Very nice hotel. Clean. Friendly. Walking distance to the Loretto Cathedral. GREAT breakfast. Had gluten free options for family member with celiac. No GI issues!

Good location and excellent breakfast. Front desk was great - very friendly and helpful. Aircon was broken in room and had to get a fan. WiFi was rubbish. Slightly dated hotel.

Me and my wife were visiting family and we opted to stay at this hotel. And it was great, peaceful, quiet and very close the town. Will definitely visit again when in the area

San Francesco could be a real gem of Loreto--great staff, perfect location--but the owner needs to spend good money to improve the physical building itself--power wash, clean mold, then paint would be priority.

Had a great stay at Hotel San Francesco. The concierge staff are very pleasant & helpful. Room is big and clean. Location is great. Free internet but unfortunately , connection was down during our stay.

The staff were super friendly and nice. Spoke English very well. Unfortunately we were told that there is no air conditioning every other week due to some local law. So, we did not have air conditioning. Property was a bit old too.

Plenty of parking, great breakfast, amazing staff, and convenient to all we wanted to do! The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the Adriatic and surrounding countryside. An overall lovely stay!

The hotel is literally 7 minutes away from Porto Recanati and as such from the beach. The personnel is super friendly and helpful and all receptionists spoke very good English which is super unusual for Italy. It was also very clean. Breakfast is Italian style but sufficient. Walking distance from the Loreto city center. We received goodbrecommendarions frommthe hotel for a couple restaurants which were also really good. All in all, we are satisfied and will book it with pleasure again. Simple, clean and convenient with friendly folks to assist

There was a bath tub, but the stopper was broken, so had to use shower. Beware, the signs at Fiucimino airport leading to Hotels lead to the Hilton only. We had to get a cab from there to the Mercure €23.

This hotel is one that sticks in your mind. The staff were super friendly when we checked in. The location is wonderful; up on a hill with a great view of the Holy House Cathedral and the Sea! My room looked out over the city and the sea, while my friend had a great view of the Cathedral from her room. The location is fantastic, the rooms were HUGE and comfortable--great value for what you pay! Definitely recommend!

Good hotel if you are visiting the The Basilica dela Santa Casa. Is not a walking distance but has a good parking and you can drive from there. Basilica is in the front Hill can be seen from the breakfast room

It is walking distance from the Basilica in Loreto but like many Italian road side walks not the most pleasant. Easy to find, easy on site parking. A modern but pleasant hotel which is genuinely trying hard. The rooms are modern, a bit stark/boring. Wifi is A bit slow. Shower, no bath. Eco, motion sensitive lights so walk around the stairs and floors in darkness for a while. Only stayed one night so accepted couldn't crank up the air con but annoying, though confident the staff would have fixed if asked. No coat hooks, warm wooden floor but a rug would be nice. Handy location. Good price. Would use again as a friendly, affordable base for the region.
