We loved as it made us feel we are living in Paris.

Matress not comfortable and lumpy. Otherwise clean and good service

For the money I paid, it was fine. Small but comfortable room - fine for a one night stay.

I had made a change to my booking, but the changed details had not been passed on by the Hotel.Com team, leading to my original booking being cancelled and the hotel having no record of a revised booking. Nevertheless, despite apparently being full, they managed to find me a room. I was impressed! The room itself was basic and smelled of paint (possibly being kept spare for this reason) but was sufficient for my needs... and in keeping with 2 star rating.

Nice hotel in a nice area.
The personal was also friendly and flexible.

small room BUT very nice

nice enough place, but don't stay here if you don't have access to a car. It is very far away away from town - we went for a run to get there, took about 30 minutes to run. The bus system doesn't seen to go there either.

On the first nights the room was cold with a heating system that did not work. The front desk clerk sat and smoked at the reception area all night sending the stench of his smoke into my room one floor up. The hotel staff was not helpful; I felt I was bothering them with any request. The carpet was stained and smelled of age and wetness. I do not recommend this hotel.

Excellent little hotel for the price, less than a 5 minute walk from the #13 metro line. Although it was around a 30 minute journey into the centre the metro operating times at the weekend meant this really wasn't much of an issue.
Hotel rooms were on the small side but not cramped and the room we received was very clean. Simple drinks and snacks are available at reception. We didnt have the breakfast there so I cant comment on how it actually was.

No hot water. Close to metro station. No air conditioning. Same money gets great value in amsterdam, and prague. It appears that 100 euros gets you a below average place to stay in paris. I will not go back.

This is far from everywhere.. hard to even find.. u will need very good directions or a taxi. No English in the hotel but this is pretty much the case everywhere in Paris unless I guess u spend a lot more for a hotel.
Smollest room ever
if u dont really care about location, size and language - you will be fine :)))

The low rate attracted me. The location was good. Right on tram line 94, which takes you to within walking distance of Atomium and Grand Place. No frills hotel. Small but clean room. I barely heard the trams with the windows closed. I had to ask for the internet password, and those expires every hour or 2. A little bit of hassle. Employees were very nice and helpful. The hotel is away from the main tourist or business area and near a poorer and ethnic neighborhood. Some visitors may be uncomfortable with that...

We've stayed in this hotel 4 nights. Very quiet neighborhood, very close to malakoff metro station (you can get to central paris in about 30 min.) and there is a market on fridays and sundays.
Cons: Hotel had no elevator so if you have a heavy luggage you might have to take it as 3 stories high, and the climb is pretty steep. Also if you get the room with widow to the garden you get all the smoke from people smoking underneath. The room we got was very very small, except for a double-bed there was not room for anything else, we even weren't able to open both of our suitcases at the same time. All furnitures were old. Finally, when we arrived we had to pay tax for the city, which was a scam IMHO.
Pros: Close to the city central, there is a metro about every 5 minutes. Helpful staff though their english was so-so. The bathroom was new and very clean, so were our sheets which were changed daily. In conclusion, if all you going to do in the room is sleep this hotel is OK, but then again, maybe there are better choices only for this.

The hotel is convineiently located 2 minutes walk from the Malakoff metro station, that is the only good thing about it.
The rooms were so small that after putting our luggage we could barely walk. There were some rooms slightly more spacious but we were not allowed to change our room, probably because we made the mistake of paying upfront.
The wi-fi was not working since the day I checked in, even though it was mentioned on hotels.com and outside hotel that wi-fi will be available. The staff was not even cooperative enough to allow 2 minute flight online check-in from their computer.
The bed sheets, pillow covers were not clean even after a request to change them. I would not recommend anyone going to this place.
The hotel does not deserve a 2 star rating at all. In my knowledge even one star rating means much more than what this hotel provides.

This hotel advertises free parking, which was the reason for staying here. The hotel does not have any parking and parking in the area is not free and limited to two hours at a time. The hotel rooms are not properly maintained, as our shower head holder was broken. The heater did not work in the room.No one at this hotel speaks English, despite all of the flags hanging outside of the hotel; this makes it very difficult to discuss any issues with the staff. We left the hotel after staying only two out of the four booked nights since it was not bearable, but had to pay for all four nights.
