Stayed there last year on our way to Switzerland and really enjoyed it so did the same this year and felt exactly the same about it. Good food, smart hotel, friendly helpful staff.

Ok hotel except for the massive noice day and night from the motorroad.
The room was dark and the ceiling was low, we felt cramped but we got used to it. Easy to walk to the center when you are fit but too far for us. Buses stop driving appr 7 pm.
Good breakfast with local products.

I booked the hotel whilst driving back from Italy to England, so literally half an hour before I arrived. At reception I asked for a table in the restaurant for that evening and was told it was fully booked, it was empty! I came back having been made to eat elsewhere and upon my return the restaurant had just two tables being used. I got a drink from the bar which was very expensive. The room was adequate and clean but cramped. Also the bed was under the eves so the risk of banging your head in the night was ever present. The curtains were very thin in the bedroom which meant a flashing green light continuously lit up the room.

The stay was okay. The building looks modern with a cosy communal space. Great breakfast. We arrived in 38 C heat and the airconditioning is not able to really adequately cool the room in this heat. We came with our dog, which was restless the whole night because it was too hot on our room. Also, we specifically booked this hotel for the restaurant. Unfortunately it is closed on Sunday which the hotel does not mention (as far as I read).

Trés bon week end

Despite the exile price, it is a hotel that offers much better quality service in every sense. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is located just a short 10 min walk from the main centre of Colmar and easily accessible by car, with free parking a bonus! It is in a quiet location and the hotel amenities, whilst basic, were sufficient for a short stay. Our family room was clean and bright and though there was no mention of a/c there was a cooler unit in the room that did the job fine despite the +30°C temperatures outside. Colmar itself is beautiful and is well worth a visit and this hotel was good value for the location and facilities offered.

We travel a lot and often stay 2 nights in smaller hotels in this price range. This is the best ever, extremely well managed with very friendly and multilingual staff, very comfortable and newly decorated rooms with air con plus new bathrooms, excellent dinner as well as breakfast, all at a good price. Thank you to everyone in the hotel for such a pleasant stay. We will be back!

The room was very clean and had a contemporary look to it. The staff was very nice. The hotel was easy to find, not far off the highway. It was an easy walk to historic part of Colmar. The breakfast buffet was good .

Excellent hotel for visiting the old town centre with the bonus of easy access from the motorway. We have used it many times over the last 20 years.

The reception was friendly and gave us excellent advice for eating out and seeing this beautiful town.

Mid point stay on the way to Salzburg. Excellent hotel & staff, spacious room & good choice & quality of restaurant food. Would definitely visit again.

Very cheap, nice located - 15min walk from the Colmar center. Quiet area and polite staff. Rooms are clean and new.

Another great stay at les Maraichers. We always stop here on our yearly journeys to southern Europe. Super comfy bed and great restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Rooms are ridiculously small. Fifteen minutes walk to La Petite Venise.

This hotel provided a good base for us to explore Alsace and in particular the wine route.

This is a very nice hotel approx 15 mins walk from the centre of Colmar. The staff were helpful and spoke excellent English to the vast array of nationalities who were staying there whilst we were there. It is easy to reach from the motorway if, as we were, you are staying over en-route to another location. We had the buffet for a late dinner when we arrived, and a buffet breakfast the following morning: both were plentiful with lots of choice. The room was comfortable and quiet, even though we were there on the night that France won the World Cup! Parking was available even though the hotel was very busy.

Nice little hotel and restaurant on the edge of downtown Colmar. Friendly staff, free parking.

We used the hotel as an over-night stop on our trip from Lake Garda back to England. The hotel was ideally located at the edge of the town and the staff could not have been more helpful. The menu was surprisingly good for a hotel of this type and the room was adequate for our short stay. We would consider using it again if making the same journey.

Within 15 minutes walking of old town. Helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet and safe parking

We stayed here for one night in April on a cross European trip. Decided to stay for 2 nights on way home to explore Route du Vin. Hotel is reminiscent of Ibid or similar, but much better restaurant, in value, quality and service. A little way from Collar, but walking to Little Venice is perfectly possible for the fit. clearly popular with French and travellers - would recommend to leisure & business travellers.

They have quite a bit of parking which is nice and it's included. The lot gets locked up overnight. The room was clean. Liked that it had lots of plugs available to use. Breakfast was an added cost but we found it was worth it to pay. Offering was pretty good. It's a bit of a trek into old town Colmar so we decided to drive it. Good and bad because parking is a bit difficult to find at least on the weekend. Overall a good stay. Friendly English speaking customer service.

Pleasant hotel 10 to 15 minutes walk from the centre of Colmar. Helpful staff; rooms pretty standard for this category of hotel; dined in the hotel restaurant twice and the food was good on both occasions.

Had a one night stop over at this hotel. Good, clean hotel with a good value for money restaurant. Easy walk into the pretty town of Colmar. Staff friendly & helpful. Would stay here again.

This accommodation is more of Motel with restaurant rather than a hotel. Clean room.Location - 15 mins walk to old town.
1.3
Great hotel and wonderful restaurant used by many locals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A 15-20 minute walk into town center. Area immediately around hotel, lacking in interests to travellers.

Ask for a room in the 'Grand Battiment' as wifi in the wing is only available in the corridor. Otherwise, clean, basic accommodation but with excellent showers. Food in restaurant is pretty decent, too. Look out for the day's specials.
