We arrived at 9:50 on a Saturday nite. The office was closed (despite a sign stating they are open until 10pm on Saturdays). We rang their bell several times, but no answer. I then checked my email and found an email with a phone #. We were told they close at 9 (contradictory). We were told about a lock box combo and after a number of tries we got a room key. We had 2 dogs with us which we didn’t tell them about cuz there was nobody to talk to. We received a call after we checked out the next day that we had to pay an extra $76 for the dogs, and we needed to go back and pay them. This fee was more than I’ve ever paid for dogs (it’s usually $10/dog.) This was not made clear. The room was nice, but they were very difficult to deal with, and not even nice about any of it. She had an attitude of “no sympathy” and impatience. None of their policies or procedures were made clear. Very bad experience.

I stayed on a Thursday night by myself. Felt very safe, rooms were very nice and clean! Check in was easy. I havent stayed in a motel, especially in a small town ever, and was very surprised how nice it was!

Stayed here after a concert at the Ironstone winery. It was what I expected for the price that I paid. Great price point for a quick overnight stay. The bed was really not the most comfortable bed and the shower was old and dirty, but I didn’t pay for the Ritz so I did not expect the Ritz. Easy to check in and check out. The bedsheets were very obviously cleaned as they smelt like bleach and I appreciated that. Great location for an overnight after a concert.

Room was clean and neat. Check in was awesome as we had booked 1 room for the first night and 2 rooms for the second. The front desk made sure we get to stay in one room without having to move and the rest of our party will have a downstairs room for the one night. Appreciate the extra effort.

Well worth the price for a quick concert stay. Fridge, microwave, ice machine that worked well! In room coffee! Super nice gentleman who checked me in and out. Great value! Clean and comfy!! Will stay there again!!

No frills older hotel, with Large room and Comfortable beds, refrigerator and microwave. Warm water at best for showers. No snacks or drinks amenities, but the hotel is next door to a gas station. Front desk personnel very friendly.

Stayed a few days to work a local festival. This was no frills. No laundry or breakfast in a rural area with not many services. Room was clean on check in but they didn’t service your room. Was inconvenient to change out towels as we got in late and had to leave early. Staff was not in the office most of the time. For the money they wanted it was not great. Felt gouged.

There are people who live there who kinda make it an awkward uncomfortable feeling. The cleanliness of the room needs a lot of work. There was a flaming hot Cheeto on the floor corner of room and also the back end of toilet had residue, lint, etc. this tells me cleanliness is not of top priority. I won’t return because cleanliness and environment is the upmost importance to me. The room location and price are decent. The rest needs work.

It was ok, even if the wall are thin and you can hear the neighbours. Until 1AM a group of girls had a loud conference outside the room and then one was locked outside and for 45 was trying to get in negocition and force... (thank you Erica!) We call the number but didn't had any body coming! So not so much a good night!
