This is a great property right on the beach (well, it’s across four chaotic lanes of traffic, but as close to the beach as you can get in the centre of Nha Trang). Property is modern and clean. We were upgraded and enjoyed a room on the 16th floor with an amazing ocean view. The best part of the room was the shower which converts into a good sized jacuzzi. The water pressure was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool which offered great views and a decent food and drink menu. Overall, we would recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially anyone looking for the luxury and amenities found in western hotels.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They showed me where to order a Grab to buy flowers and then later wrapping paper, wrapping tissue and gift boxes. I also was able to get ice every night to have a drink in my room. Internet was fast, highly recommended. Will stay here again next time I come to Nha Trang. Thank you staff at Novotel! -Tuan Banh

If you like cold showers in the morning in the morning, this is your hotel. Four days and four cold showers. Complained but nothing happened. During dinner rat, not mouse, ran across the floor. After waiting for dinner over an hour, we left. Second and last time we are staying at this hotel.

Novotel Nha Trang was awesome to stay at. The room we had looking over the ocean was impressive, having the doors open on the balcony listening to the waves were amazing. The hotel was close to all the bars and restaurants you would like to drink or dine at. The room was clean and staff were great. Would stay at this hotel and will recommend this hotel to family and friends. Thank you for an amazing stay in Nha Trang.

It was close the the firework, quite convenience. However, the breakfast and service was horrible. We waited forever to get the table clean. Plates and silverware wasn't available. Staff was cleaning and taking plate and fork with dirty hand. Wiping off table with dirty towel. It was unsanitized.

Straight opposite the beach. Stayed on 15th floor with views South along the main rd & beach. The boulevard runs the full length of the beach & is beautiful plus a shady area to walk.

Fabulous staff, so friendly & helpful. Thanks Thang, V, other front desk workers & doormen, you were fabulous. The staff remembered our names & greeted us with smiles & a chat as we came & went. Very friendly & professional staff. Hotel is opposite a beach with a beautiful long boulevard to walk along in shade. 3 or 4 nights in Nha Trang is all you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Great service from the staff, delicious breakfast buffet. Room was gorgeous, although the bed was a little uncomfortable, two singles pushed together with a seam down the middle, not a true king. No WiFi at the pool, which was too small for proper swimming, around 7m maybe? Acoustics meant the 10th floor whistled with wind all night. Staff were lovely.

I stayed at Novotel Nha Trang for 4 days, and it was a good decision. The room was spacious and clean. Thanks to the upgrade, I enjoyed a beautiful view of ocean. Every staff, especially receptionists, was so kind and supportive. When I had a tiny issue with a taxi driver, receptionists helped me to solve it. Breakfast was good, I especially recommend chicken noodle soup and milk coffee. Also, novotel offers sunbeds at the nearest ocean without charge. Lastly, the location of hotel is quite good, so you can travel most places by walking and occasionally taxi. I would like to stay hotel again if I have a chance in the future.

Service was amazing, price great & location also good. Only downside was renovations happening in the hotel which we were not warned about. This is a personal dislike, its happened to me previously in other hotels & I feel its deceitful not to declare this up front. We had to wait to check in (our fault, arrived early), it was raining & we couldn't sit in the pool area as the noise due to renovations was deafening. Otherwise, would highly recommend
