We needed a shuttle to the airport and they were especially helpful in accommodating this request.

Arrived to the hotel at 1 and there was no room availability. After 2 hours of waiting, a couple arrives and mention they had a conference call so the receptionist ask if it was fine by me to give the room away. I don’t think it was right for this person to even ask if I was okay giving the available room when I was there 2 hours before. Next time make sure to have rooms available for all your guest. Everyone has things to do!! Besides, there‘s a sign that mentions to be in the lobby 15 minutes before shuttle service, however, another time is given (1 hour wait). Staff is not friendly at all, I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place!

The hotel has been without power for two days, and yet they keep booking reservations. I drove 45-min to be told the reservation had to be cancelled, and then I was told I had to wait 10-days to hopefully get a refund!
