We needed more space for 5 adults and one child to stay and this place was great! Lowegie and Emily are amazing and were so helpful! Breakfast was amazing and the view of the bay is great and pool is nice and big. It’s a gated resort with security, so it’s super safe. Transportation to D’Mall is free at certain times of the day but tricycles to town are only 250php. The resort also offers private transport (van, boat, van) to and from the airport for a fee and took the headache out of figuring that out and waiting until in lines at the docks for a reasonable price. My only complaint is that the beach area is not really useable. It seems that they have stopped maintaining the beach area and don’t have chairs overlooking the beach anymore like in some of the aerial pictures. They have signs up saying to use at your own risk. It’s too bad that they have stopped maintaining that area. I hope this place gets lots of bookings so they can maintain and improve this place because it really is a great spot that is very private.

This is a superb property. The level of detail is very impressive. The pictures look as good as it really is. The view is spectacular. It’s about a 20 minute ride to d mall we’re the restaurant and beaches are but the property is so nice it’s worth this small inconvenience. A !

This location was excellent staff and amenities were terrific it is in a very quiet and slightly removed location from the typical tourist areas we rented a moped very inexpensively for 4 days did not feel as if we were missing out at all I highly recommend it if seclusion and privacy is what you are looking for

There is a lot of stairs to climb and its not suitable for elderly people , the view from the rooms are great , they have a free shutle bus to the mall and beach till 5pm . There is not a return bus you have to get a taxi

The place was pretty, but there were some things that would keep me from returning. Ran out of coconut water because the boss like to drink them, staff did not know their own menu. There were only 2 umbrellas at the pool and they would not allow them to be moved. Need a ladder to get into the shower.

The staff and service were kind, helpful, and overall wonderful. I would stay here again just because of the staff. However, the area isn't very convenient as it is not very near any of the beaches, and the hotel transportation is not very comfortable. Breakfast options are limited, but they provide plenty of food in the three options we each had every day. The size of the suite for the price is excellent, and was perfect for our family of four. The master bathroom shower head was too low and at an awkward angle. The couch in the living room seemed a bit old. Aside from those few complaints we really like staying here.

One of the best stays I have ever had. Extremely beautiful setting overlooking private ocean bay and views of the mainland. Well maintained and really gorgeous resort setting, very comfortable rooms. Above all, can't say enough positive tunings about the staff. So friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They were ready to assist with envy request and need we communicated. Ulysses and Andrea are a pleasure to talk to and helped us with all travel needs returning to the airport after our stay. You should definitely stay here when visiting Boracay, you will not be disappointed.

Unbelievable customer service. Best staff I have ever experienced. Wonderful resort off the main strip that provided a great getaway from the crowded area of White Beach. Food and beverage were great as well. Outstanding airport to hotel transportation was well worth the cost. I would definitely recommend it.

If you want an hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the centre then this is the place to be. Suite was lovely and a large balcony with sea views.When I get to Boracay again I will definitely book again.

Had a lovely stay at monaco... excellent rooms with view and amazing staff! Lookout for this guy named Redeem who is such a lovely host.. Just a caution .. if you are two couples booking a presidential suite that is advertised as with two bedrooms .. only one bedroom has an attached bathroom !

The hotel was very nice. Not that far from the pier. The shuttle service to D-mall is very convenient. Love the bed and the air condition. The balcony is huge and the view is great. The swimming pool is a salt water swimming pool, so we dont feel the need to swim in the ocean. The only thing need to improve is the breakfast. Omelette is the best, but rest of the food was so so. First day they have pig liver in the pizza, we didnt like that. I guess lots of people in the Philippines like pig liver, so cant really complain about local food. Overall we really like the hotel. we will come and stay again next time.

What an amazing place. We loved the resort, the room, the view and the service. We are coming back to the Monaco. All of the staff was amazing but two people stood out even though all were great. Beautiful resort with courteous and friendly staff. The shuttle to the Main Beach is area is very accessible and a short ride to be able to participate in beach activities. Shuttles run hourly through out the day and evening. I found them to be very convenient. The Hotel is well maintained and the landscaping is well groomed. My only set back of my stay is the multiple sets of steep stairs to go from my room to The restaurant or pool or beach area. Other than than a great place to relax. I would come back and plan on doing so next year.

My wife and I had a WONDERFUL five- night stay! We work very hard and needed some serious R&R. We didnt want the crowds and hustle and bustle that is found on the other side of Boracay. The beautiful views from the European style villas were exactly what we wanted. I sat out on the spacious balcony each morning, read, had a cup of tea, listen to the surf and waited for the sun to rise. Perfect! The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and after five days, we had almost become like family and were a bit sad to leave. I even got a picture of the restaurant staff on our last morning, and they got their phones out and took a few group pics of us as well. In addition the architecture and setting are absolutely gorgeous! Many afternoons we just relaxed by or in the the pool and sipped on drinks, read, napped, and just let the day slip away. After 8 months our crazy busy schedules, it was exactly what we needed.It was never crowded, and we often felt like we had our own private estate. The one drawback is the beach. It allows you access to the ocean, and at low tide, if you are adventurous, you can do some exploring of the tide pools as you walk along the coastline. But if you want wide, white, sandy beaches, with all the activities that go along with them, you need to travel a bit to other parts of the island. My wife and I travel a lot and have vacationed in many parts of the globe, yet we feel that our vacation at Boracay and Monaco Suites was one of our best!
