This is an apartment in a residential area, you have to have a car to get around. I imagine that it can be convenient for people doing business in the area. Otherwise, if you are a tourist and want to see Athens this is not an area you should stay, since is far from the center. We stayed there just one night since it was closer to Athens Airport and we were returning to our country the next day. We had a rented car. The apartment was really clean (and the mini Ouzo bottle was great!) The host was very helpful and friendly. He even called the Airport to help us with the Covid Test airline requirements.

The place consists of three buildings, so be aware you may not be placed exactly in the one whose address you will find in most places. This is not an issue as all buildings are within 5 minutes walking distance, but breakfast is served in just the main building, so if you are in one of the other two, youll need to take a walk in the morning. Breakfast itself is about as good as one can expect - pretty OK, but nothing to write home about. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. My particular building was right next to a stable, so horses could be smelt at the entrance and in my room, which was right over the stable. This was not a major problem however. A bigger issue for me was the layout of the apartment. The bedroom and the sitting room with the kitchen were comfortable, but the bathroom was so small it looked like someone forgot about it and just cut out a portion of the room. If youre looking a place to stay in that area however, I think its a good choice.

We chose this hotel because it was very convenient to the Olympic Stadium where we were attending a concert. We really liked the staff, the hotel was clean and provided a good breakfast. HOWEVER, we requested wake up calls for two of the mornings we were there (i.e. Thursday night we made the request for Friday and Saturday) and twice the calls never came. The first morning (Friday) that we got no wakeup call we spoke to the front desk and said it was essential we get one for the next day as we had to catch our flight, and since our cell phones do not work in Europe, we couldnt set our own alarm. Since we had already requested the Saturday wake up call the previous day, this was our second request. We also requested our airport taxi for the second time, just to be sure.Well its a good thing that my husband woke up on his own because the call never came. If we had missed our flight home it would have been disastrous. I have no idea why they find this such a difficult concept - its one of the most basic services a hotel can provide. Either call us in our room, or have an automated system - or provide an alarm clock!Fortunately our cab was waiting for us. Perhaps he would have knocked on our door if we hadnt wakened up on time...or maybe he would have given up and left us slumbering.Other than the wake up call issue, we enjoyed our stay.
