We went on a family trip for the weekend. We were there as a family of 6. The room was super spacious for us as a family of six. We needed extra blankets and the lady at the front desk brought them to us. The housekeeping lady gave us extra towels. No questions asked no complaints. She was super friendly. The front desk lady was amazing. She was super friendly. Did her job amazingly and was on point for everything. If we come back to the area, we will definitely be staying again. Awesome hospitality, and the pool was open and the kids loved it. They utilize the pool and the gym all weekend.

The manager that originally checked us in was friendly. Our keys were deactivated multiple times during our stay leaving our party of 6 stuck outside the door while we had to go to the desk to have them reactivated. This happened 4 times. The lady at the desk insisted that we were using the keys wrong like it is the first hotel we have stayed in. Then we unfolded the sleeper sofa and there was no bedding or pillows left for this so we had to go back down to the front desk and wait in the enormous line in order to get bedding so my kids could sleep. We will not be staying in this hotel again. I could look past certain things but the extremely rude staff behind the counter is not one of them.

Room had a weird smell and overnight when my husband had to use the bathroom, he saw a cockroach! This is not ok for the price we paid for one night! Will not stay here again.

Our standard room was very large. Very comfortable. Nothing negative at all. Clean, had all the amenities. Breakfast was good. Not a lot but good.

I booked two nights for a golf tournament in the area. At check-in I was informed there was no hot water. They offered to cancel my reservation if I wanted. They then told me if I wanted to stay the first night and check with them the next day to see if the water problem had been fixed, I could cancel the second night and go elsewhere. I stayed the first night and found out the next day there was still no hot water but I couldn't cancel because it was past 11 AM. No offer of a reduced price or any adjustment of any kind. My last stay at this location ever.

We did not stay—when we arrived at 111:30 PM exhausted from a long day driving, we were informed there was no hot water and “did we want to cancel”, while all the time the clerk was on her private phone having a private conversation. We ended up at the Fairfield just down the road which was the same price and much nicer and friendlier.

It was a very bad experience. No hot water and people is smoking right in front of the facility. The facility is not clean. I could not even shower my 6 month old baby because there was no hot water. Never again. Next time I will take a RB&B.

Everything was great except that there was a used bar of soap left in the shower. The gals who checked me in were great! It's sad that rooms are double the price when there is an activity in town! Stayed here before in the last six months for half the price.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice, comfortable and enjoyable, although we did have difficulty with room key cards. The bathroom shower could use an update/upgrade but it was okay. Breakfast was very good with hot options available. I would likely consider staying again.

Only booked this particular hotel for the swimming pool and the pool was really gross. Took almost an hour to check in and then key cards didn’t work properly. Staff weren’t very friendly.

The property and staff as a whole was great. The only thing I noticed was outside my room was a leak in the ceiling. There was a trash can used to catch the water. But it was a pretty bad leak.

Employee was very rude. I left and when to get another hotel. I would like my money back for my second night. Yall lost a lot of customers to to that employee that was working on 06/15/24. We came as a group for a AAU tournament. We live 3hrs away. Just so sad

I took my grandchildren for a train ride to Greensboro to go to Wet n Wild Water Park on a Tuesday. Made reservations online for 2 rooms because they had a pool, we wanted to continue the water fun after park closed at 5pm. Arrived and found out pool was closed. We were told that the pool chemicals were unbalanced due the amount of people who used the pool on the weekend. Big let down to my 4 grandchildren. At least we had the train ride and water park. I would have liked to have known pool was closed and been offered the opportunity to choose. I realize pools have to be closed unexpectedly, however, I think they could have sent an email out to the standing reservations so we could be informed, especially in the summer months. Our rooms smelled like smoke and breakfast was very small.

Pool was not heated which was not told to us at check in. Even though we had a do not disturb sign on door male housekeeper insisted on bothering us and when I told him we don’t need anything to please leave he still insisted holding the door open with his foot and asked for trash. Really not happy about that.

The property was very nice and clean. The staff friendly. The compressor in our room needed to be repaired and was very loud preventing us from sleeping. The maintenance person looked at it and had no idea what to do. The key device to our room did not work and we had to replace keys multiple times and stand at the door trying to access the room multiple times before we could get in. Other than room condition, our stay was very nice.

Seems to have been recently renovated so the rooms were fresh. Cleanliness was outstanding. Breakfast was OK, which in these sorts of motels is not always the case. The renovation is not likely to last as it seems to be done pretty cheaply with tale-tale signs of peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. Obviously you should never put wallpaper in a bathroom. Not sure it will hold up well for years to come but for the time being a good choice for the area.
