Loved the location a little away from the town center and up high for a great overview! Breakfast was amazing and Natalya serviced it so well and with a sweet smile!
Our room was cleaned and we appreciated Tanya for her special attention to our hot chocolate…thank you.
Katja and Outi at the front desk were a delight, smiling and very helpful.
We also appreciated the laundry service available. It was off season and everything was delightful.
Gondola, ski slopes, Northern Lights and much more.

The room was very good but the windows were foggy/dirty? so it the view was not good

You cannot stay in the deluxe iglu rooms during summer time. There are no curtains nor air conditioning, so it was impossoble to sleep there. When we complained about this to the staff, they just said sorry and that’s it. I’m not gonna go to this hotel in summer time never again.

Really nice hotel to a good price

Staff less then helpful. Phones didn’t work in the room and no room service available

One reason for booking this hotel was the skybar and the view.
So, with a hotel outside centrum with access through gondola that close relative early that skybar are the inhouse essensial for a quiet and relaxing evening.
So when they close the skybar for private event 2nights in a raw, but do not tell us about that when we arrive. That's bad service (for not telling) and stupid sort of ruined our entire plan for our first evening there. No drinks, no long relaxing evening. Just nothing. We will for sure never return to this hotel.

This hotel had a great view , the staff it’s amazing.
You have a huge choice in the breakfast also.

Didn’t realize the hotel was halfway up the mountain when I booked but it was a pleasant surprise. Was kinda lost a first trying to find it but once you figure it out and get up to it the view is great and the hotel itself is perfect.

I'm really impressed with the service at this hotel. Upon arrival in Levi, there was a small misunderstanding regarding our room due to our small dog. We needed a specific type of room and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite. The hotel provided a food bowl, snacks, and a towel for our dog at no extra cost. Additionally, during dinner at the restaurant, when we mentioned that the wine didn't pair well with the food, the waiter gave us the wine for free. Exceptional service at this hotel.

We had 16 degrees in our room and we asked the reception to increase the temperature- nothing happened.
The breakfast was really good and plenty of choices

nice ski in ski out resort
Good breakfast buffet here
Definitely a good place to stay if plan for snowboarding or ski trip in Levi

Excellent hotel, although it doesn't make clear that you will need to pay 9euros per person a day to access the hotel via the gondala on top of your stay, but the hotel was lovely had everything you need and beautifully located. Food is super expensive in the restaurant though.

Beautiful hotel. Staff are warm and welcoming. Breakfast is plentiful and of a good standard. Rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. Hotel is exceptionally clean throughout.

Nice hotel but restaurants and food not great . Staff /reception staff very cold and stand off

Ski in and ski out resort location. Relaxing stay for the non-skier as well.

Helt ok

Lovely big room, with enormous shower. Breakfast was good with lots of choices
Be careful, if you book through a 3rd party you need to pay for the gondola tickets - 8euro per person per day.

Spacious and very clean room with a view. Good facilities for skis etc. with shower (when skiing past check out time and wanting to freshen out before leaving). AirPort bus stops, pre-announcement to reseption needed. If you have ski pass it’s easy to move to village (otherwise one time lift ticket or mini bus transfer available. In the evening ski lift free of charge). Ski in and out. Laundry room with tumble dryers available. Restaurant did not have crowd when village restaurant had queues. Was great value for money.

Great location and breakfast, rooms are a bit dated and unsure why we ended up with 2 single beds but as a base when visiting Levi is a good choice.

Very comfortable resort for vacation. But you have to pay to go downhill if you dont want to walk.

I had booked a superior room but was given a superior disabled room which was disappointing. On asking why - 'that's what the system allocated'. I would have asked for a room change but it was late and we were tired from a long journey and the restaurant closed in 15 minutes time. The staff were very cordial (and looked a tad embarrassed)

I found the beds and bedding to be very uncomfortable. I didn’t like the lack of instructions for being a English speaking American.

Nice rooms and welcoming staff. Didn’t get warned about restaurant being closed in the evening due to large tour groups arriving and most places in town closed or booked up which was poor

This is in principle a ski resort right on the slopes of Levi with ski in and out. It is widely advertised that in Levi the season opens early October since this is one of the Northermost ski resorts in Europe.
However, not at The Panorama!
We visited around November 1 and the skilifts leading to the hotel were closed including the gondola which you need to go to the nice ski village at the bottom of the hill where rentals, shops and restaurants are located. No rentals or ski passes were available at the hotel. Not even the stairs/path to the village had been cleared and we were told to take the 4.5 km road to get there!
To get to the hotel from the slopes you had to cross an unprepared, hazardous, unmarked and unlit slope.
In other words, the slopes and lifts were open for the season at Levi but not the Panorama Hotel . So our advice is to avoid this hotel in the shoulder seasons and only consider it in Dec-Feb.
To be fair, the hotel itself is newish and nice. Breakfast is great and there is a good restaurant and nice sauna area with a view. Rooms are spacious with a drying closet for your wet gear. On the other hand the mini bar is empty and room is only cleaned if you ask for it.
Next time we will stay in the village.

Located a little higher overlooking the skiing slopes, it was good value for money. A good breakfast, nice staff, free parking and a good size room. We would come again.

Basic hotel, nice views, good service. Got late check out which is always nice when you ate not in a hurry. Breakfast was okey, coild be more fruit options and bread was a bit dry.
2.0
Nice hotel, close to the ski slopes and easily accessible from Levi town. Downsides were cleaning and service reductions during corona period.
1.5
Early check-in possible, a rich breakfast buffet, a ski storage room with lockers/locks and direct access to and from the piste, and a relatively fairly priced hotel restaurant. And above all, while seeing many bad examples down in the Levi village, friendly staff which maintained Corona standards. Thank you.

Great hotel. Beautiful view. Amazing dinner (steak) and great breakfast buffet with covid precautions. (Gloves and hand sanitizer available)
