We had a great stay. The breakfast was great and we especially loved the pool because it was heated. We were sad the hot tub wasn’t working at this time. We will definitely stay here again.

It was enjoyable and price was reasonable, but what created some displeasure was that the hot tub was not operating at all. The hot tub was what got me interested in this hotel, but was disappointed. The other thing was the workout room has some brofken equipment. Beds were fine, no noise and breakfast was adequate.

Great hotel. It is in a good location, was clean, the breakfast was nice, easy check in and out although I would suggest if you check out online you wait until you’re walking out the door. The property felt safe with plenty of lighting in the parking lot. I would definitely use this hotel again.

hotel is fine, older one but fine. the staff is fine, its just the surrounding area is a little sketchy. You are on the backside of a truck driver type parking lot feels like a sketchy place where sketchy stuff happens.

Overnight stay with 3 friends. Room was clean and comfortable and fulfilled our basic needs. Breakfast server was surly and breakfast was sparser than a normal meal at this kind of hotel.

The hotel and room was up to date in appearance, however, our room was unclean. There was hair in one of the beds, and red specks on the bathroom wall that I quickly cleaned up. I moved an ottoman and an old lipstick rolled out from under it. The staff was pleasant during check in and contactless checkout was convenient. The complimentary breakfast was scarce due to maximum capacity guests, but poor staffing. No coffee, not enough food put out, and the dining area was unkept. The staff in the dining room consisted of 1, and she apologized for the poor conditions. I did not complain at all, and the management needs to properly staff for busy weekends, and have some quality control on room cleanliness. Again, the staff was very nice.

Hotel was a disappointing stay. Stains on mattress and walls. Furniture in room was chipped and worn. Room needed deep cleaning of floors and mirrors. elevator walls too. No working plug in between double beds. Distinct smell in downstairs lobby. Odor was present unsure of what odor it would be. Hotel breakfast eggs were unedible.

Sticky floors, cockroach, stuffy rooms, thin walls and an echo chamber from lower lobby level were not great. Our refrigerator also quit working and we had to throw out a few things. The bedding was clean, the towels were clean but the rest was iffy for the rating we based our booking off of.

Next to the pool and someone had propped open the door so they could get in and out without having to use their key. I guess this didn’t affect us because we weren’t there that much. I thought it was wrong of them to do so.

The continental breakfast was not very appealing. One morning they didn’t turn on juice machine and each morning seemed to be lacking in foods. The eggs were those quick eggs that taste kinda rubbery. Not true scrambled eggs.

The staff are extremely professional & courteous, but the facility could use a deep clean. I stayed in room 203 and it was infested with ants behind the nightstand and in the bathroom. Not to mention, the floor was so dirty, it was slippery. The landscaping could use some work. The location of the hotel is convenient as there is a grocery store nearby too include a host of restaurants.

Not quiet, privacy limited, no carpet in rooms so very noisy, elevator is ancient and slow. Room smelled musty but it was clean. Bed comfortable but pillows were pretty flat. Some of the clientele looked shady. Hallways and doors were too noisy. Probably will not stay at this hotel again. Def not “very good” as ratings state.

There was a little bit of a funky smell when you walked into the lobby and one little bit of hiccup with the hot tub other than that the room was clean and cold. The beds were comfortable. The front desk was super nice with allowing us an early check-in and my husband winded up leaving his bag in the lobby when we left. We called later that night and they had it secured and will be sending it back home today. It was a quick trip to float the river and it is a good central location. Would love if they had the pool and hot tub outside but that is just because the chlorine smell gets a little too much but that is anywhere you go with an indoor pool.
