We always stay at Hamptons because we were never disappointed. But this time we were. When we got in our room late it was way too warm for our liking. On the thermostat on the wall was a paper taped to it saying to use the unit under the window. The unit was old, broken pieces and gross. You could see toenails, food and garbage in the fan. We eventually were able to start the unit but in the middle of the night it stopped and wouldn’t start again after. By early morning it was now almost 80 degrees in our room. My husband and I haven’t slept good at all because it was too hot. When we checked out my husband mentioned to the front desk that the unit wasn’t working and the employee said that it was always like that this time of year. That they are always having issues with the heating et cooling system. They didn’t offer anything. We left and we won’t be staying at that Hampton ever again.

The room was not as clean as it could be. Soap scum on the jet tub, and hairs in the shower. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast was amazing, and the eating space was bright and spacious. Not all jets in the tub worked, but it still was nice. No difference between garbage pails in room, so recycling procedure wasn't very clear. We do have another booking in December, mainly because the staff was so friendly, but we are hoping for a cleaner room. The pool water was quite dirty as well, so we chose not to use it.

Television channels limited - we only had 10 channels on a rainy night when we didnt want to go out. The shower head fell apart while using it, fire sprinkler in room coming through unfinished hole in wall in room, two unsafe power bar outlets in room with loose power inserts. Staff were very friendly and helpful. breakfast was awesome, room was quiet, bedding and towels were clean and soft, pillows were pletiful and overall we liked the room, we just didnt think the room lived up to expectations and cost

The bed was hard and the pillows were small and flat. I could not get a good sleep. There was someone elses hair on the bathroom floor when we checked in. We stayed for 3 days and our room did not get cleaned once. The breakfast was decent and the staff were pleasant.

I stayed at the Hampton two weeks ago in North Bay. Everything was perfect this time it left a lot to be desired. Turn the air conditioning on like there’s a fight going on in my wall so of course I couldn’t have it Running overnight. Make myself a coffee in the morning with them in room machine open up the little pack. It’s supposed to have everything in it, it’s not their fault But all that was in my package was a Stir, stick a pack of sugar substitute and a pack of sugar no coffee whitener no nothing When I had a shower in the morning, the showerhead was a water pic which are usually pretty good, but this one only had minimal water coming out of the outside ring, and I had a choice between lukewarm and scalding hot. I will be back, but I was very disappointed this time

All was fine, nothing was great. Breakfast was abundant but not delicious. I think the ac was broken when we were there, not in our room but in the hallways. Everything seemed clean enough. The decor in our room was hilariously mismatched, which doesn't matter but was noticeable. Ice machine on our floor worked well. Free bottles of water and coffee at reception were nice. I'd stay again but also hope I never have to!

We have not been to this property for quite some time. Overall the property is good but is not as good as it previously was....pool was not very clean...needed attention. We were on the fourth floor and the hall carpets appeared either slightly dirty or worn...might be wrong. O the positive sight staff were great....breakfast was very good. A pleasant experience.
