The room was spacious and located on a charming, very central street in Venice, and the breakfast was excellent. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars for this review! Esmeralda and Mario truly went above and beyond. I lost my passport, and Esmeralda's assistance was incredible—she took charge of contacting all the relevant authorities and didn’t stop until everything was resolved. They were not just professional; they treated me with the care and warmth of old friends. Thank you so much for everything!

Short yet, amazing stay. The pain was reaching this place as the water bus was on strike on the day we arrived. The hosts were a couple - super informative and the breakfast was so good! :)

A wonderful quaint B&B. Tucked away in a quiet ally and a short walking distance from S.STE water bus station. San Marco is 15 min walk, Rialto about 8 and you can walk anywhere. Esmeralda and Mario kept constant communication and were extremely responsive. As we arrived, Esmeralda met us at the dock, explained everything, gave us great tips and suggestions tailored to our short stay. She and her husband are kind, and amazing people. The room we got was on the first floor and had everything we needed including a private bathroom. The place was clean, has comfy beds and quiet. Breakfast was continental, fresh and sufficient. On the day of our departure, they held our luggage after checkout hours, so that we would be able to enjoy Venice until our train arrives. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, centrally located apartment you will not regret it. Highly recommended.

The place was great, & the owners are extremely friendly! 10/10 They were always attentive upon our arrival, & sent us recommendations to correctly reach the location of their apartment. Upon arrival, Esmeralda & Mario greeted us courteously. They showed us our rooms, explained all clearly, & even gave us recommendations of places to visit & where to eat. Breakfast came included & was very complete. They also supported us by storing our suitcases after the check-out, so we were able to continue our visit more comfortably. They treated us wonderfully, I will definitely return here on my next visit to Venice. THANK YOU!! :)

Our host was top notch! He has been communicating with us and answering questions since the day we booked. It is very easy to reach via water boat and we were given specific instructions on how to get there. The room was lovely and the breakfast was delightful. We would highly recommend!

The host and hostess of this property were extraordinary. We arrived late in the evening and the hostess offered to meet us at the boat. She kept in close contact with us via Whatsapp. When we arrived we were presented with an overall map of the area, points of interest, and an itinerary if we chose to follow it. The air conditioning was very cold and there was plenty of hot water. We were close to the center of town so it was a five minute walk from our boat, and a short walk to the famous Rialto bridge. We look forward to our visit next year.

The hotel staff were very helpful with advice on transportation options in Venice, even before check-in. The room was not luxurious, but it was cozy, simple, and clean. If you appreciate a warm, family-like atmosphere, this hotel is a great choice.

Great location and amazing host, Elena was so sweet and nice, helping with every thing and anything we needed, places to eat, what yo visit etc. Very clean room, delicious breakfast. I cannot think of anything to be better. It was so far the best B&B out of 6 in Italy in different cities we visited during our trip.

Very friendly staff. 5-6 min walking distance to every major places. We were provided a map and suggested walk through route guidance. The room (3 adults) was big enough and clean. I highly recommend this place.

The couple who run this B&B are very helpful. He is Venetian. She gave us a map that outlined sites she felt visitors would enjoy. They were always very helpful with every question we had. Everyone should understand that part of visiting Venice this time of year is dealing with crowds. Getting lost and trying to find your way around is also part of the experience. Instead of getting frustrated, we just got on the vaporetto to find our way back. Her directions on finding the house from the vaporetto were always a big help during our stay.

A perfect room for a family of four (2 very tall teenagers!) in the heart of Venice. A nice friendly welcome with lots of information before arriving and on arrival. Room was spotless and plenty space between the beds - everything we needed for a short stay. Great recommendation for a close by restaurant too that we visited and really enjoyed. Easy to walk to the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square - lots of lovely wee streets to wander through. A nice breakfast in the morning and able to store our bags if needed. Would highly recommend for a reasonably priced night or two for a family of 4.

We stayed in a really cute room, it was so light and airy i loved it. We opted for a shared bathroom which we didnt find to be a problem at all. Felt very at home and the owner (didnt catch his name) was really friendly and welcoming. He gave us good recommendations too. We'd definitely come back. 10/10 thanks again!

We loved our stay here! It is run by a lovely couple that seem to really enjoy having guests. Upon arrival we were given our choice of fresh juice and a great introduction to Venice. They gave us a map and a recommended itinerary that we referenced several times. Esmeralda & Mario also gave us thorough directions for the best transport to the airport and ways to visit Murano. The location is great and the breakfast was perfect.

I booked last minute and the owner was able to meet us at the property. Check in was easy. The bedroom was nice and clean, along with the bathroom and there were towels. Also there was tv with cable, ac (did not turn on) and a fan. If i come back def will return.
