I booked pick up fro. Hotel in advance with fully flight details , No one was there, spend 40 mintutes to call the hotel When arrived said the flight details misding Show him that mail with full details Hot water in the bath room on request based, need to call the reciprltion 10 minutes before shower

Very good location opposite shopping mall and walking distance to Town sights. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was ok, a la carte. Room was spacious enough. Air conditioning worked well. Room was quiet. Stayed on the 2nd floor. Stairs only. A few kilometres from the Airport but couldn’t hear planes. Nicely landscaped. Too busy to use the swimming pool

Incredible service starting at check in and throughout a 4-day stay. Every single staff member was gracious, helpful and went beyond expectations to ensure our stay was pleasant and that we had everything we needed. Room was spacious and clean. Restaurant was very good. Staff helped arrange tours which were excellent.

The room does not match the listing. two single beds pushed up against each other is not a king size bed. there is definitely insufficient space for two adults and two children, just the two adults. And the fridge is really good at keeping you stuff warm. otherwise it's acceptable: clean, safe, convenient location.

Excellent location, no elevators or coffee making facilities in rooms. Room service was very fast and all the staff were beyond helpful and wonderful to deal with. It was a very clean and nice place to stay with a huge Mall just across the road which was perfect.

We were not pick up in the airport for Expedia did not coordinate with then our schedule of check in and arrival . Other thing that Expedia did not coordinate was our tour the number you gave was cannot be contacted , the River tour they cancelled on the day of the tour that I was upset for that was the reason why we visited the place . I finally they contacted us after an hour late of our pick up scheduled just to informed the trip was canceled. I refused to be canceled and demanded us to be transferred in another tour group otherwise we will let them pay our plane ticket and our hotel . So they are forced to provide us another tour group . Your rate to us is very high when we direct to them it much cheaper and you don’t provide a good coordination service . Once you got the payment , we are of it’s own which was very stressful for your telephone number you provided no body return the call . I cancelled the second tour Honda bay 3 days ahead of time of the actual schedule so we expect a refund for that . since in your guide line 3 days a head cancellation. With this bad experience with Expedia poor coordination and service we don’t like to use Expedia at all nor recommend to our friends and family . Please improve your service .

This is more of a boutique hotel. The shuttle was great and picked us up on time. It’s literally right beside the mall and close to a lot of places to eat. Overall my stay was great and would stay here again.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, the bed is huge and comfortable and the rooms has air condition which is of course very nice for everyone not used to 30°C. They are always ready to help and even arranged for a birthday cake and song for my fellow traveller when we returned from one of our tours!The hotel offers 24 hours in-house massage, and I am sorry I only had time for one treatment as the masseuse was both professional and skilled.The hotel location is also really good for shopping as it lies but a very short stroll from the newly built and modern mall SM. I found the mall to have great prices for high quality clothes, shoes etc and Id really recommend it if youre a bit tired of haggling prices at the market. All in all the hotel is a great place to stay, but it shows that it has been a while since it was last refurbished. It has a dated look, but thats not so important. The bathrooms in particular are not in great shape though, but they are clean and functional. The showers should be replaced and the exceptionally noisy ventilation as well. Some rooms have power sockets with both EU/Asia - be sure to ask for one if you forgot your adapter.

5 star on services,staff friendliness and accomodations,cleanliness , few steps from SM is a big plus . I felt its my second home with some added service perks. The only thing that spoiled my stay and probably most ,was very poor WIFI connection in the room most of the time NONE at all , you still need to go downstairs to the lobby or bar to have a good connection.Hhhmmmm...☹️☹️

Staff hardly speaks or understands English. This makes it very hard to communicate and when we asked gor questions there seems to be misleading. As an example i was told that my check out was at 10:00pm so my flight was schedule for 8:00pm. Then i was called to inform me tgat check out was at noon. I would not recommend this place unless you can speak and understand their language.

i've never been to a hotel like this one, very strict with evrything! we cannot even bring food in the room, so strict w/ visitors, kept calling the room 10pm to tell us the visitors has to go, we have to pay for the pool 350/adult. sorry but never again.

Stayed here multiple times but the last two were not so good. Stayed here in November 2017 and there was no cable tv or internet for the entire week. They blamed the rain but other hotels and restaurants had it. Then stayed here last week for a week, 4/18. The maids, (Men) made more noise starting at 0700 then a busted chain saw. They woke me up every morning slamming doors and shaking that damn mop broom. I asked them every morning to stop it and again, the next morning, they were back at it. Then one night after 10:00 pm, a worker is running a power buffer in the hallway banging it on the doors and walls. Then several times they had a party underneath our room where they sang karaoke. Then another night, they had a band with a loud drum. Really? Left our room more than once to get away from the noise. Then when we checked out and was on our way to the airport, an issue came up over a 35P bottle of water. I paid for one bottle but apparently some are free and others your are charged. Had to pay the driver 35P just to continue to the airport. I have stayed here multiple times and love this place but the last two times has taken its toll. I will not go back. Pretty said because it was once an AWESOME place. Photo is employee unplugging the Floor buffer after I yelled at him. After 10:00 PM!

Great hotel and customer service. the rooms were very clean and the stay was very comfortable. The wi-fi connection in the room was horrible and had to use the wi-fi in the hotel lobby. The sushi at We Be restaurant was pityful but the rest of their food was great.

The hotel is very clean and kept to a high standard. The staff are very friendly and professional they will do there best to make your stay a pleasant one. The area the hotel is in is not the best but it's safe and there's building work going on adjacent to the hotel this is a new shopping mall this means there's a little noise as there working at night too but this did not spoil my stay this will be a good boost to the hotel in the future if I was to go to palawan again I'd definitely stay in this hotel again. A special thanks to Chris, Leo, PJ and the rest of the staff for looking after me. Keep up the good work .......

We are 11 people total , first time in Palawan. I reserved 3 rooms for 3 days and 2 nights. Our whole stay here is excellent. Customer service is perfect! All staff are very friendly, approachable, always smile and very helpful in everything especially with all the tours we got. Thank you so much! Free suttle pick-up & drop off at the airport. The complimentary breakfast is so good. All the food they serve even lunch is all delicious. My kids love the pool. Air condition is very cold, room is big, very clean hotel and this hotel is very near to mall and a lot of restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
