Only thing that could be improved upon was the friendliness of the front desk staff. The lady at initial check in was great, but after that, we weren't greeted upon return after being out for most of the evening (shift change) and upon check out, we weren't thanked for our business nor invited to return in the future. It doesn't necessarily bother me per se, but it's just a little critique for customer service improvement. The rest of the experience did not disappoint. 9.5 of 10 stars.

We stopped in on our way to NC. Hotel was nice and cleaner than I expected. Pool was ice cold and I think the heater was broken. I let the guy at the front desk know and he said he would have maintenance check it out. We drove 6-1/2 hrs to get there and my kids were really disappointed how cold the pool was. At least the beds were comfy. Breakfast and coffee were solid for hotel food.

The hotel property itself was nice and convenient right off the interstate. However, we came in late and expected our room to be ready. We booked a suite with a pull-out couch, but had to go back down to front desk to ask for the bedding. The breakfast was very disappointing. The staff did not keep the food stocked. At one point in the middle of the breakfast hours, there was no hot food.

Their business center was disappointing. I stayed at a similar place (price, amenities, etc) in a neighboring state a few weeks ago, and their one-computer business ran lot a race car. At your location, the 1-computer business sputtered like a jalopy. Needed to extend for a day. Granted, it was the morning of the Microsoft worldwide software glitch, but your front desk manager copped an attitude with me for no reason. Not called for, and not appreciated. I booked a room at another hotel for that night, so it cost you a guest. I'd say that based on her attitude, she's unfazed. Maybe corporate should have a word with her. Beyond that, the breakfast was enjoyable, but the room was only a 4/5 in terms of overall cleanliness. Mostly due to the bathroom.

The floor in the bathroom was nasty. We actually had to clean it with disinfectant wipes. The king size bed was absolutely wonderful though and I had the best sleep I’ve had on our trip so far.

Pool out of order. This is the 3rd or 4th time i have got a holiday inn express with a indoor pool for my kids and it has been out of order. They need to do better about keeping the pool open or letting people booking know that it is down. My kids were very upset.

I love this place! I travel for work and stay here every time I am in Thomasville! It is clean. The staff is exceptional- very friendly and personable. I recommend this Hotel hands down!

We are soooo thrilled that you are a pet free establishment. We are highly allergic and there are so few hotels that we can stay in. We will definitely use your hotel when we are in the area. For anyone tired of staying in hotels with smelly, hair filled rooms; this is the place for you. Fast check-in and good hot breakfast

Could not use the pool was dirty and the fumes where overwhelming. The shower Curtin was dirty and was told they do not give you new towel unless you ask for them .But the food was good. I have photo of the pool and no way to leave them here.

Clean room. Breakfast is good. Staff was friendly. Only complaint is the inside pool need to be clean. Bottom of pool was dirty and could feel loose particles or dirty on bottom of pool. Actually had so much chemicals in the pool that it turn my girlfriend blonde hair green around the bottom of her hair. She definitely wasn’t happy with that and front deck made like it was no big deal. Other then that no complaints with a two night stay

Our room was so damp my book I was reading was curled & pages were rippled by morning. I had spots of moisture all over my purse, our clothes/bags were damp. The towels, sheets/comforter on the bed were also very damp-had a hard time sleeping due to this. Room was FILTHY!! No way it had been cleaned. Made the front desk aware of the issues-wanted compensation but said since we paid through Expedia there was nothing they could do & to contact Expedia. Moisture & Filth have nothing to do with how we paid…
