Very nice Hotel. Like a small gated village. We love it. Very quiet.

The apartment we had was very old style and furniture. The price was definitely not ok.

This park of rental apartments was taken over recently by Vacance soleil. They renamed it to "résidence club" to give the impression that it's more than a rental apartment. It's not. The apartments are ok but old fashioned (with only some newly build) and the swimmingpool is way to small for the amount of apartments (125 apartments vs 60 beds around the pool). The food is also very average. Nevertheless the location is magnificent. The "re-branding" is done clearly done for commercial reasons with little to no attention to quality and value-for-money. A pitty for such a nice location.

Check in only available 9 am - 12 noon and 5 pm to 7 pm - we arrived at 2 pm after 13 hours of flying - no check-in available and no advance check-in available for our room.
Unit is not clean - dishes needed to be rewashed, blankets not clean or very badly stained, not cleaned under furniture.
Bed is single mattresses on separate frames which slide apart
Unit is a 'Residence' rental (not clear when we booked) meaning weekly maid service , no soap, no shampoo, no towels rather than a 'Hotel' rental. Local staff provided towels and soap after strong request.
Room and resort is worn and needs up-keeping.

Overall, this apartment was rather nice, we went to the south of France in march so the weather wasn't superb and the pool wasn't yet open but it still was a popular place for people to stay.
Sadly there is absolutely nothing nearby e.g. Shops for food unless you are willing to make a 20 minute walk to the closest which is hardly ever open anyway. So I would definately recommend taking a car with you during your stay. The beaches/creeks over the road were lovely, it was so nice to be a able to hear the waves from our apartment.
The staff were friendly and luckily spoke ok English so we could communicate. However the opening times of the reception were silly and the check out time was stupidly early considering that we as customers were expected to clean the entire place from top to bottom before leaving otherwise we wouldn't have had our deposit back. This part would not have been practical if there were children with us.
Luckily my partner and I had stayed in a studio similar to this therefore knew that we needed to take washing up things, hand soap and toilet paper with us.
The place was genuinely rather lovely, privacy was quite scarce with the neighbours being able to see into your little garden and roadside walkers also. But otherwise it was nice. The beds however were all single even though we had asked for a double room, the staff had simply put two single beds together which we're on wheels so no evening cuddles for the holiday :(
Otherwise a genuinely sweet place.

Our stay was very pleasant. the Club is placed in a very nice area on a beautiful seasite. The swimming pool is beautiful and very clean so it is perfect for a family vacation. The surroundings of the small houses is very exciting and well organised. The welcoming at the reception was excellent and the personel was very helpful. We can recommend this place for holidays and we would like to come back tool!
