Only gave 3 stars on Condition as the hotel is currently being updated and remodeled. It should be great when it’s finished. Must say we heard no construction noise.

Room was not clean. Hand/finger prints on the night stands and desk area. Bathroom floor didn’t seem to be cleaned. The place just seemed run down.

My sister lives in Imperial and she invite us to celebrate New Year’s Eve. We decided to stay in a hotel for the night since we have two 4 year old girls. The hotel is located in the most convenient location. Is next to the only mall in town which has lots of retail stores and restaurants. There are two Marriott hotels next to each other and the parking is convenient as well as the location next to a free way. The place is quiet and they love dogs! This is a great place if you are visiting Rl Centro for a day or two.

It provided a level of comfort and freedom that families need. The bedrooms were not only well-appointed but also offered a sense of privacy, making it an ideal choice for families. Cleanliness is a top priority for me when choosing accommodations, and this place exceeded my expectations. The entire suite was impeccably maintained, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job ensuring that every corner was spotless. One of the standout features ] was the staff's friendliness and professionalism. From the moment we checked in to the time of our departure, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their genuine smiles and eagerness to assist with any request created a positive and memorable experience.

Parking is a little strange upon arrival. The staff was nice and welcoming. Pros- comfortable and the room had a small kitchenette and plenty of towels. Breakfast was delicious. Cons- the room has no safe to put valuables. The room doesn’t have a full length mirror or a telescopic mirror for the ladies. There needs to be clear sign in the lobby pointing towards the elevators.

Paid and reserved a studio suite, when I arrived they told me there were no more rooms available, except a handicap room. Later that night I was not able to sleep due to a barbecue grill mounted right outside room window, people kept me up late. Then 6am there is a exit door on other side of bedroom wall, my bed (headboard) shook every time someone exited or entered. There were the same contractors (workers) that were working near bye but staying in the same hotel. After I couldn’t go back to sleep, went to report to the person behind check in counter only to say sorry. Go back to my room 15 minutes some stranger is trying to open my room door. The person was confused. Now 5 hours later at home feeling very sleepy and tired, this was the worse experience at any hotel I have stayed in.

Really liked that the rooms are very spacious and I would definitely want to go back. Good spread of breakfast selections. The only problem we came across was at Checkout. The female manager and staff were very unprofessional with their male guests having sexual, vulgar conversations with them. Assuming that we can’t understand them in Spanish or maybe that we wouldn’t care. My husband brought it to her attention and she sucked her teeth in disrespect. He asked for Corporate’s number and she gave him the wrong number of course. Don’t worry I found it Celia. 😉
