The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good as well. The location is great as there is a light rail station close and there is a supermarket in the bottom floor.

The hotel from the outside is nice but the rooms SMELL and smell awful! :( WiFi was annoying too because it disconnects you after 30 seconds automatically even if you are using it.

The furnishings in the room was dated and there was the smell of smoke in my room even though I asked for a non smoking room but it was bearable. Staff was very friendly and the location was in a place that made it fairly easy to get to most attractions with a short Uber drive

I had a wonderful stay in all. Food was great, location of the hotel was very convenient. Wi-Fi was always on and fast. On the ground floor you have a shopping mall a big super market and behind it a petrol station too. For me and my family it was in a perfect location . Near the al mamzar beach and everything else was near too.Thank you.

The staff were very helpful but the apartments are let down by the condition, once you leave reception the Hotel is in need of refurbishment, the kitchens in the apartment are small but adequate for a business traveller, not so much for a family. Maybe it was the time of the year with a few things going on but the price was very expensive for what you got.

The good thing is the presence of washing drying facility in the hotel that I couldn't find it anywhere else. The staff including the receptionist are very polite and helpful.the breakfast is good.
