We were so impressed with this hotel. It was one of the cleanest we've ever visited. The room was large enough for 2 old folks, and the beds were very comfortable with 4 pillows on each bed. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tupelo, MS.

This hotel was very well kept up. Clean inside and out. Only issue that we had was there wasn't any soap in the shower dispenser. Very quiet hotel and good breakfast as well! I would stay there again in the future.

I will say the sheets were clean. But there was mold on the ceiling, the bathtub drained very slow, mold on the shower curtain, barely any hot water, and the pressure was weak. The doors were also visibly dirty. Breakfast was meh. The waffle machine was broken. No other hot drink options. I drink hot tea, not coffee. The front desk person didn’t seem to know what she was doing and not at all friendly.

We got in late and they were super friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. I accidentally got the A/C down to 60 degrees which is incredible. Amazing Air Conditioner. We had breakfast and it was good. Oh and the pool is very nice.

Service at front desk was excellent, and at first glance, the room appeared to be clean. However, when we tried the shower, we found that the trip lever on the drain was missing and the water would not drain properly. Upon pulling up the drain cover to try to make the water drain faster, we found there was a build up of hair attached to it (Gross!) There was no towel bar for hand towel and no kind of toiletries offered. There wasn’t even a bag for dirty laundry. There was what appeared to be black mold looking stuff on the inside of the shower curtain. The air conditioner made noises all night. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a wonderful hotel. The room was clean & cool. There is plenty of grass for my pups to walk on. Everyone was friendly & nice. The pool was perfect to relax in. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was “ok”. We requested adjoining rooms but were placed at completely different ends of the hallway. The front desk lady was rude and unpleasant. However the breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

Pros: Nice lobby, limited hot breakfast, workout room available Cons: Not as clean as I've come to expect hotels to be. My bare foot discovered a wet brown mystery liquid on the carpet and all the floors in my room (both carpeted and hard floors) felt gross and sticky. I'd like to imagine it was because they used way too much cleaning solution, but the ick factor was so strong for me (and I had no socks in my overnight bag) that I had to wash my feet off in the shower and lay down towels on the floor and hop from one to another like the floor was lava. For that reason, I wouldn't come back.

The morning staff was excellent! Very hospitable, pleasant inviting greetings and helpful to those checking out👌👍 The evening front desk worker, wouldn't speak unless spoken to. She had no answers nor offered any solutions for anything I asked her about. But whatever she was watching on her phone looked entertaining 👎
