It was a beautiful hotel. It was modern and well-maintained. The staff was friendly. Locating a good part of the city center. The only thing I didn’t like is that the hotel did not have parking accommodations. Otherwise, overall, I would go back and recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers sauna and spa, something I did not try. Rooms are ok and breakfast was on the limited side. Good location.

My husband and I stayed several nights here and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very convenient to the center for food and shopping but is enough off the beat that it is less congested and feels a little safer. The staff was wonderful. There is a language barrier all over in Salta if you speak English; however, the staff at the hotel spoke well enough to have conversation. I got two massages by one of the female therapists and it was fantastic. The room was very simple but clean which is priority for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect location, 1/2 block from the main square. The hotel looked recently renovated and was very clean and modern. The only minor little thing wrong was that the glass shower door was not properly sealed so the whole floor got wet each time we showered, but no big deal and I’m sure that will easily be taken care of. Too bad I wasn’t there long enough to use the beautiful spa which we did go to look at.
Would stay here again!

The only positives are the location and the helpful staff. I didn't appreciate the following. Having to go through the rigmorole of proving I didn't need to pay the 21% tax as a foreigner having paid by credit card on checking in and checking especially checking out at 4.45 am to catch a bus. Why did they need to take copies of my passport and credit card details twice!
Initially I was given a room with a toilet blocked by excretia. Don't they check these things. I explained I hadn't slept properly for several days and could I have a quiet room. They put me on the street side where tge noise was horrendous. The wall next yi the bed

The hotel is at the level of the other comments. Don t expect to feed yourself with the breakfast, they ll only give you one small bread and two small croissants, no fruit juice.

The price was ok for the place and location. There was an event that happended not only with me but other foreigners which was the fact that the staff was trying to charge us 21% tax that is applicable only for argentinians or residentes. Then when we said that we knew that information the staff mention that we should show a copy of the passport and of our credit card. I don’t see any reasons for the hotel to keep details of my credit card once everything has been paid through Expedia.

The room is comfortable and clean, but some room WiFi signal are very weak. I stayed in end of the room 207. There's no WiFi signal, I had to go to hall to use WiFi. It's very inconvenient! Also the only mirror is too high for short people.

A very old hotel with old rooms and old furniture. However it was all made up by the location - right next to the main square!

Great cheap place to stay if you want to be 30 seconds from Julio 9, the central plaza where everything is going on. Really quiet considering the location. Exactly what youd expect for a reasonable cost. Staff were very helpful and I loved the old style lifts! The room was small (but I did ask for a single so that was expected), great shower, TV and fan (no air-con). I would definitely stay here again.
