Great clean apartments with fast internet. Breakfast was always the same menu not that good. Location was dangerous traffic with bad sidewalks to walk to skytrain and shuttle service only runs very 30min.

Amazing hotel and great and helpfull staff. They offer a complenetary shuttle to the nearest sky train so it's easy to get around the city. We stayed in a two bedroom aprtement and it was super spacious and very clean. Great breakfast buffet. And the pool area is also amazing. Would deffently stay here again.

We stayed at this Marriott for 4 nights, one of the best Marriotts we have stayed in. The staff took hospitality to the next level. They took really good care of us. The hotel is located conveniently close to the mall and train stations. Easy to get around. The rooms were excellent, it had a kitchen and washing machine. We used the washing machine every day. The AC was cold and bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay here on our future visit to Bangkok.

The room and service was great. Bed was lovely. Fabulous buffet. Breakfast and buffet were extra but discounted for guests. Really enjoyed the staff, especially Google, Kai, Pingpong, and Jack. They aim to please.

I think the facilities are old and require immediate attention. Every night there were loud noise came from bathroom and wardrobe, sometimes it seems like someone in the bathroom closing the shower door. I hope it was due to the air conditioning duct sound or water pipes. My friend stayed in another floor also had the same experiences. Could not sleep well. Not a pleasant stay. Will not go back again.

I requested a rollaway’s bed in advance and ended up I do need to make the same request again on arrival. Also, the staff ‘s communication is weak as they wrongly placed the rollaway bed even I told him straight. I am really happy to have washing machine with fabulous dryer too. However, the electrical plugs were not working well in the room. So please do review all the electrical plugs inside the room as routine. Also, the shampoo and shower gel were fixed on the wall and how can the customer used it when they want to have bath instead of shower?!?! Food choices are not much and taste is just acceptable.

Very comfortable beds. Extensive breakfast selection. Shuttle to Emporium shopping mall runs every 30 minutes but can also walk there in about 10 min. Location is great for shopping, restaurants, etc.
