Everything is good except some of the staff are not very friendly and unprofessional. When we arrived early in the morning, we understood early check-in is not available unless we pay day use rate. We therefore did some quick fresh up and organized our luggage’s bit. However, the staff pushed us and made us a bad day. She even said we could not leave the small luggage and seems she thought we wasted her time in waiting for us in decluttering.
We spent like 10-min only for using the washroom and fresh up and it doesn’t make sense to refuse this.
I was surprised and felt angry when she said I couldn’t leave the small luggage and asked for a reason. She then said okay!
I don’t want to bother to complain but I hope things not the culture of Japanese. I have been travelled to Japan for so many times and probably she is stressed or sth which I feel bad for her too. We were so tired after the long red eye flight and we just want to use the washroom to fresh up a bit and organize 1-2 pieces of small luggages, out of a total of 5 pieces.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights before heading to Kyoto and Osaka, and then returned for an additional two nights after our trip. The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to open a suitcase. During our first stay, we thought the hotel was quite decent. However, our experience at Richmond Premier Kyoto set a much higher standard. In comparison, this hotel felt like a three-star at best.
The amenities were of lower quality, and the "happy hour" was underwhelming, with a limited selection of drinks. The only snacks provided were basic items like cheap crackers, small chocolates, and cheese wrapped in candy wrappers. We had been spoiled by the parfaits, variety of snacks, and extensive drink options at Richmond Premier.
If it’s your first time in Tokyo, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s a bit of a walk to the nearest subway station, and the underground paths are confusing and maze-like, which could be frustrating for newcomers. Once you’re familiar with the area, however, the location is actually quite convenient and within walking distance of several subway lines.

Great hotel. Very close to metro. The area is business oriented but the price is good for the service.

Hotel is situated next to Shinodome JR station, walking distance to Ginza, lots of restaurants around the area.

Went with my family, and it was a good space for three. Not too tight, not too small. These hotels are regularly small which is expected, but we were comfortable. I recommend this place highly for solo, or for 2-3 people. Just make sure no one snores. ;) Good luck!

My partner and I stayed here for a week, and overall it was a great experience for us. The staff were super friendly, professional, and they even helped us arrange luggage delivery service to our next hotel in Kyoto. The breakfast buffet there had a great variety of food, rooms were cleaned, and the hotel was conveniently located outside a train station, stores, restaurants, and convenience stores. The only con that I had at this hotel is that their bed and pillows were a bit too firm for my comfort, but I would come here again in the future. :)

The hotel has an impressive entrance and the room was a reasonable size for a single traveller but a bit tight for two or more with suitcases etc.
It’s located above Shiodome station so perfect for getting in and around the Tokyo sights, and within walking distance of Tokyo Tower and other sights.
The breakfast selection was good.

Great location & services with decent room size. Next to Hamarikyu Gardens. Tokyo Tower, Ginza, Tsukiji market all within walking distance.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The area was walkable and on lots of central train lines making access easy in and out. The nightly welcome drinks were a nice touch. Rooms are very small but suffice.
4.5
Great for business. Monorail right in front of hotel to Big Sight.

Price reasonable, location convenience. Lunch buffet worth every dollars

Pleasant stay. Good water pressure for shower.

I would rate this 100000/10 if I could! I cannot say enough about my stay at this hotel. In preparation of my first trip to Tokyo, I spent hours trying to aimlessly figure out what part of the city to stay in. I know the hotel rooms typically run small and I wanted to make sure my brother and I had enough space to comfortably coexist during our trip - I'm so unbelievably happy I ended up choosing this location and spent a little extra money on the larger room option. This hotel is completely updated, has beautiful and cozy decor and furnishings, and the service here was top-tier. It's in a very quiet area of Tokyo but is around a lot of modern and gorgeous buildings that you can view on your easy walk to multiple train lines. It was such an amazing place to come back to after such busy days on our vacation. If you're thinking about booking here, do it!!

Great hotel, from staff to the location. Each floor had a vending machine and some had a laundry machine, which was great for the long stays. The cleaning staff was great. Keep in mind they the rooms are on the smaller side if you are use to western style hotels.
The only downside during our stay was the WiFi. Wifi was either too slow or had trouble connecting.

Amenities are amazing and very conven for our stay. staff are friendly and helpful.
Will definitely come back when we visit Tokyo again

Very enjoyable. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Would go back. The only recommendation would be to offer a couple more vegetarian/vegan breakfast options.

Very convenient to public transportation and near by shopping area.

The room was very clean and comfortable. However, the mattress was too firm for me. Breakfast was very good with many options. Great location. Close to the trains.

Lovely, friendly staff and lovely hotel!

Great service - offered free Champagne and prepared utensils when they knew that we wanted to celebrate birthday in the room.

An all around amazing place to stay. Would definitely rebook this hotel. The staf is helpful and kind. Check in is a breeze. Plenty of free amenities, from skin care to coffee/thee, razor blades to cotton swabs and more.
The washing machine was a must for us on this trip and the hotel provided an easy to use one that didn’t require any laundry detergent to be bought.
The room was spacious and had plenty of room to move in. There was closet space, a table with two chairs, bed for 3 and a large tv.
The bathroom was fantastic. Japanese style with shower and tub. Wonderful Japanese toilet. Clean and spacious.
It is located at Shiodome station. The Oedo line rides there and stops right underneath the hotel. Shimbashi station is walking distance and Family marts right in the station.
An overall excellent place to stay.

Super nice hotel. Convenient for metro but not so much for walking. Great breakfast.

We loved staying here although the room was a bit cramped. The breakfast was excellent with many varieties of Asian and continental food. There was a limit to water bottles they provided but there were water dispensers on every floor. Best part was it is right next to the big Shimnashi station with access to many lines. Also the JR bus from Narita dropped us in Ginza nearby. The train plaza has some food options and the train access made it much cheaper for us to travel in the huge city.

Beautiful room and great location.
4.5
large clean room, friendly staff, public transport nearby, view from room, facility/building itself
4.5
Very nice hotel (new) and good location.
Only it’s a little bit far from grocery store.
Staff are very cordial.
4.5
Overall experience was not bad, esp staff service.
There's a few points that you might feel inconvinience.
1. Slow Wifi speed ( we felt stress to watch you tube in the hotel)
2. Difficult find the hotel when we walk from Shimbashi station(under path is like a maze and signage is not that clear about the direction. So people easily get lost)
4.5
We booked the Executive Twin Room with Tatami Area and the room was fantastic. New, clean and the bathroom was huge and very well laid out. We had a great experience with PJ's for my children and myself. The mini bar was complimentary and Molton Brown toiletries. We did not do any meals at this hotel so i cannot comment on the F&B but there were plenty of excellent restaurants around the hotel. I would be happy to stay here again as I wanted a "japanese" style room and this exceeded expectations.
4.5
A bit of a walk to train station. Very nice rooms. Good happy hour options. Enjoyed our stay there. Will stay there again.
4.5
Convenient for transportation, but I always walk to Shinbashi station for a cheaper fare.
Staff are very nice. Not too good in English but they put much effort to answer enquiry.
Room is not big enough, smaller than expected, but it is clean.
Have some coffee shops and convenient shops nearby.
4.5
Super friendly staff, great area and nice rooms. AC wasnt so great, but that may have just been us not knowing how to work it. Thank you

We stayed in two separate rooms for my family and my girlfriend’s family. My room for 2 people was fine. However, in their room they complained about it smelling very musty the entire stay. They could not get rid of the musty rancid smell.
