Pictures don't really match the actual rooms. This is a former Hostel that has been converted into hotel rooms. Lots of lipstick applied on top of what was there. It is close to the beach and was fine for our needs though.

The staff were amazing very friendly and helpful. Although our room did not have a balcony, there was an outdoor seating area located at the entrance of our building. This hotel provides quick access to the board walk and a 10 min walk to Margaritaville, where the water taxi access is located.

Pros: Location was good one block from the beach/boardwalk and the bed was comfy it did the job for a quick trip in a pinch. Cons: The bathroom floor would fill with water after showering. The towels, toilet and sink still had hair on them. The TV in the room was hard to navigate. They do not have a Luggage room.

The reception/service desk service exceeded all expectations l. Emily was so quick and helpful with any of my questions. It was a pleasant experience and the location is perfect.

Really nice well kept motel in a great area next to the ocean. Easy to walk to various restaurants. Very friendly staff. Parking is expensive but the motel rate was reasonable. We will be back.

Staff was always friendly and the place is cute and well kept. A perk....the Taco Shack next door offers a discount and free margarita for staying at this hotel! Would definitely book this hotel again if in the Hollywood Beach area!

The room was clean and cute. But the shower water pressure was very very low. And parking was horrible. It is self pay parking I paid around 30 to 35 a day for parking.

When we checked in to Hollywood Beach Suites, we were surprised to find that the room looked very different from the pictures online. The floor was a gross laminate-type flooring that I did not feel comfortable walking around barefoot—thank God I brought several pairs of socks with me! We booked a Queen bed. However, the bed was obviously not a Queen, but rather a Full. My husband and I immediately wanted to check out and go to a different hotel, but that was a little difficult seeing as how there were thousands of Swifties swarming Miami to see The Eras Tour that weekend. So we stayed. We slept on top of the comforter because if there was a bed that had bedbugs, it would be this one. What most stood out (and not in a good way) was the smell. It was a mixture of mildew and a musty-smell. I understand that it’s right by the ocean (A PRO), but get a dehumidifier or something. The aforementioned comforter that we slept on felt damp to the touch. All in all, this was not a wonderful hotel. It was pretty gross and grimy. The staff was nice enough and there was a cat there (love you, Cheetah!), but if you’re not a college kid, find somewhere else to stay.

My room was very comfortably and suited me very well. The in room a/c was a little noisy, but that's understandable due to they all make noise. The beach was about 300 feet from my room. I wish I new and understood the park mobile app and parking situation prior to actual arriving. But once I knew about it and was using it, it was very simple to keep it up to date. The room was about 250 feet from the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. The Boardwalk was amazing with all sorts of eat and drinking establishments and entertainment along the way. I would most definitely stay at Hollywood Beach Suites and Hotel again, if I am in the area. All staff that I encounted were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this place.

It’s pretty convenient to only spend the night, however the room was hot and there was no way of adjusting the temperature from the room, we had to call front desk but didn’t make a difference. We also requested housekeeping and they just made the beds and replaced the towels, they didn’t bother in sweeping the floors. Lastly, the tvs aren’t smart tv and despite having Direct tv, they barely had channels.

I enjoyed the fact that I could walk to the beach leave my things on the beach and come back to my room if I needed anything it was very close and it’s close to restaurants on the boardwalk. It was a clean bed a clean room, but I had terrible TV service.

Property dated but clean and steps away from the beach. Staff was very helpful and kind. My husband and I felt safe. Downside is the parking. $30 per day if you can manage a spot near the property or across the street at the liquor store $30 overnight weekday and $40 on the weekend. Again very limited parking spaces. Would definitely stay again.

We’ve been staying at Hollywood Beach Suites every time we visit Hollywood Beach, and it never disappoints! The rooms are always clean and were recently renovated, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Jessica at the front desk/check-in is a standout. Her customer service is excellent, and she is always professional and welcoming. It’s this level of service and attention to detail that keeps us coming back 🙂. Highly recommend Hollywood Beach Suites for anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant stay.

Room was in the beginning stages of a German roach infestation, had to keep lights on at night to deter them from crawling out of the walls at night (power outlets, light switches, bathroom plumbing, a/c unit, gaps in caulking) Get pest control before it gets unmanageable.

We were very disappointed with the quality of the room it was not at all what is pictured online I was told that they only had one room that the pictures are taken from and all they have to guarantee is the number of beds we booked the bathroom had stalls like a convenient store they had ac units in the windows that pulled in the weed smoke that people were constantly smoking on the patios the table in the kitchen was only a 2×2 which is not enough for a family ..no one came in to clean ..the parking is not free you have to pay 32 dollars a day to park there and if it's full the other parking is almost 100 for a day it is a pet friendly hotel but the beaches and boardwalk are not so this poses a big problem on where to go with the dog we left early to go find another hotel and they refused to do any kind of refund i do not recommend staying there or booking through Expedia

THIS PLACE... I really expected the worse for the price. From the time I arrived, the staff was extremely delightful. The entire property's landscaping was being updated early in the mornings and it was really such a beautiful sight. The maintenance of the building, the location. The free margarita and BANGIN TACOS!!!! I absolutely would be back this this property in a heartbeat next time I visit Hollywood beach. Thank you so much!
