The staff here were absolutely amazing, everything was clean and the hotel looked so festive for the holidays, my little guy loved the pool and the breakfast was amazing! Thank you again for the hospitality ❤️

Overall this was a clean, sufficient place to stay. The fitness room had two non-working treadmills, a non-working elliptical, and a non-working rowing machine. There were dumbbells and yoga mats. There was no sanitizing spray and no water. The front desk did not know how to help and did not offer to try, but she seemed really sweet while she played on her phone. The breakfast had several options, including eggs and biscuits with gravy.

It was okay, I didn't like the bathroom. Toilet seat is too low, no handicap rooms available. It wasn't busy and still no accessible rooms. Pillows were terrible and so was the breakfast. I used to stay at this hotel all the time when it was under the Radisson corporation. I was not satisfied with the Choice corporation. Especially for the price.

I booked 2 rooms and asked for them to be next to each other because of children. I got a response but when I arrived at the hotel they told me I only had 1 room. Turns out after 45 minutes of dealing with the hotel and hotels.com that hotels.com put it under my travel companion’s name

Upon entering the atmosphere was old looking. I am asthmatic and aromas make spasms. Upon entering my room the smell was so overwhelming, I called to desk for help. They tried to use ionization in the room, but it was no help at all. I had to check out of the room and find accommodation elsewhere at an exhorbitant fee! . I will require a refund from my insurance with Ally and also a room refund. Horrible experience, I could NOT breathe..Please assist me in securing these refunds. Thank you kindly.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL..in Bowling Green, KY....the carpets are horribably dirty..in the whole hotel, bathroom is fithy. Do not be fool by the pictures. The staff is horrible as well, their come back is " Just leave if you do not like " there were no hotels available as thousands of corvettes were in town for the 30th Anniversary at Corvette Museum. Drove 13 hours too deal with this disgusting hotel..

The floors in the room were stained pretty badly. The elevator broke so we had to carry luggage from the 1st floor to the 4th. They did have someone coming to fix it so that’s was good when we checked out! The hot breakfast was disappointing. The scrambled eggs were so mushy and watered down they weren’t even edible and the fried chicken patty was hard and dry. The biscuits were also hard and burnt… luckily we were just passing through for 1 night but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Carpets throughout the hotel were very old and not clean looking.

Very satisfied to stay in this hotel. The only small thing that I dont like is the pillows. Too smal, not fluffy pillows and only 3 per bed but overall i highly recommed this hotel. Very clean, spacious and good for family travelling.

I have always been partial to this chain. Unfortunately this will be my last time. We arrived late at night. The floor was sticky. No towels in the bathroom and no sheets for the bed. Woke up in the morning and the fire alarm was covered with a plastic bag. No reaction from the desk so this must be normal.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The carpet was stained. The light fixture in the room had been swapped out to a smaller one and as a result there was discolored look to the ceiling around the light fixture. The bathroom tile had grout that had dried on the tile surface. The overall appearance of the room was that of one that had been hastily remodeled but not completed. The breakfast was good. The overall experience was good but not great.

Effective for one night. Sink didn’t drain in bathroom. Carpet was very dirty. Shower was updated. Fine for one night but probably won’t stay there again

This hotel and room was terrible. The carpet was filthy and stained all over. It was gross. The room reeked from being deodorized trying to cover the smell. The sink did not have a stopper in it. The refrigerator didn’t work. The deadbolt would not lock on our door. In the lobby, the men’s bathroom had out of order urinals. We tried to get a different room & they said they were booked. We should have left but our money was non refundable and it was late. Totally out of character for a Country Inn & Suites. We’ve had good luck with that brand in the past at other locations.

We stopped overnight while traveling to our destination. We chose this hotel due to the suite having a pull out couch. When we were ready for bed, we found that the couch had no sheets or blanket, and none were provided in the room. When we called the desk to get these items we were told they were in the dryer. We also needed to come down and get them as well as make up the couch bed. when we went to pick them up, we were Given sheets and one thin blanket.

Did not get the room I had originally wanted, I had requested a presidential suite and got a handicap room.

Good location. Room fairly clean and bed comfortable...but a few issues. 1. There was a broken used bar of soap on the nightstand....no big deal, but reflects on cleanliness...and kind of weird. 2. Zero water pressure in sink...barely a trickle and not enough to even wash hands. Shower ok. 3. Breakfast was non-existent almost...out of pancake batter, forks, bread, yogurt, juice, etc. Nobody there to help or restock. Lady at front desk went i back and tossed a few forks in holder when i asked and walked off. We had to leave and go eat....which was disappointing as we paid and planned for breakfast. ...a few other small issues.
So close to being so good, but attention to detail lost...and small issues added up. They need to address all the small things or charge $100 instead of $150.

Arrived to a 4th floor room with a broken elevator. Then climbed to our room and found it hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest. One worker at the front desk was apologetic- but the other didn’t seem very bothered. We then had to climb down again to get keys to another room- which was a downgrade but all they had. Got to that room and had no linens or pillows for the sofa bed. They were “fully booked” so she said they didn’t have anything for us. Would NOT return.

Stayed 3 nights. Not one time was the room serviced. The elevator didn’t work and the entire condition of the property is pathetic. If my only choice was to stay at this place I’d rather sleep in my car. I’m sure not all Country Inn and Suites are like this but from now on I won’t even consider it because of this awful experience. It’s not just me, I spoke with at least a dozen people staying there and the consensus was the same. There are many other choices in Bowling Green to stay. Run from this place. You’ll be glad you did.

When we arrived we were notified that the elevators were out of service and that we would have to use the stairs during the duration of our stay. We then received a room on the forth floor (top floor) in the corner. I has to haul my luggage, my two young children, and my dog up four flights of stairs repeatedly in order to get required luggage into the room from the car. We were offered no discount for our inconvenience and we were told that refunds take up to two weeks, so we might as well just stay there.
It was unprofessional and in our current age of communication, we should have been notified of the non working elevators. If we knew about the inconvenience, we would have booked elsewhere.
We ended up staying the night, but the floors were stained and the bathroom was disgusting. I will never stay at this property again.

Broken elevators, missing ice machines, loose bathroom floor tiles, no hot water day 1, no water pressure day 2, wrinkles carpet, carpet stained, missing bedding. Staff told a fellow travel party member if they don’t like something, they can pack up and leave. Strongly advise owner / management to investigate / improve.

It's the worst place I've stayed in a long time. It was not worth139.00 I went into the first room and it was pet hair all over the place so I went and moved and the 2nd floor is so bad with a cat piss small it was awful. The carpet has big stains everywhere in just about every room. I was moved 3 times and I just gave up and stayed. I will do it again I just could not believe how bad it was it is truly a horrible place to stay.

Arrived late evening from. 10 hr drive to be told the elevator was out of service and our room was on the 4th floor. No help from hotel staff lugging 50 lb suitcases up 4 flight of stairs with no men in our group. Not the way guests are treated. I am 55 yrs old and it was absolutely unacceptable to have the elevator broken for as long as it had been. I would have refused to stay if the hotel next door had a vacancy. It makes me NERVER want to stay at a Country Inn and suits again.

The staff was friendly and the location was good. The room had a specific non-pleasing smell, our water pressure was the lowest we’ve ever had in any hotel, the beds were not comfortable and the TV had no local or national news or weather channels. The pool was warm, the basic exercise room and equipment worked well and the room thermostat worked well. Breakfast was a 1. We got there at 8:30am, an hour before they closed and 2 people were working. They were out of gravy for the biscuits for almost 30 minutes, then promptly ran out of biscuits, once the gravy was filled. They were very slow to restock all milk, yogurts and all bread or bagels. Best part of stay was watching people try to get their waffle balls out of the waffle makers. Every single waffle or set of mini waffles ended up coming out in balls because they would stick to the machine no matter how much butter spray was used and had to be torn out to avoid burning. They had a good taste and we got a good laugh about the waffle balls while we waited for the other foods to be refilled. Will not stay there again.

Friendly and efficient staff at front desk. However, room was a great disappointment- stained carpet, stained armchair, fitted sheet that did not fir the mattress so it kept coming off during the night. The following morning was a Saturday, so apparently breakfast is not available until 7- very inconvenient for those who want to get an early start.

This place was disgusting in so many ways. Carpets were stained and gross the room had a bad smell. Beds were wrinkled. I asked for another room and they gave me one but, it was the same except the smell was better. If I had to stay for more then one night I would have walked out. These rooms are over $100 a night. You would get the same quality as a cheap hotel off the highway for a lot less. The place was so gross we didn’t even want the breakfast in the morning. Shame on you RADISSON!!!!!!!!!!!
