Was greeted with an afternoon tea and cookie - delightful. Host is very friendly and helped me book a scuba diving session last minute. Beds are comfortable. Don't expect luxury but comfort is guaranteed

Hotel was good but our room was basic,only one power point, bathroom needed attention.location good but if you struggle to walk it is halfway up a steep hill! Which stopped us goimg out more than once a day
.and the pool area was nice but plagued by mosquitos!!

We spent two nights here as a family and we LOVED everything about this hotel. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was wonderful and had lots of varied, the pool was great, the staff was very kind and helpful.. we were able to truly relax in here and were sad when we had to leave.Highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay here. Excellent staff. The owner was engaging with all guests. Rooms were big and spacious. Great breakfast. Like the “honor system” drinks refrigerator. Never used the pool but it was clean and enticing. Great stay.

Please note the street is steep and the hotel doesn't provide parking. The nearest paid parking is about 300 m down the street.
The buffet breakfast was wonderful, including local fare, variety of cheeses, olives and sweets.
The garden of the hotel is lovely.

My stay at Villakonak Hotel exceeded all my expectations! First and foremost, the breakfast served at the hotel was outstanding. Every morning, a fresh, diverse, and rich breakfast spread awaited us, featuring delicious local specialties that energized us for the day ahead.
The ambiance of the hotel was both peaceful and enchanting. Nestled in nature, the serene and quiet environment made relaxation a true pleasure. Sitting in the garden, sipping tea while listening to the birds, was a perfect way to unwind. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and spotless, with every detail thoughtfully considered.
The hotel owners and staff were always cheerful and helpful. They made us feel right at home, addressing our needs promptly and prioritizing guest satisfaction at all times.

I loved the Villa Konak Hotel. Everyone was very nice, friendly and professional. Everywhere, rooms and the shared facilities are very clean.
Parking can be difficult, but the staff was very helpful that we had no issues.
Food options for dinner is limited, but the hotel is in walking distance to main attraction area of the town with lots of cafés, restaurants and bars.
Overall, I'd definitely stay there again. Thank you to the Villa Konak staff. Hope to see you again!

This is an idyllic hidden gem within a 5 minite walk of the centre of Kusadasi.
You walk in and the property just keeps on giving, from the pretty gardens, to the quaint pool area, to the large rooms, everything was clean and tastefully decorated to keep within tradition. The views over the city were amazing too.
The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful; going above and beyond to help with anything.
Although there is no private balcony, there are seating areas outside of the rooms and all around the property.
Breakfasts were traditional and plentiful, and everything was home cooked, and very tasty.
I actually don't want to recommend this, but only because I'm selfish and don't want it spoilt!

property is peaceful and cute, and is like an oasis. Breakfast was decent - nothing special other than bunch of uncooked ingredients to assemble and eat (cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes etc). Coming from US, it was a different experience for us to see some thing so basic for breakfast. We were expecting at least decent coffee in Turkey but all the hotels switched to lazy machines where you press and get machine made coffees (cappuccino, latte etc). Parking at this hotel was the worst part of our trip as there is no street parking available and the road in front of it is hilly and narrow for our rather large SUV.

If I visit again, I will definitely be staying here and be recommending to those who visit. Beautiful property, I was nervous when I realized it is on a small street but once I entered it was amazing. The garden, the cats, the rooms, the breakfast was great. Location is close to the beach and Ephesus -- need to drive. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping. And the best person ever - Yuskel. He literally very kindly and sweetly shipped my airpods back to Istanbul that I had left in the hotel. I cannot believe the generosity. I am so grateful!

We spended 4 days at villa konak hotel. It was an amazing stay with a very friendly staff. Just 5 min from bazar area.
The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Every day at 17 oclock they served tea and tasty homemaked cakes.
Its a very nice and quiet place with a small beautiful garden.
When i got sick the last night the reception helped calling a taxi to bring me to emergency care. The sweet taxidriver went with us inside and waited with us without any xtra charge. He was also the one who toke us to the airport next day.
I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a nice quiet stay.
And also a recommendation for the driver wich the hotel booked for us.

We stayed a few days in this hotel and had a very pleasant stay! The location was great and the staff were welcoming. The walk is a bit on the uphill but that wasn't really a problem. I would love to come back to this place. The view from our room was insane and the hotel staff are very helpful.

Going on my first holiday following the unexpected death of my husband, I found the staff friendly, helpful and supportive. I arrived very early for checking and they were able to give me a room. They also provide me with a packed breakfast when I had arranged a tour. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. They were even able to get me gluten free bread for my breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable and serviced daily. The communal breakfast area had continuous hot and cold drinking water and it was not a problem to get water when you needed it. The staff were happy and the ladies communicated as best they could with guests, which seemed to work. The manager spoke excellent English and had a welcoming persona for all guests. I would recommend Villa Konak as a peaceful quiet place, yet close to town and food outlets. However, you do need to be able to climb steps as the hotel is built on a hillside. The pool looked inviting, but I didn't go in. The sun loungers were comfortable for reading and sunbathing.

Great location within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants but agree with past reviews that the hill back to hotel is steep. Feels like a world away from the busy port but still only a 4 min walk. Amount of space in room fit us perfectly - 2 adults and 1 teen. Good pool. Even had a library near pool! Breakfast was also nice.

Great place to hang out. A couple short blocks from tons of shopping, restaurants, and Mediterranean promenade.
Property has lots of space to chill - couches and chairs, grass, trees and even a small swimming pool area.
Manager super friendly and makes stay enjoyable.
Front desk dude fairly abrupt and breakfast lady too busy eating her breakfast and socializing with maids to cook some eggs.
Luckily the manager proactively intervened to ensure check in went smooth and eggs got cooked!!
Recommend the hotel.

This is a hidden gem near the Kusadasi water front. Primary objective was to stay near walking distance of public transport. Yes I had hard time pulling my luggage on the last 20 meters to reach this place but it was all worth the climb. Very quite and tranquil. That’s not an issue if you reach by taxi or car. The room, the garden is plane simple and beautiful. Host was gracious to show around the variety of plants and flowers. Breakfast is great too! I plan to come back here sometime.

After a busy day you return to your beautiful and peaceful home away from home. Tea time is a must. Everyday between 5:00 -6:00 pm you are treated to Turkish tea and delicious home baked treats.
