Breakfast service and quality was poor

The room was fine. Only 2 tea bags and enough milk for 2 teas. More would have been better

Lovely hotel. Although reception was always a bit chilly. Not much heat so we drank at the bar across the street.

Hotel itself was okay ,but breakfast service was absolutely waste of time ,there was no orange juice no cups for tea and coffee ,sausages was rock hard ,bacon was dry .

Stayed here many times over the years and have noticed a major decline over the last couple of years, at check in I was told the room wasn't ready and told to take a seat and await an update, then sat there for 30 minutes watching multiple people arriving and being checked in without issue even being asked what floor preference, after half an hour I approached the desk and inquired about my room and after a few minutes was checked in, no apology or choice of floor and when I arrived at room found it was at the back with a view of an apartment block and practically no daylight and to top it off no door on the bathroom, the shower seemed to have a mind of it's own and sprayed water everywhere and missed me, sofa and chair was in desperate need of replacement, also chairs in breakfast area with green covering are covered in all types of stains and should be in a skip.... sorry guys but after nearly 20 years staying with you I won't be back

Everything apart from the breakfast experience was good but the breakfast was poor in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in!

I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Staff were hospitable, kind and patient. My stay fulfilled more than my expectations.
So thank you very much.

We had a good time except a staff member was very rude and didn't believe in us that our luggage was stored without giving us receipt.

Nice hotel and within a short walking distance from the city centre. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Some issues with condensation. We received a good service throughout our stay.

Booked as family of 4 sand the second bed was atrocious! Sofa bed with spring protruding everywhere and barely wider than a single bed. Also, the bathroom door offers zero privacy.

Was a lovely hotel to visit

Second time staying and still will stay again, lovely and welcoming staff.

Room was great, everything we needed, lovely & central, check in quick & parking although expensive was secure & onsite.
The only let down was breakfast, the whole experience was awful, I know it says included in the price which was a bonus these days but there is not enough room for the number of guests, we had to sit on a very low uncomfortable table in the bar area, the choice of food was limited, huge queues for the 2 coffee machines, no room to move, the second morning we went down at 7am to just get a table & have a more relaxing experience, much better idea but we really didn’t want to be up that early on holiday but couldn’t face another breakfast like we had the day before, only problem this day was the waitress, there were 2 of them, one arrived on shift about 7, quite obviously didn’t want to be there & stood to the side, arms folded & a face liked she had been slapped, then moaned loudly to her co worker about being there, someone complained that the milk was off in the churn, waitress didnt really care, poor woman had to ask for fresh milk for her coffee, the fruit juice on offer tasted like squash, no flavour whatsoever, I think the liquid breakfast stuff was out all night & not replenished, so breakfast needs attention, it either needs to be charged for to ease the amount of people arriving or up their game on what’s on offer, quality hotels can include breakfast but this hotel is not of that calibre.
Overall loved Liverpool, would not return to hotel.

Quick check in and check out. Room very good. Location great, 5 minute walk to docks and 10 minutes to centre.
Car park under the hotel and reasonable price. Breakfast varied and well cooked. Very busy so need to reserve early.

Great location, good breakfast. However, when we returned to California yesterday we got an email from Enterprise stating we have been charge for a parking violation and will be charged an administrative fee of 35 BP
plus the fine! At checkout we were told all was good and the gate would open when the camera read our license plate, which it did!

Thank you to the Reception staff for being so accommodating and helping us to check in early - this was very much appreciated. I inadvertently booked an ‘accessible room’ but this turned out to be a bonus as the room and bathroom were very spacious. All in all a great stay - thank you

Ok for one night but wouldn’t stay again. Other budget hotels offer more comfort. Very clean but tired rooms. Sliding door to bathroom wouldn’t move, broken sofa, odd smell coming from carpets etc. Generally in need of a revamp.

Nice comfy bed clean room nice shower, hairdryer, air conditioning , within walking distance of the docks , shop’s attractions . Hot full breakfast was very good , parking easy at hotel at underground car park paid on hotel at £20 for 24hrs

Don’t pay extra for a superior room with a view. The view is of the building opposite! Go early for breakfast as items are not replenished when they run out. We stayed for two nights and both mornings there was no fruit, no orange juice, no meats and cheese (save for a few triangles of cheese). Otherwise this is a good hotel. Very convenient for the sights of Liverpool. Excellent parking under the hotel.

We stayed for nights and it was very good for the price. We had breakfast inclusive l, though getting to day 4 was struggle as same breakfast menu is served. Maybe do a bit of variety for the eggs amd potato or some days put mushrooms, tomatoes and others. But the place is really good, it has a fitness area and underground parking. Very near attractions and also a tesco and a pub nearby. Overall it was a superb stay, would book again if ever we go liverpool.

Your staff were amazing. The sofa bed was uncomfortable with springs poking through. The same as the last stay at Liverpool
Airport. Please can this be fixed

Location of this hotel was fine, however the beds in the room we stayed in which was a family room with a queen size bed and double bed were so hard and very uncomfortable unfortunately.
The breakfast was ok however not the best and unfortunately wouldn't stay here again.

It was an ordinary stay by the bamd of the hilton, at least expectations were better than travelodge or holiday inn express or similar.

A really nice hotel, staff were very friendly, very quiet location and on the docks. Not as central as the previous hotels I’ve stayed in but I like how quiet it was. I was allowed early check in and had a really great stay, breakfast was great and I would love to stay again :). Immaculately clean and the bed was super comfortable!

We always stay here when in Liverpool it's so handy for the docks & Liverpool one. Our only bug bear is the price of parking £67 for 3 days.

The sliding door in our bedroom was broken and could not be moved leaving very little means to hang clothes in the wardrobe and no privacy in the bathroom. This was reported straightaway and we were assured it would be fixed but nothing was done.

Great location to meet the tour buses, get to the center of the city and all the cultural places and restaurants/pub, but mainly to be w/i minutes of the docks. BUT, in over 50 years of intl travel, I've never seen a hotel that could not provide a cup of coffee. Of the 5 days we were there ALL of their coffee machines were broken 3 of the 5, so no coffee for breakfast!!!!!! BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY WAS THE DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY DISHES THAT WERE MIXED IN WITH THE SAME STACKS WITH THE CLEAN CUPS, PLATES AND SILVERWARE!!!! Breads offered at breakfast were real cheap cheap stuff.

Really good stay overall , nice clean room great breakfast. Only let diown was that the coffee machines were not working .

The staff were universally friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a convenient position for Albert Dock and the walk into the city centre was not too bad. We decided to take a taxi back to the hotel from the city centre, as we were tired and that was not too expensive at £4.30. The room was quite compact but clean and the shower room was good. There was no view from the window as we would have needed a ladder to see out of it. The breakfast was OK but not much choice. I decided not to have the cooked breakfast after the first morning, as the scrambled egg was burnt and the bacon was either underdone or hard. There was not much choice on the evening menu but the staff were very helpful and we ordered a very good Indian meal from a local takeaway, using Just Eat. The room was not made up every day, but that was fine. On the plus side, there was a carpark underneath the hotel which was £20 a day but not many hotels had this facility. On the whole, this was a good place to stay, if you were on a budget and just wanted somewhere convenient to stay. There did not seem to be any local buses, so it was a case of walk or take a taxi.

We always stay here when attending anything at the arena

Staff were all excellent. However, lifts were not big enough for the size of hotel. One was broken, the working lift was needed for staff and guests because they don’t have a service lift.
Breakfast area wasn’t big enough and there was barely any food left when we arrived for breakfast. The hot drinks machines were out of order and needed to queue at the bar for breakfast drinks. Very disappointing for a Hilton brand hotel and not the price!

Staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The only problem was only one lift was working. Hotel in brilliant place for Liverpool Albert Docks
