Parking kost almost as much for a rum.

The space of the room was very awkward with the bathroom being part of the sleeping area vs having a separate room. They charge for you to store luggage and hot water (tea). My mattress and some sheets had marks on them and were definitely older and dirty condition. There wasn't a phone and the room was so hot. I tried adjusting the AC, but couldn't get it to work. Kept the window open most of the time to stay cool. Overall, I probably wouldn't return, but the location is good. The front desk was helpful when I needed help from them.

Very much a hotel. Not much more. There’s a bed, a bathroom, a TV. No mini-bar.
Pretty great views. Big windows overlooking CPH.
1.0
Discount hotel - at least from the feel. Windows not sound proof so lots of noise from trains and Tivoli fireworks.
Everything below the standard we are used to. Including cleanliness.

Stay at this hotel occassionally since Im in Copenhagen quite often.
Ok for a buz. room just to sleep in.
Parking expensive, far to expensive.

The only thing that I liked was the location. Very close to the train and buses terminal and close to all attractions.
The check-in was not the best, the staff doesn't give enough information and doesn't smile much.
The room was not do clean. You have to ask the day before for services. There is no frigo bar to storage your food. The bed is average to poor condition . Blankets are small . The bathroom had mold.
The room was very sunny and with a great view of the city.

A good value and clean but a bit of a hike to public transport

I paid in full via hotels.com got a delay on my flight and I arrived 20 hrs later. I lost my entire reservation

Property staff were very nice and accommodating. I would say again.

Fine.

Lovely, clean room close to the railway station. Very quiet at night.
My only criticism is that hotel was a tad stingy with pillows - more than one would have been nice!

Unfortunately there was a lot of noise both nights from busses and a gate outside. The first night I called the reception regarding some busses outside my window with the motor running (the window was closed). Second night I stood up and walked down to find out why a gate was making noise all night. The receptionist was not accommodating for a claim because it was booked via Hotels.com ! I cannot recommend this hotel

Quick 2 night stay. Good location, 15 minutes from central train station. Good options relatively close, along with nightlife. Rooms are big enough for 1, would be cramped if any more. Staff were pleasant and offered me an upgrade for 200 DKK more, and the option to check in at 11 am if I took the upgrade (which I did). Bicycle rentals right outside hotel and small bar in lobby. Overall good stay and value.

Overall they nickel and dime you. It is however a good location and a small private bathroom. Seems to be Copenhagens style so maybe we just aren’t those type of travelers
5.0
Good place : little rooms very functional and good lobby (room changed because of a damaged window : in the new room, no noise)

Stayed for 2 nights. First night was horrific: so noisy and the room was stifling hot. Awful sleep. Asked to switch rooms and the staff were great, and the second room was cooler and quieter for the second night. Hotel is fine, just not for a relaxing night, just for the basics.
4.0
New hotel with rooms that are smaller than usual but it’s what’s advertised. There’s luggage storage and walkable to metro, restaurants and shops and major attractions. There’s extra blankets, towels and pillows under the bed.
4.0
The room’s air conditioning wasn’t great and windows can’t be open wider. Understand for safety reason, but the window opening clearance could be a little wider.
5.0
Convenient to transportation and shopping.
2.0
There was a water leak in the sink drain when we checked in. That was repaired within an hour. The window was very dirty and the view was not very attractive. The view was of the railyard.
2.0
central and quite new hotel, just a short walk from the central Station. room basic with private bathroom, tv, good bed. No fridge/minibar and coffee/waterheater. cafe in reception with ok prices. not possible to open Window, had to remove card to turn off all lights in room. ok value, but breakfast not included
4.0
The location was perfect. The staff were friendly, and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

The shower setting was temperamental. You would get cold, boiling and lukewarm water at the same time when set for not boiling or freezing …. Not very good sound proofing with so much railway noise coming through at late hours and early morning.
4.0
This is a reasonable hotel located very close to the central train station and Tivoli Gardens. It is clean, but the room is a bit snug and really just perfect for anyone who plans to be out and about most of their time.
2.0
Rooms are very very small, bathrooms are very very small - not comfortable at all. You don’t look forward to getting back to your room after a long day sightseeing. Will not go back to Copenhagen.
4.0
It’s quiet enough and close to the train station.
We originally took the metro from the airport to the wrong hotel. If you go from the airport, you can take the train to the central station and walk around a km.
It’s not a big place but okay for 2 people and good enough for one person.

Decent place to stay. Reasonabke cost by Copenhagen standards. Modern fixtures.

It’s walking distance from central station

Perfectly acceptable hotel for the price although the small pillow was a shame. If you need more than one thin pillow you'll be disappointed
3.0
AC is not blowing cold air. There were bugs/flies on the first day we arrived. Good area. Close to central station and bus terminal
2.0
Bright and sunny small room with a comfortable bed and great views from the top floor. The additional charge for the upgrade was worth it as I would have had to pay to store luggage on arrival before the check-in time, so it ended up being worthwhile.
Friendly front desk staff. 10-15 minute walk to the main train station and other local transit links.
24/7 snacks for purchase from the front desk. Right off the river. Bike rentals available.
I would only have liked a bit more space to put my luggage for easy access. Would've been tight for 2.

HVAC does not work well, beds and blankets seem cheap.

The staff was cordial. The room was tiny.
1.5
The hotel was near the train station, but a bit of a walk to the sights-city center, etc. they had no ice available to guests, none at all! I had to walk to nearby Hotel Tivoli to get some! The breakfast was good, but was an added cost.
4.0
This property was very convenient to the train station. It was clean and the staff were very helpful!!!
